Types of Insurance Needed for the Rapture

Updated on September 27, 2016

Insurance will be needed to recover from the Rapture event that will happen when Jesus Christ raptures His church in the near future. It would be a very smart idea to be prepared for the aftermath of the Rapture. Christians who will be operating machinery will be taken by Jesus in the blink of an eye. The unmanned machinery will go astray and will cause mass destruction on earth. Being properly insured for such a disaster is a must if unsaved people want to survive the Rapture event.

Don't be mistaken or caught by surprise when the Rapture does take place. Jesus Christ will rapture the Christians when it comes time for Him to do so. "The rapture is a snatching up to heaven of true Christians who are still alive at some time just before or during the Great Tribulation." (biblestudy.org) The Christians will be taken in a blink of an eye when the Angels sound the trumpet call. Those who are left behind will have to face the consequence of their decision for not following Jesus Christ.

Here are the major types of Insurance needed to survive the Rapture event and the reason(s) why they are needed:

Life Insurance

Life insurance

Life insurance will be needed after Jesus Christ raptures all Christians on earth. Loved ones of those who are taken by Christ can see if the missing person(s) was insured through Life Insurance. If the missing person does have life insurance, the beneficiaries in the insurance can claim and receive a payout from the insurance agency. The loved ones can declare the missing family member as "death in absentia". “There’s something known as death in absentia (also known as presumption of death). This is a legal ruling that, despite the absence of a body, a person is presumed to be dead.” (Jennifer King) The process of the payout can take anywhere from a few weeks to a year. But there will be so many people claiming insurance on their missing loved ones, the process will end up take a while longer.

After the Rapture takes place, there will be utter chaos in the world. People that were operating machinery will disappear. The machinery will be left on in most cases and will go wildly out of control. There will be mass destruction caused by the out-of-control machinery. Many people will get killed by such machinery. Loved ones of those killed by such machinery can claim life insurance benefits of those killed in the disaster as long as they are the legal beneficiaries of the Life Insurance Policy.

Personal Accident Insurance

Tons of people that are left behind after the Rapture will be caught up in the aftermath of its destruction. To be able to endure post-rapture events and be able to have at least somewhat of a chance at getting through the majority of the tribulation, a person needs to have personal accident insurance. Personal accident insurance can be claimed if a person gets injured during the disaster. “Personal Accident insurance or PA insurance is an annual policy which provides compensation in the event of injuries, disability or death caused solely by violent, accidental, external and visible events.” (insuranceinfo.com.my) But towards the end of the tribulation, all systems of insurance will crumble to the ground along with civilization as we it. So claiming personal accident insurance after the rapture needs to be taken care of sooner rather than later if the injured person wants to receive any compensation for their injury.

Insurance for the Home

Homeowners Insurance

Homeowners insurance

After the Rapture takes place, many homes will be ruined by unmanned machinery. Commercial and private planes will crash into homes. Automobiles will smash into homes. Stoves and ovens will be left on after people are taken by Christ and they will catch the homes on fire. Electrical appliances left on will set homes ablaze. People who are left behind can claim their Homeowners Insurance if their homes get ruined by such disasters. “Homeowners insurance is a form of property insurance designed to protect an individual's home against damages to the house itself, or to possessions in the home. Homeowners insurance also provides liability coverage against accidents in the home or on the property.” (investopedia.com)

After the Rapture takes place, there will also be tons of looting and vandalizing taking place. Criminals love it when disasters take place because people are too focused on the disaster and not focused on their belongings. Also, because there is too much chaos going on, the police get bogged down trying to take care of problems that develop after the disaster. Criminals are left to loot and vandalize homes at will. People whose Homes get looted and vandalized can claim their Home insurance if that happens to take place.

Automobile insurance

After Jesus Christ takes His bride (the church) to Heaven, the machinery that was being operated by the Christians who got taken by Christ will be left to run on their own. The people who are left behind after the Rapture will have to deal with the aftermath of such occurrence. There will be many car accidents due to straying machinery crashing into cars and drivers trying to avoid such accidents, but end up getting into an accident as a result.

Those who are left behind and who have insurance on their automobile(s), can claim their insurance and can get their automobile(s) fixed or replaced. “An auto insurance is a policy purchased by vehicle owners to mitigate costs associated with getting into an auto accident. Instead of paying out of pocket for auto accidents, people pay annual premiums to an auto insurance company; the company then pays all or most of the costs associated with an auto accident or other vehicle damage.” (investopedia.com)

After the rapture takes place, there will also be many thieves roaming the streets due to lack of police staff. There will be a good share of car thefts that will take place during that time. If the car that has been stolen and is insured for such event, the owner of the car can claim insurance on it.

Of course, there will be natural disasters that will take place after the rapture because Christians that were operating damns and electricity will be taken by Christ. The damns and electricity will go haywire after being unmanned and will cause flooding and fires. If an automobile is insured for such event(s), then the owner of the automobile can claim the insurance from the damaged automobile.

Salvation Insurance

Getting saved is the best insurance policy a person can obtain for the Rapture event. If a person accepts Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and Savior and wants to make a true commitment to follow Him, the person will be saved. The person will be saved from the aftermath of the Rapture on earth, the Great Tribulation, and eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire that awaits all unsaved people.

The Bible explains what will happen during the Rapture event for those who are saved. The Lord (Jesus Christ) will gather His people (Christians) to Him in the air and then will take them to Heaven: "For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord." (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, ESV)

Those who are saved and are alive during the Rapture event will get raptured after the dead in Christ get brought up. Christians who are alive during the Rapture will not have to suffer death on earth. After the Rapture takes place, mankind will have another opportunity to repent and be saved, but they will have to suffer death first though. After the repentant person does die during the Great Tribulation, he or she will go to Heaven. All-in-all, it is best to be saved before the Rapture - there is far less pain involved!

God Bless!

Prepper: If the rapture happens, you'll probably find your President and the Pope are more likely to make it than someone who is so judgemental of others. Jesus said 'Judge not..' - read the 'Good Book' and learn to Love!

When do you believe the man of lawlessness will receive his so-called "fatal blow", pre-Trib or mid-Trib? No man knows the day or the hour of Christ's call for The Rapture however this is clearly the season. I believe BHO is the " first beast", Jesuit Pope Francis is the False Prophet & Allah(the devil) completes the unholy trinity of these last days. Will your eternity be in Heaven with the virgin-born, Son of God, Jesus the Christ OR in the lake of fire with the Kenyan-born son of a porn-star Obama the Antichrist?

I respect your opinion, but I have not contradicted myself. If only a Christian(s) is operating the machinery, the machinery will be left unmanned after the Rapture. Thank you for your insight, though.

Well, you've contradicted yourself. If there are people (in the workplace) left behind, then the machines will be taken care of, just like the subs. Most machines will simply run out of fuel pretty soon anyway, so I hardly think they will roam untrammeled across the worlds, causing chaos.

We could do with a reduction in the world population so let's hope it happens soon.

Is this for real? Surely, someone who is raptured isn't dead anyway? Are these special 'rapture' policies different from life insurance? If so, in order to receive payment you would rely on the honesty of the 'unsaved'. With no 'good' people left, surely the 'unsaved would keep the cash? I think this article must be a 'wind up'!

I also think we really need insurance for those disappointed people who expect to be raptured but are left behind!

Basically, all machinery has potential to malfunction if left not checked for a period of time. So, to answer your first quest, any machinery that can be harmful will end up being harmful if left turned on and unmanned. The second question can be put to rest by the fact that it takes quite a few people to operate a nuclear submarine. The potential of a nuclear submarine being solely operated by Christians is slim to none. So the remaining crew left behind will have a good chance of seizing control of the nuclear submarine.

What machinery will go on the rampage exactly? And what about Christians who work aboard nuclear submarines? Will they be taken as well?

They won't have baggage. The chosen already received Salvation insurance and Jesus will claim them during the Rapture.

Will the Chosen need flight insurance? I guess they won't have baggage.
