Many countries throughout the world have their individual intelligence agencies that run to fight external and internal threats to the nation. The countries are highly dependent on these agencies. These agencies know all the secret task or missions of their competitor nations and terrorism.

The army fights against these threats but these agency work on how to control before the damage is done. An intelligence agency is a government agency responsible for the collection, analysis, and exploitation of information in support of law enforcement, national security, military, and foreign policy objectives.

GRU (Main Intelligence Agency), Russia
