Bannon has given Mueller reinforcements to investigate Trump’s money laundering.

Updated on January 8, 2018

Bannon has given Mueller reinforcements to investigate Trump’s money laundering.

Trump is too busy destroying the institutions of our democracy to fulfill his duties as leader of the free world.

Trump’s insanity is making a dangerous situation in North Korea even worse.

Trump’s stupidity has consigned the Middle East to war.

Trump’s lying is disgusting and is ruining our reputation.

Trump is stupid, continually lying and insane. Let’s hope Trump will be impeached. The GOP will have to lose the 2018 House and Senate for that to happen, but that is a real possibility.

Bannon has given Mueller reinforcements to investigate Trump’s money laundering.

When the Congressional GOP attacks Mueller the Democrats can easily say that Trump’s former chief strategist’s remarks make it clear that the investigation is warranted.

The article “Trump Tower meeting with Russians 'treasonous', Bannon says in explosive book” states “Donald Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon has described the Trump Tower meeting between the president’s son and a group of Russians during the 2016 election campaign as “treasonous” and “unpatriotic”, according to an explosive new book seen by the Guardian.

Bannon, speaking to author Michael Wolff, warned that the investigation into alleged collusion with the Kremlin will focus on money laundering and predicted: “They’re going to crack Don Junior like an egg on national TV.”

Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, reportedly based on more than 200 interviews with the president, his inner circle and players in and around the administration, is one of the most eagerly awaited political books of the year. In it, Wolff lifts the lid on a White House lurching from crisis to crisis amid internecine warfare, with even some of Trump’s closest allies expressing contempt for him.”

The article “White House goes off on new book about Trump administration” states “The White House is not pulling punches on a new book about the early days of President Trump's administration.

During Thursday's White House press briefing, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders railed against Michael Wolff's new book, "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," calling it "sad," "pathetic" and full of mistakes.”

Trump has kept lawyers busy throughout his con-man career and it is happening now as the article states “Trump's lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to Bannon on Wednesday, claiming he had breached a non-disclosure agreement signed as part of working on Trump's campaign.

The Washington Post reported Thursday that Trump's attorneys have also sent a cease-and-desist letter to the book's publisher, demanding that Henry Holt & Company not publish the book and apologize to the president.”

It isn’t only “Fire and Fury” that shows Mueller’s investigations needs to continue. The article “Obstruction Inquiry Shows Trump’s Struggle to Keep Grip on Russia Investigation” states “President Trump gave firm instructions in March to the White House’s top lawyer: stop the attorney general, Jeff Sessions, from recusing himself in the Justice Department’s investigation into whether Mr. Trump’s associates had helped a Russian campaign to disrupt the 2016 election.

Public pressure was building for Mr. Sessions, who had been a senior member of the Trump campaign, to step aside. But the White House counsel, Donald F. McGahn II, carried out the president’s orders and lobbied Mr. Sessions to remain in charge of the inquiry, according to two people with knowledge of the episode.”

The article also states “Among the other episodes, Mr. Trump described the Russia investigation as “fabricated and politically motivated” in a letter that he intended to send to the F.B.I. director at the time, James B. Comey, but that White House aides stopped him from sending. Mr. Mueller has also substantiated claims that Mr. Comey made in a series of memos describing troubling interactions with the president before he was fired in May.

The special counsel has received handwritten notes from Mr. Trump’s former chief of staff, Reince Priebus, showing that Mr. Trump talked to Mr. Priebus about how he had called Mr. Comey to urge him to say publicly that he was not under investigation. The president’s determination to fire Mr. Comey even led one White House lawyer to take the extraordinary step of misleading Mr. Trump about whether he had the authority to remove him.

The New York Times has also learned that four days before Mr. Comey was fired, one of Mr. Sessions’s aides asked a congressional staff member whether he had damaging information about Mr. Comey, part of an apparent effort to undermine the F.B.I. director…

Mr. Mueller has also been examining a false statement that the president reportedly dictated on Air Force One in July in response to an article in The Times about a meeting that Trump campaign officials had with Russians in 2016.”

How can that not be obstruction?

Trump is too busy destroying the institutions of our democracy to fulfill his duties as leader of the free world.

The article “Devin Nunes, targeting Mueller and the FBI, alarms Democrats and some Republicans with his tactics” states “Rep. Devin Nunes, once sidelined by an ethics inquiry from leading the House Intelligence Committee’s Russia probe, is reasserting the full authority of his position as chairman just as the GOP appears poised to challenge special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.

The California Republican was cleared in December of allegations he improperly disclosed classified information while accusing the Obama administration of exposing the identities of Trump affiliates on surveillance reports. Since clearing his name, Nunes has stepped up his attacks on Mueller’s team and the law enforcement agencies around it, including convening a group of Intelligence Committee Republicans to draft a likely report on “corruption” among the investigators working for the special counsel.

Though Nunes has not officially wrested his panel’s Russia probe back from the Republicans he deputized to run it, the chairman’s reemergence as a combative Trump loyalist has raised alarm among Democrats that the future of the investigation may be clipped short or otherwise undermined. Even some of Nunes’ GOP allies have expressed concern about his tactics, prompting rare public warnings that he should temper his attacks on federal law enforcement.”

The article “Jimmy Kimmel Suggests Perfect Name For Donald Trump’s Fake News Awards” jokes about how Trump is trying to disrupt our 4th estate. I guess it is better to laugh than cry.

The article “Trump again at war with 'deep state' Justice Department” states “President Donald Trump on Tuesday escalated an extraordinary confrontation with his own Justice Department, suggesting it was part of a shady government "deep state" conspiracy against him.

The explosive charge follows Trump's repeated attacks on the FBI and agents working with special counsel Robert Mueller on the investigation into whether there was collusion between members of his presidential campaign and a Russian election meddling operation in 2016.

His assault, delivered via a tweet, suggested that Trump is again chafing against conventions that presidents normally observe to maintain the independence of judicial authorities and to avoid the perception of political interference in the Justice Department and the FBI.”

Trump has his minion, Nunes, interfering in the House Russian investigation as Trump is attacking the 4th estate and the Justice Department. Trump should stop attacking the institutions of the US democracy and do his job.

Trump’s insanity is making a dangerous situation in North Korea even worse.

The article “Trump Could Destroy the Entire Human Species, Says Yale Psychiatrist Who Warned Congress Members” states “President Donald Trump’s mental health might lead to the extinction of the human species, the Yale psychiatrist briefing lawmakers on the president's psychological state told Newsweek on Friday.

If it were possible, Dr. Bandy Lee said, "we would be declaring a public health emergency that needs to be responded to as quickly as possible.””

The article “Trump to North Korean leader Kim: My ‘Nuclear Button’ is ‘much bigger & more powerful’” states “President Trump escalated his war of words with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday evening, asserting that his "nuclear button" is "much bigger & more powerful" than the North Korean leader's and threatening that the U.S. arsenal "works."

Trump was responding to Kim's annual New Year's Day speech on Monday, during which the North Korean leader boasted that the United States is "within the range of our nuclear strike and a nuclear button is always on the desk of my office."

Trump said in his Tuesday tweet, "North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the 'Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.' Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!"”

Trump’s stupidity has consigned the Middle East to war.

The article “Hamas says Trump has opened 'the gates of hell' and calls for 'day of rage'” states “"Trump's decision on Jerusalem will not succeed in changing the fact that Jerusalem is an Arab Muslim land," a spokesperson for the militant group running Gaza noted. ..

Hamas called the decision about the city - home to holy sites for Jews, Muslims, and Christians - "a red line".

The statement was unequivocal: "The resistance will not allow any desecration of it."”

In Iran also Trump has not been acting properly. The article “‘You just can’t tweet here’: Graham urges Trump to lay out Iran strategy” states “Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) called on President Trump to lay out his strategy toward Iran as the country faces its largest protests since 2009, saying such a move would help bolster the United States in its conflict with North Korea.

Predicting that the new year will be one of “opportunity and extreme danger,” Graham said Trump should withdraw from the Iran nuclear agreement in 2018 and give a national address explaining his approach.

Graham warned that North Korea is watching how the United States conducts itself as protests in Iran continue for a third day, and he said that Trump’s tweeting of support for the Iranian people is not an adequate response.

“The Iranians are watching us in North Korea, and North Korea is watching us in Iran,” Graham said in an interview with CBS’s “Face the Nation.” “We’ve got a chance here to deliver some fatal blows to really bad actors in 2018, but if we blink, God help us all.””

Trump’s lying is disgusting and is ruining our reputation.

The article “President Trump Made 1,950 Untrue Claims in 2017. That's Making His Job Harder” states “When President Trump sat down with the New York Times for an interview recently, he said something untrue about every 75 seconds.

That’s not just the usual political boasting and grandstanding. Those were actual, verifiable claims which professional fact checkers investigated and found to be untrue.

For example, Trump said in the interview that “virtually every Democrat” has said that the Trump campaign did not collude with the Russians during the 2016 election, while there was “tremendous collusion” between Democrats and the Russians.

That’s not just false but “breathtakingly false,” as one fact-checker put it. Democrats have not exonerated Trump, though some have been circumspect about what we know and don’t know about Russian meddling, and there is little evidence that Democrats were colluding with Russia.

In fact, the CIA, FBI and National Security Agency found in January of 2017 that Russia aimed to discredit Hillary Clinton and help Trump’s chances in the election, so the claim doesn’t make much sense.

The interview was not an outlier, either.

A year-end review of untrue claims from FactCheck.org found Trump dominating the list with remarks on everything from his inauguration to the Russia investigation to his own tax bill. Of PolitiFact’s 483 fact checks on Trump so far, 69% were rated “mostly false,” “false” or “pants on fire,” and his claims on Russian meddling were the “Lie of the Year.” The Washington Post found 1,950 false or misleading claims made over 347 days….

During the campaign, Trump’s pitch depended a lot on salesmanship. He avoided detailed plans in favor of making grand claims about how “I alone can fix it.” As the first president without a track record in politics or the military, he essentially asked voters to take his word for it. But his reputation for dishonesty is making it harder for him to do that job.”

We have documented that Trump is stupid, continually lying and insane. The reality TV antics of his administration are wearing us all out. People who voted for him will not defend him. His domestic policies have been atrocious and the vileness of his tax legislation will eventually be realized by his voters. His international policies are dangerous and our enemies hate us more, and our allies respect us less, than previously.

Mueller is zeroing in on Trump, and the sooner the better for the US and the world.

This article is pure rant and emotion by an anti Trumper.

Starting with the rude cartoons, and followed by the desire to make Trump look bad.

"Trump gave firm instructions in March to the White House’s top lawyer: stop the attorney general, Jeff Sessions, from recusing himself in the Justice Department’s investigation into whether Mr. Trump’s associates had helped a Russian campaign to disrupt the 2016 election."

Why should Sessions have recused himself? Loretta Lynch didn't recuse herself, and then FBI director James Comey set HRC free, when it is the call of the DOJ to make that determination.

"Trump is too busy destroying the institutions of our democracy to fulfill his duties as leader of the free world."

      What exactly is our democracy?

      What are his duties?

"The article “Trump again at war with 'deep state' Justice Department” states “President Donald Trump on Tuesday escalated an extraordinary confrontation with his own Justice Department, suggesting it was part of a shady government "deep state" conspiracy against him.

The explosive charge follows Trump's repeated attacks on the FBI and agents working with special counsel Robert Mueller on the investigation into whether there was collusion between members of his presidential campaign and a Russian election meddling operation in 2016."

The FBI and the DOJ along with Obama deserved the attacks as you call it, by president Trump.

The FBI knew they weren't going to charge HRC even before their sham investigation started.

The FBI used the Bogus Russian Dossier to get FISA warrants to spy on Trump and his team.

Mueller had serious conflicts of interests and he should have turned down the job as special counsel. He also loaded his team with HRC supporters. He also met and counseled James Comey right before Comey was to testify before congress. And Comey came out to congress that he wanted a special counsel.

There is no reason to give the FBI or other US intelligence agencies of not being shady. Remember all the White House leaks. And the FBI using the bogus Dossier to get FISA warrants. Asst FBI director McCabe's wife received a loan for her house. Peter Stroyk was forced off the Mueller investigation for cause.

"Trump has his minion, Nunes, interfering in the House Russian investigation as Trump is attacking the 4th estate and the Justice Department. Trump should stop attacking the institutions of the US democracy and do his job."

Nunes is not a minion of anyone. The House Ethics Committee announced Thursday that it had cleared House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., of claims that he improperly disclosed classified information while leading the committee's investigation of Russian actions during the 2016 election.

In a statement, the committee said that classification experts in the intelligence community had concluded that "the information that Rep. Nunes disclosed was not classified."

In March, Nunes held a news conference in which he discussed viewing intelligence reports in which the names of Trump associates were "unmasked" by then-National Security Adviser Susan Rice in the final weeks of the Obama administration. Nunes then controversially went to brief President Trump on the information before meeting with the Intelligence Committee.

"Trump’s insanity is making a dangerous situation in North Korea even worse."

I don't think that you would want that quack looking at your article here and saying you are nuts.

"Trump’s lying is disgusting and is ruining our reputation."

The use of that 1950 lies in 347 days is irrelevant. I did a hub on it. It is minutia and has nothing to do with Trump's performance as president.

"Trump is stupid, continually lying and insane. Let’s hope Trump will be impeached. The GOP will have to lose the 2018 House and Senate for that to happen, but t

You haven't documented any facts to support your lying, insanity, and being stupid.

You are speaking for yourself, and droning the CNN line.

How has his domestic policies been atrocious?

How has has tax plan been vile?

Our enemies hate us period, and they can't really hate us more.

And we are the ones that support our Allies, and do you really want us to be like them. They have serious problems in their economy, and within their country because they are too liberal.

Don't try to tell us what everyone thinks about Trump?

You are part of the drones that keep telling the same lies and will keep doing it because you think people will believe it.

As far as North Korea, they are the result of sixty plus years of professional politicians in congress and the presidency that didn't deal with them. Now as president Trump he is the one that makes the call on how to handle them.

Graham had many chances and he didn't do anything.

      end of discussion.
