How do we find inner peace?

The first place to start when trying to find inner peace, is with your senses - sight, smell, touch, taste, hear. The ultimate goal is creating inner peace. In order to do that, you must remove negativity from your life.
So how do we do this just by listening to our senses? Well everyday our body sends us signals via our senses. Life is moving so quick nowadays, most of us do not have the time to stop and listen.
If you were to order a meal and it came back not tasting right, you wouldn't eat it. Well that was your taste buds, saving you from a very sick night.
That feeling you get at the pit of your stomach.When you are in a situation and it just does not feel right.
Or you open the refridgerator and something smells funny.
These are the things in life, that keep us on our toes and heading down the right path. A path that will bring with it, inner peace.
Play music that makes you feel good, not the songs that make you sad. Let the negative people in your life fade out, they are only feeding your insecurities. look in to peoples eyes, when you are talking. This usualy tells the whole story. If a person can't look you in the eye, there is something wrong. That person may not be a bad person, just down on themselves as well. Until you can find your inner peace, how can you help anyone else? Absorb the smells of life around you. The smell of a loved ones hair, the beautiful roses in the garden. These things are all precious and ignored far to often.
The touch of the person you love, wrapping their arms around you. Food that gives you that happy feeling. All of the senses are extremely important. We need to pay attention to all of them.
Use Your Gut Instinct
Especially your gut instinct! We all have one but choose to ignore it. Everytime I have, it has been a regretful subject. If your gut is churning, the whole situation is wrong. Get out of the situation, as soon as possible.
It has taken me many years to understand what inner peace means but now I know. Please use this method and stick with it, as it really does work. I have finally found inner peace, which helps me everyday. Deal with people and life around me. Bad things do happen, to good people but this makes it easier, to find your peace after it's over.
Life is an amazing wonder, lets treasure every moment.
