I'll go first :-). When I was about 22 years old I was interviewing for a job and the President of the company basically hired me on the spot (gee, weren't those the days?) and she proceeded to go over the salary and company benefits and then made the comment, "you're so young you don't need to worry about retirement". In hindsight, being young is exactly the right time to start retirement saving because you will have more years to accumulate the nest egg. What was the worst financial advise you ever received?

I have another one - my dad always said only greedy people have money. By golly that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard LOL! To me money means more choices and security. Thanks for commenting.
