*File a complaint at your local Better Business Bureau
*File credit card dispute (if you paid by credit) to claim you didn't get the goods and services that were promised. You have 90 days from the time you paid.
*Call your local State attorney general's office to see if any complaints have been filed against this organization
*Call the Federal trade Commission and see if any action has been taken against this company. Register a complaint.
