An Oscar For Obama?

In case you didn't hear, The Artist won The Academy Award last night for best picture. First time since the 1930's that a silent film has achieved that prestigious award. Not being a movie buff I missed it. Some enterprising soul among us was busy last night hammering out a sequel hoping to maybe capture next years award. If the people who were conned by Obama actually wake up, take the blinders off and admit that they've been duped by one of the biggest con artists I have ever seen in my six decades of roaming the earth, it surely won't happen again. They don't need to even admit it to their friends and family, just to themselves. Then in November when they vote, they can forget the "D" and the "R" nonsense and make sure they aren't conned again.

Lets take time to view the sequel of The Artist aptly titled The Con Artist. Please save your applause for the end and for you trolls out there, just accept the truth that you were conned and don't bother to vote either the film or this Hub down. It's time to put on those big boy and big girl panties. You were conned. We've all made mistakes before so it's time to grow up and accept responsibility for making the rest of us suffer through this blunder on your part. You voted against Bush but he wasn't even on the ballot in November of 2008. It's been a long four years and four more of the same, but only worse, will mean the death of this nation as we have known it.

On second thought maybe the sages of Hollywood can come up with a new category - The Worst Picture Possible For America. This would be a shoo in. Sorry it was so short that your popcorn didn't even get cold and the butter all gooey but lets move on.

Remember how giddy you were when Obama was elected. He who was going to heal the planet and make the oceans recede, again his words and not mine. He was the rising star of the Democratic Party even though no one knew anything about this guy, his past or his record in politics, which was scant at best. The question I always had, and still have, is how could anyone be stupid enough to hire someone to be the Chief Executive Office of the United States of America with zero credentials? A Community Organizer and you expected the guy not to be a failure at running this nation? Good grief Gertrude. How could anyone be stupid enough to donate one penny, much less 5 bucks, to achieve failure? You had better odds at the crap tables.

I've recently written some articles about some of this and will continue to write articles. The truth rubs some people the wrong way but so be it. It seems now that the credibility of our President is on the ropes. It should be after all the promises he made to be elected and now all the lies he wants to tell in order to dupe people into making the same mistake again. Is the American public that stupid? Have you pulled up to gas up lately? Have you gone to the grocery store lately and noticed how the goodies in the basket have lost some weight for the same "change" you have left in your wallet? Have you really noticed how much less "change" you have in your pockets? Or are you continuing to "hope" for some extra "change?" It isn't because of the rich. It is because of Obama and his administration's policies. Face the facts. You were had by a snake oil salesman whose teleprompter gives a great speech. I expected results myself.

The "change" I happen to see is what I expected to see. His "change" has now caught up to him. He had no record as a politician or law maker. He never authored one major piece of legislation in the US Senate during his very short tenure there. He voted "Present" when he was in the Illinois legislature so there would be no paper trail to what he was all about. He was no more than an elevated community organizer from Chicago, of all places, where it's a known fact that politicians are crooks and shysters. Some of you out there thought he was going to walk on water. He can't, he won't and he never will despite what he wants you to believe and his over-inflated image of himself.

Let me close with this now often viewed video of Obama and his campaign rhethoric. That's exactly what it is - rhetoric - and empty rhetoric at that. You see my fellow Americans he now has a record, often caught on camera, and it is a record of phenomenal failure. He made all those promises, scads and scads of promises. That's the mark of a con man. He hasn't produced. In fact he has broken the trust of the American people. Sad but true and those of us who saw through the smoke and mirrors have had to suffer through his incompetence in running this nation. Four more years and he will have run it into the ground.

There are those who say it is by design. At first I wasn't buying into that because why would anyone want to run the greatest nation in the world into the ground? Then I too started looking into Obama's past more thoroughly, his inner circle of "friends and associates" and his money men, George Soros among the most generous, and I have to admit that no one can be stupid enough to believe some of what he has convinced himself of and it not be by design

Wow that was some high speed flim-flam if I've ever seen it. Sounded good, didn't it? None of it has been produced nor do I expect it to be with a supreme con man delivering the words.

So next year maybe they can nominate the first clip. The Hollywood elite know so much now, don't they?
