"American veterans: The salt of the earth"

There are thousands of american soldiers that sign up with armed forces each year, trying to show their patriotism for their country.  These soldiers give their lives each year, fighting and dying for the cause, but America forget who they are and what they have done for our country. It's true every year, they give the veterans a parade and acknowledement for veterans day; but what they really need is moral support and the help the seriously need for themselves. The  veteran for our country has been kicked to the curve and are expenable to the administration.  I remember back in the sixties they had a commentary about the veterans and all the crap they go through to get any kind of help.

I thought it was really jacked - up, because  these veterans paid their dues  to socierty and they shouldn't be anything our country want do for them because of heroism, but i was teribly wrong on my assumption. I this because of my husbands affiliattion with the army.  It's not fair for the administration to take advantage of them, now that they're in dire need.  Our veterans are not expendable because of them being the lame, cripple or wheel chair bound, this alone is more of reason for us to reach out a helping hand  to them. We have to remember that fighting for our country is the reason, they're in this conditon in the first place.  America Let's not forget our brave and courageous veteran soldier, that has already given their lives for this country.  So today, let's give homage and honor, to our veteran and let them know that we love them and respect them  for fighting for the United States of American
