I'm in my mid 40s, Part-time or Full-Time Job is suitable for me?

My kids are grown up now. I am planning to step into the society since I had been a housewife for the past 10 years. I wonder at age 40, should I start looking for a part-time or full-time job. Which is suitable for me? What would you suggest?

I was thinking of working part time too, just don't know whether my body could stand working 9 hours daily.
