Amanda Knox Appeal Decision

Amanda Knox's Appeal Decision

The decision is about to come in on the Amanda Knox appeal. The appeal is based on forensic evidence which while important on CSI isn't necessarily as important in Italy. Italian society is exceptionally old and they are firm in their methods and they believe in their justice system.

Even in America winning freedom in an appeal is highly unlikely. It is even less likely in an Italian court but we maybe surprised.

I have the feeling if this case had not received the media attention it has then the USA government might have been able to strike a deal, Not to mention the millions and millions if not billions of dollars that have been made off his case by Hollywood and other exploitative entities.

The standard of proof required in Italy is much less then in the United States and even in the United States innocent people are convicted all the time.

What I don't understand is a if Amanda Knox is from Seattle, which everyone seems to claim she ism then she should be from a very wealthy family who could have more than afforded to pay to get Amanda Knox the best Italian defense team in Italy.

I can't imagine why Amanda Knox's Italian defense did not suggest she apply to become a full Italian citizen. That would have been my first move if I had been arrested in Italy.

Another thing that is odd to me is that it is about 9:45 pm in Perugia which seems rather late in the evening for a verdict to come back.

We should all consider that Amanda Knox was never an Italian citizen and therefore never had rights of an Italian. And Amanda Knox has no future no matter what happens to her. She will forever be remember as the girl who was convicted of murdering her roommate and was in an Italian jail for years. She only makes money if she can sell her innocence and her story to Hollywood. And once again Hollywood will have enfranchised a convicted murder. In the USA we don't let convicted murders sell their stories to Hollywood. Amanda Knox has found away around that by being a convicted murder in Italy.

The Appeal Decision

Amanda Knox despite everything against her is now freed as the Itallians over turned her conviction. She is free to reutn home to the United States.

There will be another appeal to the highest court but she will be lucky to get out of Perugia alive as everyone there believes she is guilty.

The Ralphella Solletico lives in Perugia which is much harder on him.

Thanks for reading, comenting and providing feedback.
