I can safely say that the moniker of being "filthy rich" means that you despise excess wealth and hope that some innocent will gladly slip on that "banana".
Where does wealth come from in the first place? No one can despise that human trait, the "desire to be a success" gene, can they? Unless it's a specific criminal one. Was that the filthy you meant, I wonder? Are we construing the definition of wealth too narrowly here for an intelligent answer or debate?
Why do you assume everyone will give to charity? Some countries don't allow it, and don't allow charities. Germany has very specific laws on charities, and restricts them largely. Charity is itself subjective. Are you laying down a challenge here, perhaps? Is charity the heart of this matter? Not wealth?
