The Cat Fight

You are minding your own business, out on the town. Then from out of the blue without warning you realize that your boyfriend's ex is pulling your hair from behind. Next thing you know, you are both on the floor nailing and clawing your way to the door. It's a cat fight.

Or, how about this scenario: You are at the laundry mat. There is only one washer open. You have your clothes in the washer, you go up to the service counter to get change. You get back to the washer and find your clothes all over the floor. Someone with an attitude said your laundry was on the floor when they got there, and the washer was empty when she took it. Next thing you know, soap is flying, the sheets have hit the fan, and a crowd with dirty laundry begins to circle. Although you may be in a laundry mat, there is nothing clean about a cat fight.

Welcome to the Cat Fight, home of some of the best cat fight links on the internet. Although I've thrown the first punch, you can get in on this cat fight, too.

The Cat Fight Girls of YouTube

Lately girls have made the news by exposing themselves to fights more often than boys. In fact, for the first time in history girls have been out-fighting the guys in terms of fighting each other in schools, gangs, and backyard brawls. Below are some of the Girl CatFights on YouTube.

Now it's your turn. Let's get down. What do you think about cat fights?

Real cat fights or none at all?

A Real Cat Fight

Once upon a time I had two cats. One would be laying in the middle of the floor on its back just taking a nice soft snooze. Then, from out of nowhere comes the big grey kitty with a face jump. The next thing I knew, furry fists were flying, claws were bared, hissing sounds, and the cats were in a battle royale . Thus the origin of the term "cat fight." "Catter-walling" is the term used for what went on from there.

Below is a fine example of a real cat fight. (I call this one 'cat fight light.')

When The Cat Claws Come Out

One morning, a sweet little kitty got brave and walked in my house through the doggie door. As I cradled the cat to quietly take her out out the front door, the dog comes bolting out from behind, scares the cat, and I find myself in the middle of cat claws and dog paws.

Below is a live news clip of one of the reporters from our local TV Station. The reporter was trying to help a big kitty find a home. This cat fight proves that no good deed goes unpunished.
