What going on with all of these recent Shootings?

There seems to be an increase in incidents of lone wolf shooters, shooting up public places.

To them, it's probably like a hunter, suddenly coming up on vast herd of unsuspecting deer.

The Aurora, Colorado Shooting

There was the Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooting where, James Holmes, a whacked-out nut with guns and smoke bombs, shot and killed 12 unsuspecting, innocent moviegoers and wounded 50 more, why did he do this? Was he crazy? What this all about?

The Sikh Temple Shooting

There was the Sikh Temple shooting of Wisconsin, in Oak Creek, Wisconsin., where 40 year old, Army veteran, and white supremacist, Wade Michael Page, shot and killed 6 unsuspecting, innocent members of the temple and wounded t3 others, including a police officer, before he was killed in a shootout with police. Why did he do this? Was he crazy? What was his issue with them?

The Polytechnic Institute Shooting

We can go all the way back to the Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg, Virginia, shooting, in April 16, 2007, where another whacked-out Gunman, Seung-Hui Cho, killed 32 unsuspecting people and wounded 17 others before killing himself but why? Was he crazy?

Jacob Tyler Roberts

Now there's a new shooter on the block, 22 year old Jacob Tyler Roberts. Looking at his picture at the top of this hub. He looks pleasant enough. Does he look like he would shoot up a mall?

According to Clackamas County, Sheriff Craig Roberts, Roberts was armed with an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle, as he shot up the Portland mall, on Tuesday. He, was wearing camouflage clothes, body armor and a hockey mask (Similar to how James Holmes was dressed, like they were ready for war)

I'm The Shooter!

Roberts was saying, "I am the shooter," as he randomly fired rounds at his unsuspecting victims. (Doen's that sound, like he was proud to be doing what he was doing, and wanted his victims to know, who was shooting them?)

He fatally shot two people, Steven Mathew Forsyth of West Linn and Cindy Ann Yuille of Portland and wounded one other, Kristina Shevchenko, At one point during his attack, his rifle jammed, but he managed to get it working again. Roberts was carrying extra mags of ammo to make sure he could carry out the rampage he was on.

Shoppers probably never dreamed that something like this could happen to them just shopping at the mall. But maybe we all need to start being more vigilant, since malls seem to becoming the favorite shooting ground for these lone wolf killers.

Brance Wilson, The Mall Santa

Brance Wilson, the mall Santa, was just about to help a wide-eyed happy child onto his lap, when he heard gunshots. So instead of attending to child, Wilson jumped down on the floor, and tried to keep his head a low to floor as he possibly could. He said "I heard two shots and got out of the chair. I thought a red suit was a pretty good target,"

The Parents

Parents waiting with their kid to see Santa panicked and ran for cover.
Some mall shoppers said they were so close to the shooter. they could feel the percussion from his gun.as he was shooting.

"We heard people running back here screaming, yelling '911" said 18 year old Kayla Sprint, who was interviewing for a job at a clothing store when she heard the shots ring out.

Tami Roberts, The Shooter's Mother

Tami Roberts, the shooter's mother, said she had "no understanding or explanation of why her son, did what he did and that, this was so out of his character of him. (That's what they all say)

One Of Roberts' Friends

One of Roberts' friends, was also in disbelief that he could do something so heinous. She said, she remembered him as being so mild-mannered, she couldn't believe he could suddenly turned into a cold blooded killer. (Well think again my friend)

Another One Bites The Dust!

Roberts, tried to escape capture, by running along a mall corridor and into a back hallway, but ran into a dead-end, and seeing no way out, took his own life, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. (And another one bites the dust

Senseless Killings

Why all of this senseless killing and why kill yourself?

Did Roberts and the other killers have a secret death wish?

What's your take on it?
