Well, unless you have a sought-after skill or are extremely talented in some fashion, you're going to have to work hard.
Got a cousin who is serving out his residency...at $80,000 per year. Works 80 hours a week...and has at this point seven years of schooling and a student debt load of about $170,000.
My point is, money doesn't grow on trees. You don't get something for nothing.
