At a new conference, Turnbull said Tony Abbot had not yet ''indicated his plans''.
Abbott later replied on news.com.au that he intended to stay ''in the parliament'' however he did not mention whether he would snatch up a ministry job if offered.
He said he intends to ''spend some time'' with his family and ''think about the future'' after he was unseated from his job as Australia's Prime Minister.
Barrack Obama (The US President) phoned Mr Tony Abbott to congratulate his fight with the Islamic State, after Tony Abbott concluded that Australia should begin Air strikes in Syria to combat ISIL.
Turnbull has refused to say what his cabinet will look like at this stage.
Malcolm is known for having a lead in the republic movement in Australia back in the early days of his political career, he's also known to have strong opinions on climate change; Mr Turnbull also supports LGBT Marriage which has appealed to many Australians.
Nevertheless Malcolm Turnbull has been criticised for failing to consult with his colleagues before bravely announcing his position on many issues such as his support for an apology to Australia's indigenous ''Stolen Generation''
Turnbull, not even two days into his job had been criticised of ''Mansplaining''. Mansplaining is when a man explains something to someone, typically a woman, in a manner regarded as condescending or patronising.
