Curt Schilling Comparing Muslims to Nazis
The former baseball and current commentator at ESPN Curt Schilling made an outburst in the internet after he tweeted on Tuesday comparing all Muslims to Nazis. Outraged tweeters took the issue to hand and challenged his tweet. This has raised a debate in the internet and people think it was a wrong thing to say.
According to the tweet, Schilling suggests that the Islam religion is Nazi Germany's kin, and that a majority of the Islam community are extremists just as Nazi era Germans are said to be responsible for Nazi crimes. This is breathtakingly a hateful speech and he shouldn’t have tweeted such. This motion is totally wrong and weighing from the facts, Muslims are the number one victims who face brutality from extremist groups, for instance the ISIS. High chances are that they are prone to be killed by these extremists. On the other hand, the Nazi era Germans fought and overwhelmingly supported Nazi regime, there’s no actual connection of the Muslims and ISIS, and the same applies for the relationship between Nazi crimes and the Nazi era Germans.
Since then Schilling has apologized to his fans and even the Muslims for the Nazi- Muslim meme.
