Don't Blame Obama

In this enlightening article I will explain why our current economic state should not be blamed on President Obama, but on another, previous President of The United States. No, No, No! Before you start to get ahead of yourself and start predicting a George Bush Jr. bashing, let me assure you right now, 'It ain't him.' Furthermore, in this article I'm going to show you why the index finger on your other hand should be pointed at yourself, because you and me are just as much to blame as this mystery man is.

It Was Written

On July 4, 1776, The 13 American colonies declared there freedom from the British Empire. These 13 colonies then became the first 13 states of our country, The United States of America. The reasoning behind the creation of this declaration can be summed up in one of the most famous sentences known in the English Language. This sentence is plucked from the text of the document itself; "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness." This was a nice beginning, right?

So far so good. We all have equal rights, sounds good to me. The problem with this great idea was that it was basically a first draft. For anyone who has ever gone to school and handed in a report you can understand the comparison here. Rarely can you finish a report and hand it in without proof reading it, and even after that you often still end up missing a mistake or not noticing some of the clarity issues of your point. Even after you have looked it over more than once tell me, what happens after you hand it in? The teacher hands your paper back to you with red marks all over the pages. Errors for you to correct.

The Declaration of Independence was a great idea, it just had to be tweaked. On September 17, 1787 a new document was created by our forefathers. The "United States Constitution" set forth the "laws of the Land" or "The rules" by which the government should run. Through the creation of the three branches of government, the Constitution attempts to ensure that every American citizen has a fair shot at Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

The Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of the government work as a set of 'checks' and 'balances' that are similar to the way I described proofreading earlier. Several people check over the same paper to make sure that all errors have been resolved. Unfortunately, the same government that came up with these protective 'checks and 'balances,' may be the reason for many of us Americans now having zero 'checks' and zero 'balances' in our bank accounts.

Before you move on to the next text please watch the informative video below. It clearly explains the three branches of the government and it does so in an entertaining way. This knowledge is needed in order for the rest of my article to be understood. Don't feel like your dumb if you watch the video, trust me it has nothing to do with your intelligence. The way the government is currently run is nothing like it was meant to, so a little refresh might be necessary.

Who's World Is This?

In 1994 an influence Rap artist and now Hip Hop Icon, by the name of 'Nas' released, "The World is Yours," a single from his debut album "Illmatic."

In the song Nas cleverly attempts to encourage self confidence by suggesting to everyone that the world is yours. In the same song during one of his verses Nas says, "I'm out for presidents to represent me, I'm out for dead presidents to represent me." This is interesting. Even during an attempt to be positive and instill wisdom and self knowledge into the minds of his listeners the self proclaimed "Hood Prophet," cannot resist the urge to incorporate money into his teachings. "Dead Presidents" is slang for money, American currency is labeled with the faces of dead presidents, hence the connection. This intelligent, and arguably righteous man not only wants money, but wants money to represent him. Like I said interesting. Now, let's fast forward to 1996, two years after the release of "The World is Yours" an up and coming rapper by the name of Jay-Z released a single from his debut album, "Reasonable Doubt" named "Dead Presidents," which sampled Nas's line, "I'm out for presidents to represent me, I'm out for dead presidents to represent me." According to, Jay-Z currently has a net worth around $450 million. I guess he got what he was asking for huh?

You might be wondering why I'm telling you all of this? I'll explain. These two artists are being used as a metaphor for our society. If you were to listen to both albums you will notice that Nas and Jay-z both tapped into the emotion of their environment at the time and poetically put it into words. This is why both these men's debut albums have garnered so much success critically and financially.

This is why these two artists are respected by most Hip Hop fans as being in the "Top 5 Dead or Alive." People understood and still understand what they were saying. In this world you need money or 'Dead Presidents' in order to survive and to make it out of the gutter, and if you want to stay out, you're going to need a lot more. If this statement is in fact is true, then unfortunately, Nas may be wrong about who's world this is. To quote another song from the past it appears that "Money Makes the World go Round." But who makes the money, is what we should be worried about.

On December 3, 1913, then President Woodrow Wilson signed into law, "The Federal ReserveAct," which handed over our 'gold standard' monetary system to a private centralized bank who in turn changed our currency into the worthless paper (it's actually mostly cotton now) that we call money today. The power to control our economy which in turn controls our life, was now no longer in our own hands. If you're wondering why those checks and balances I described before didn't come to save the day, you might want to watch the video below..

So let's break down the new checks and balances. It goes something like this; the Fed tells our government officials what to do and they do it, if they refuse they have the power to cripple our economy by turning their money printers off and telling us that they want the money we owe them back, and they want it right now. Checked and balanced! What you don't believe me? or is it that you stopped caring? It's either one or the other these days. Anyway I guess if you're here you must be interested in this topic in some way, so let's make a promise. Even if you disagree with me, let's promise that we won't lie to each other, ok? After all we don't want be like THEM, do we?

The people who run our government now, have so much power that they no longer give us the courtesy of constructing a good lie before they get their lackeys(the politicians), to go out in public and spew them out. Think about it, our government has been lying to us for years and although it can be understood why we believed everything our elected officials said in the past, at this point, if we don't take everything they say with a grain of salt we deserve everything we've gotten and more. The real truth is that most of the time, The President is used as the face of the lie, giving the American people a false feeling of security.

Our leader gets on television and calmly tells us the bad stuff that's happening and how we should remain resilient and not worry. Don't get me wrong, this is a great way to keep people from panicking and wanting to give up, it's like being a boxer in the ring getting a pep talk from your trainer while you're on a break in between rounds. If the trainer is good enough, he can motivate you to win or tell you when to throw in the towel. The problem here is the fact that we have a Don King type promoter controlling our trainer from behind the curtain, and this 'Wizard of Oz' already has the match rigged. He already knows who's supposed to win. If the trainer wants to keep his job he'll do what he's told.

Here's a short list of lies from American Presidents:

1. "We found the weapons of mass destruction" - George W. Bush

2. "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky" - Bill Clinton

3. "We did not--repeat, did not--trade weapons or anything else for hostages, nor will we" - Ronald Reagan

4. "The North Vietnamese regime had conducted further deliberate attacks against U.S. naval vessels operating in international waters" - Lyndon B. Johnson

5. "I have never profited, never profited from public service. I have earned every cent. And in all of my years of public life, I have never obstructed justice. And I think, too, that I can say that in my years of public life, that I welcome this kind of examination because people have got to know whether or not their President's a crook. Well, I'm not a crook. I've earned everything I've got." - Richard Nixon

Here's what happens when they try to get cute, aka try to be 'real presidents':

On November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy is shot and killed by a single sniper shot while waving from his motorcade in Dallas Texas. It is strongly believed by many JFK conspiracy theorists, Kennedy wanted to release us from the Federal Reserve with Executive Order 11110. The purpose of this executive order is still questioned to this day. Who knows man, really? That whole thing is fisher than Sponge Bob's square pants if you ask me.

After knowing everything I now know about the Federal Reserve, I can honesty say that I think 'this' President below was definitely telling the truth:

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men." -Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

False Flags

Before we start this next one I want to make one thing clear. I respect every man and woman who has died for this country and I believe in fighting for this country. What I do not believe in is risking my life for the sole purpose of making some one rich. 'False Flags' are operations designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is flying the flag of a country other than one's own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and can be used in peace-time(Wikipedia). Below is a list of some 'alleged' United States False Flags courtesy of Stephen Lendman, a Research Associate of the Centre for Research on Globalization. I don't know if all of this stuff is true but I think it's worth contemplating. If you don't believe one of the statements go research it. After all this is the internet.

● In 1898, Spain was falsely accused of blowing up the USS Maine in Havana, Cuba harbor. The Spanish-American war followed.

● On May 7, 1915, a German U-boat was accused of torpedoing the RMS Lusitania, killing 128 US citizens. It helped precipitate America's April 4, 1917 WW I entry, a war Woodrow Wilson wanted and got through a propaganda campaign, turning pacifist Americans into German haters. It was later learned that on board munitions, not a torpedo, exploded, sinking the ship.

● On December 7, 1941, Roosevelt manipulated Japan to attack Pearl Harbor, giving him the war he wanted from the early 1930s, but had to convince a pacifist public of the threat. The fleet was also tracked across the Pacific, but Admiral HE Kimmel wasn't warned or given known intelligence to assure enough mass casualties for congressional and public support.

● In 1962, a US Joint Chiefs of Staff proposed false flag never happened because Kennedy rejected it. Called Operation Northwoods (a part of Operation Mongoose), it included sinking US ships, shooting down US commercial airliners, blowing up buildings in US cities, attacking America's Guantanamo base, other incidents, and blaming it on Cuba as a reason for war.

● The fake August 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident initiated full-scale retaliation against North Vietnam after Congress passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, authorizing war without declaring it.

● In August 1990, Washington colluded with the al- Sabah monarchy, entrapping Saddam Hussein to invade Kuwait. In January 1991, it launched the Gulf War, followed by over two decades of sanctions, more war occupation, and destruction of the "cradle of civilization."

● The September 11, 2001 false flag operation launched a decade of imperial wars against Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Libya, Palestine allied with Israel, perhaps others to come, as well as proxy wars in Somalia, Yemen, Bahrain, Central Africa, Haiti, Honduras, Colombia, and at home against Muslims, Latino immigrants, and working Americas.

On February 16, 2010, a Washington's blog web site ( article titled, "Governments ADMIT That They Carry Out False Flag Terror" listed examples, including:

● The CIA admitted its 1950s role in toppling Iran's democratically government in 1953.

● Israel acknowledged a 1954 attack in Egypt, including planting bombs in US diplomatic facilities, leaving "evidence" of Arab involvement.

● Indonesia's former president, Abdurrahman Wahid, said the nation's police or military most likely were involved in the 2002 Bali bombing, killing over 200 people.

● A former Italian prime minister, judge, and military counterintelligence head, General Gianadelio Maletti, said America's CIA instigated and abetted right wing terrorist groups in the 1970s and earlier, including bombing a Milan bank in 1969 to rally popular anti-communist support in Italy and other European countries.

● Many others, including former Carter administration National Security Adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, telling a Senate committee that a false flag terror attack on US soil might occur to blame Iran and justify war.

This could go on forever but I think you get the point.

At the end of the day politics in America is similar to the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). You have two opponents that go out in front of the camera and pretend to hate each other but when the camera goes off they're backstage yukking it up, just another day on the job. The presidential debate against the Democratic and Republican nominees is like the Wrestlemania of politics.

Two people who work for the same boss pretend to beat each other to death in order to gain our respect and acceptance. The only question left here is, who is the Vince McMahon of this thing? In the beginning I told you not to blame Obama. At this point you should understand why I said that, if not I will explain.

The President of the United States is just the face of our government. In other words he is a puppet whose sole purpose is to be the person to look at when things go right or wrong in this country. He only does what he is told to do. Although he has the power to veto bills and pass laws he only does so after speaking to the real people who run the operation, the off shore bankers. Trust me when I say that no move that the president makes is initiated until the right people give the okay. How much money do you think it costs to run and win an election?

These politicians can not fund these elections by themselves, and I don't care how much you and I support a candidate, our little donations don't do much. These candidates depend on the financial and influential support of rich people. Rich people who have a motive. When they know they have a man that's going to do what he's told they make sure he gets in. So I say to you fellow American, do not blame Barrack Obama, George Bush, Bill Clinton, or any other president besides Woodrow Wilson for our current economic problems.

He is the one who sold our souls to the devilish Federal Reserve, Hell he even apologized for it after he did it. In addition you should point your finger at the mirror for allowing yourself to believe every BS story that these narcissistic, spoiled, mentally ill, a-holes put out there. At this point we are the only ones to blame.

We have the power to question authority, it's right there in the constitution for all to see. It just seems like we all stopped thinking for ourselves one day and just decided to let 'Big Brother and Big Sister' make decisions for us. Notice the common nic names for our government are not mother or father? They want to tell you what to do but still be cool enough for you to relate to them. After everything is said and done, it doesn't matter what color you are anymore. White, Black, Yellow, Orange, Purple, or Blue. The only color that matters anymore is green.

Not long ago my ancestors gave their lives in hopes of removing the shackles that had been placed on them by the slave owners, now it seems like those same chains have become a fashion necessity. Remember earlier when I said money was mostly made of cotton now? Well ladies and gentlemen believe it or not, whether Black, White, yellow, orange, purple or blue, it appears that we are all picking cotton for the masters now. Remember...all I am offering is the truth, nothing more.

      I absolutely love the blunt and humorous way you write. You have an excellent handle on history and economics.

      I like the part about the President being a puppet. He is more like a celebrity trying to keep a reputation.

      The above statement pretty much sums up the third season of 24. If you haven't watched it, I think you'd love it.

      Had we stuck to a gold backed currency, our country would literally own the world. We probably would have sent more expeditions to space and colonized the moon. NASA wouldn't be retired due to budget cuts.

      Oh, so very nicely done!!! Of course, I'm right there with you. I'm glad to see that a fellow hubber has taken the time to discover all these "secrets" that have been lying about in plain view, but were invisible to those not wanting to see. I have but two things to address, the first being that I've often wondered exactly what was being held over Woodrow Wilson's head, that he felt forced to cave in? The fact that he apologized before the ink was dry, is an indication that he knew his actions would have severe repercussions on the American people. It was right about that same time and era when the American educational system began to feel the crumbling of its traditional foundations. We are still feeling the repercussions because the dumbing down of American began back then and has gained momentum with each passing decade. Do a little research on John Dewey's beliefs about the purpose of the educational institution, as well as William Kilpatrick's. I have no doubt you will see the connections immediately.

      My second issue is with letting ANY president off the hook. They may not have started this mudslide, but they are effectively shoveling more mud by being a party to the activities. These men knew very well what they were getting themselves into simply by entering the race. No matter how reluctant they may have been to engage in the behaviors initially, somewhere along the line, their need for their own brand of fame and power got the best of them. They have sold out their families and those of every American they have sworn to represent and protect. It matters not that they may have gotten in over their heads. If you or I used such an excuse as a defense for a misguided action, we would still be held accountable, because since we are free to make our own choices in how we will deal with the situations laid at our feet, we are in control of whether we do right or wrong, morally, ethically, and legally. Ok. I'm off my soapbox. Really great work!

      This hub has it all. I've never understood exactly why seemingly intelligent citizens blame any President for the woes of their country. He really doesn't have too much to do with what happens. He's just the face. I wonder how many presidents actually realize that when they're gung ho on fixing the problems of the country. It must be a sad realization. Anyway, I like President Obama.

      I always read a hub written by a new friend.

      You hit the nail-on-the-head on this one!

      The President is the "titular" head of the nation.

      In reality he is the impotent leader who is controlled by the other 3 facets of American gov't.

      Most Americans have not studied American history and have not read the "Constitution!"

      The Federal Reserve is under the control of the "Rothschild" dynasty.

      If you've studied the history of the "Rothchilds," you know what their purpose is. It is to control the world economy thus controlling "ALL!"

      The 10 major world banks are ALL controlled by Rothschilds dynasty!

      There is definitely a "New World Order" being construed by an international cabal dedicated to that purpose.

      Being a Republic, the USA votes folks into office, thinking we are a "democracy" and that the people rule.

      They don't realize that in a Republic, those who aRe voted into office... "RULE!"

      You offered a pretty good history lesson in this hub. Good job!

      Hello! The photos are back. The Uncle Sam pic...which is too cute. And the Declaration of Independence. I re read your article. I voted up! You make some really good points. I just hope you will try to see that even the President can have a bad day. This doesn't help either, when we have folks like Trump or Palin. They both don't make any sense. They want to slam the President. Yet, they will not come up with one intelligent idea of their own to help this country. Palin is not clear in what she is trying to say. Her non sense is all about keeping folks guessing and providing slurs and rants. Trump was off on other topics. His supposed Presidential bid was for publicity. Nothing less. I don’t know about you. I think we as Americans and this country deserve more not less. Take care!

      Great Hub. When you mentioned "False Flags" I also thought of Johnny-come-lately's. When there is a group that might be leading a peaceful protest in the streets a hired Johnny-come-lately comes in and starts yelling, pushing, basically getting roudy and noticed by the police which gets the members of the rally arrested. The Johnny-come-lately leaves and is not found part of the group.

      I witnessed a similar event in Denver during the Democratic Convention. It is a tactic to make that group look crazy and aggressive and discount their position.

      I think your hub here is full of so many gems of truth that I hope you are read by many. It needs to be heard. The whole Fed issue is why Ron Paul didn't get the Republican ticket last election. He speaks against it so often that I would be surprised if he did win. I think he sees the threat as you do.

      When you point one finger, four more are pointing right back at you. It is so true that society is totally to blame about the misfortunes of the government's past, present and future. Strictly based on dead presidents, I have none and voting for Obama definitely didn't increase my president's in anyway. So back to the fields I go with my simple reply "Yes Master".
