American democracy can be confusing. I am here to share my knowledge so the people can understand how the system works

The Perfect Call

The Perfected Call: Corruption in the White House

July 25, 2019, President Trump placed a call to the Ukraining President (Zenlensky) in which he congratulated on his win in the election. As the call progressed, the President Zenlensky informed Trump on purchasing more Javelin missiles from the USA, Trump followed up by asking him for a favor. In the transcript, Trump wanted the Ukraining president want to gain information on Vice President Joe Biden and his son. Many can say this a repeat from the last election, the only difference is that Trump is a sitting president. According to the Constitution:

Annotation 18 - Article II, The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Under this notion, we must ask did Trump commit an act of treason, bribery and or any other crimes during this call? If you pay close attention to the statement by Ukraine President wanting to buy more Javelins from the United States, Trump followed by stating, “I would like you to do us a favor though”, clearly shows signs of bribery. Allow me to explain, Bribery means to corrupt solicitation, acceptance, or transfer of value in exchange for official action. Prior to this call being made, the Trump administration had halted the aid that was being given to Ukraine. One can only assume this was set in place to create leverage, which clearly is quid pro quo or I will give you this for that act. Now that we have a better understanding, this clearly proves a violation to our constitution and impeachment is the right course of action from the House of Representatives.

According to Trump, the call made was considered a perfect call which is clearly false yet he is going to continue misleading the people who do not understand politics. The Trump administration has committed multiple violations of our constitution, but this time we finally have the proof. Our founding fathers created the constitution to put in place rules and guidelines to be followed in our democracy. Trump has refused to follow these guidelines and try to bring tranny into our democracy which was foreshadowed by our founding fathers. As Trump become unhinged, he has taken to social media lashing out in a rampage. According to the constitution this administration has committed treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors but nothing was done about it. This leads me to ask, what are they not telling us about this perfect call that took place. Yes we have the transcript, but I feel there is plenty more that triggered the House to start the impeachment proceedings. We must look at the facts, but in the Russia investigation the facts were there as well. So why now? I will assume he committed treason to the highest level and we are not being told this. Let’s take a dive into treason!

Treason, the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government. This is something that was violated by Trump prior to him being elected into office. He even committed treason when he disagreed with our intelligence agency about Russia Interfering in the 2016 election by stating he believed president Putin. This was clearly a betrayal of trust and considered treason, Right? After this incident, nothing was done, so I am curious and wanting more information on what makes this time any different from the others.

This perfect call has created the uproar in our democracy which is leading to the break down of this administration. Many of us are saying, FINALLY, but I am saying why now? Our constitution has set the guidelines in place for our government to follow. When these guidelines are violated, the checks and balance system has proved that no one is above the law in the American democracy.
