I believe it, and PayPal is great --especially if you have to convert currencies.
Annoying? Perhaps, but we used to have to pay this way for almost everything-- a monthly chore.
You are right, but what if the grid goes down, or a disaster takes out electricity and cell data for an extended time?
I do too-- but even with most of these, they could be paid online. Soon, of course, currency and checks may become obsolete when we use a fingerprint on a mobile device.
My water bill, sewage bill, trash collection bill, taxes, insurance cannot be paid online, or by debit card. Check or money order only.
