Bullies to the Left of Me

Updated on January 14, 2018

Let's Make Some Noise

Source

Chiquita is at the Table

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Sunday, January 14, 2018. Our noisy, but insightful friend, Chiquita Cicada, is busy at the stove preparing Bundt Cake French Toast for our enjoyment. Chiquita has had it with the "opposition" who oppose anything having to do with President Trump and his supporters. The left are into bullying in a big way, and I don't think we should take it lying down. Please join me and Pop this morning for breakfast, and a chance to talk about the mean spirited psychotic ugliness that abounds. We hope to see you soon.

The Death of Decency

Thanks so much for joining us this morning. The "resistors", the "opposition", "the "Left", the "Liberals", the "Democrats", the "Fake Republicans", the "Babies on Campus", and the "Professors" on campus are all part of a very big problem in our nation. Having a difference of opinion is normal and often welcome. Supporting one party over the other is also usual, but what is happening now is neither normal or usual, and in fact it is dangerous, very dangerous. Most college campuses today are hotbeds for so called "sensitive" students behaving in hideous, insensitive ways toward anyone who doesn't agree with their views. What happened to the days when opposition to a guest speaker's outlook meant staying away from the event? Now speakers who hold a conservative point of view are putting themselves in harm's way. Allen Dershowitz, a learned and well-known Democrat, isn't welcome either. He is simply not "left" enough for these kids, and that resistance speaks volumes about where we are headed. Once these students graduate and take up positions in society, life as we know it may change radically, with emphasis on the radical. Common sense will be unheard of and common sense views will be reviled. It's already happening. The insane hatred of Donald Trump, despite his achievements is a cancer on our nation. Students fear for their safety, families have stopped speaking to each other and social media is teeming with nasty, vicious people who feel free to call out this President and people like Pop. This so-called sensitive crowd is, in reality, insensitive and intolerant. Surely, they will pass on their ugliness to their children, and bring this country to its knees. This new "left" doesn't believe in freedom of speech, thought or action. What kind of America are we moving towards?

A Conservative Piñata

Sticks and Stones

This past week President Trump was accused of referring to Haiti among other places as s***h***s. Suddenly, the left went even farther over the edge. How dare this man say such a thing? The fact that he denied saying any such thing was ignored. All of these caring, sweet people were feeling sick for the people of Haiti. I take the president at his word, because I choose to. The issue for me, is not anything worth flipping out over, but the Trump haters will grasp at anything, and I mean anything to derail his presidency. The Democrats never met with President Trump in a bi-partisan way. It was all a sham on their part. Airing the discussions was fantastic and refreshing. The garbage that followed was predictable. The only thing illegal immigration means to the left is votes, votes that they hope will keep them in power forever. God help us!

Living in Denial

Source

Fear of the Truth

The one thing the Trump haters fear is the truth. They get their daily dose of lies from the mainstream media who have made a career out of trashing the president and his supporters. President Obama described people like Pop as "living on another planet." I suggest that the former president take a walk on the wild side one of these days and watch Fox News. He may be surprised to learn that the station actually gives both sides of every argument. Of course, he already knows that, but he likes the idea of the left remaining ignorant. When it comes to Democrats, ignorance is bliss and it keeps them in office.

Donald Trump was elected because there were, and still are, plenty of people who like straight talk, action, common sense and the truth. Donald Trump was elected because eight miserable years under a president who was anti-American was more than enough for a lifetime. Donald Trump was elected because he made promises that he is keeping, despite the Democrats pulling out all the stops to ruin everything. I wish him seven more fruitful years. If he succeeds America wins. Let him make America great again!

And I'm here to say

I wish the looney left would just go away....

      Good Morning taxlarry,

It's great to see you at the breakfast table. I agree,it has to be stupidity, but really it's not that surprising. For years, politicians have been promising loads of things and producing nothing. I include both parties in this assessment. Along comes Donald Trump, non-politician, and he says what is on our mind and produces results. How utterly refreshing! The politicians, particularly the Dems, can't allow him to succeed, because it will make them look like the losers they are. See you later at the Inn.

It is getting a bit tiring hearing the garbage from the left. In their infinite wisdom, the left are idiots without any wisdom except for their stupidity. (If that makes sense). I wonder what it will be like for those gems running for reelection in November when they speak to their constituents about their great voting record. How are they going to handle the fact that due to the tax Reform act the voters have more money in their wallets with the voters knowing these Dems voted against the tax bill? There cannot be any explanation that would be meaningful. The Dems are still trying to get rid of Trump by way of the "Russia collusion." They still have not proved anything. Which makes me conclude that the common thread among the left is the amazing amount of stupidity they have accumulated over the years. You can't talk to them or reason with them because of their gross stupidity. Now, if you will excuse me, I am going to have an adult beverage. see you at the inn.

      Good Morning maven,

I doubt anyone could ever accuse you of being a snowflake. Only a lunatic could navigate the politically correct minefield out there today. For example, I am have just insulted "lunatics". The other day I heard Chelsea Manning being discussed on TV. In every other sentence Manning was at first described as a "she", and then a he. They should have gone with "it". Oops, I just made a PC boo-boo! In any case, I'll see you at the Inn. By the way, HP has merged with Maven. When I heard the news, I thought it was you, and I was thrilled. Alas, I think I was wrong.

      Pop...

I've compared you to the Molly Pitcher's in the past...You have always been strong and patriotic...Rereading my comment I am concerned if maybe I triggered someone when I said: "a young lady" in the PETA protest...some may consider it a sexist macho-pig description of a female human being...Others, that lean towards transgenderism, (sometimes I feel like a nut, sometimes I don't) may have been offended by the term "Lady"... I'm suggesting someone, please, come out with a book of politically correct English terminology in the 21st century...I dearly wish to offend nobody...(am I turning into a snowflake..?)

You have a delightful and insightful way of getting to the heart of the matter. I am grateful that you are out there, because it makes me stronger. See you at the Inn.

      Dear Lori,

I watched Trump's doctor endure a disgusting barrage of questions from the press corps. My first thought was that the press needed to have a mental exam. There questions were absurd, their demeanor disgusting and their intrusiveness more than I could stand. Really, who's crazy?

I was just telling a friend today that one good thing about Trump, and it's very rare, is that he doesn't waffle when criticized. He doesn't change his position if he feels something the right and best thing to do. Most presidents waffle when they say or do something about an issue that bothers a lot of people. They call in the spin doctors.

I don't know if Trump said what they say he did about Haiti. I hope he didn't. He does tend to run off at the mouth without thinking. But I still support him in most of the things he does.

The other latest thing is people saying he's got dementia or some other mental health issues. Doctors on both sides of the aisle (supposedly) are demanding he get evaluated because they "care" about Trump's health. Today's news said Trump requested a cognitive exam and it came out normal. I wonder what they'll come up with next.

      Morning Pop and Chiquita...

If President Trump were to cure cancer the Left would say he invented it...

He wears the Truth like a suit of Teflon, much like President Reagan...The Left can't handle the truth...There is truth in action... not words, or hope, or wishing for a better outcome... President Trump is a man of action, and that scares the #rap out the snowflakes, their progressive professors, and the MSM...The spirit of Harry S. Truman, my favorite Democrat, lives on...

As an aside, last week I was witness to a PETA demonstration against squirrel hunting in Arizona...I noticed this sign carried by a young lady that said: "Squirrels Lives Matter"...She couldn't understand why I was laughing so hard...

      Good Morning, Paula,

I think whining is part of their DNA. My "candidate" has lost many times, and my life went on. It appears that Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real thing. I wonder if a vaccine could be developed. In any case, I'll see you at the Inn. It is Taco Night, and it's all my treat.

      Good Morning brad,

You make a terrific point. Trump represents the people, and he represents citizens who are disgusted with the status quo. That is what the Dems are so afraid of. What happens to them and their empty promises if Trump actually does a great job? Their concerns are about them. We do not enter into the picture. I hope they cry themselves to sleep every single night! See you at the Inn, brad.

      Pop

The left is now just Anti Trump and there are no degrees or shades of gray in their party.

And as you mentioned some of the Republicans in congress have been infected.

Both of these factions actually demonstrate why Trump is such a good president. He doesn't represent either party, he represents us. The ones that help him also represent us. The ones on the fence need to fall on one side or the other. The Anti Trump, at least those in congress need to be replaced by people that want to represent us.

It is time that the party, both parties follow the will of the people instead of the other way round. When was the last time that both parties pulled in the same direction?

I don't like either party, but I like Trump. He is the anti politician, and we have seen what the politicians have done since the 70s.

I am now using the word, "DEMOganda" as it describes what the Anti Trump people are doing when they say and do these things. And I call those that spread Democrat Propaganda is Demogandists.

Great article. We should all be on the same side.

The bullies are everywhere. There's no escaping and I should think they must be about ready to wear themselves out. Aren't they sick & tired of the sounds of their own whining and crying?

They just keep scraping all the way to the bottom of the barrel to find every speck of insignificant rot they can possibly find. Thus, making asses of themselves, boring and annoying the intelligent people . In the words of "David Gergen," The LEFT will ultimately insure a 2nd term for Trump."

Is it Taco night at the Inn? I'll be right there!

      Good Morning Pino,

It is wonderful to see you at the breakfast table. I do think we need to speak up a bit more, even if it only means boycotting the films of people like DiNero. The Trump Derangement Syndrome is worse than the flu, and that's pretty bad this year. I'll save you a seat at the Inn, and we'll toast to seven more productive years!

I agree, "is happening now is neither normal or usual, and in fact it is dangerous, very dangerous."

Please do not normalize POTUS45, he if far far from anything remotely looking like 'normal'. I always found it amazing that those who support a president who is not politically correct, who will say it like it is, somehow feel victimized by others using the same 'outdoor' bellow.

POP and Chiquita: Very insightful hub. A few years ago Obama called Haiti a hell hole. What is the difference?

Did the MSM go mad? No! I hate hipocrits and the MSM are just that. Anything they can do to take President Trump down is what they do best, even if they are lying. Actually, you would think that the Democrats dominate the electorate; but they do not. That is why they need to scream louder - so that you think there are more of them than Republicans. Republicans do not scream back, but in my opinion, they should; just to shut the Dems up.

I also want Trump to have seven more years. Now that his doctor has examined him and gave him a great bill of health, now that the Russian collusion has been debunked; now that the economy is about to take off, I think President Trump will be unstopable; and that is why the Dems lie.

I am off to the Inn. Need to be with my conservative friends........
