Focus Less on Climate Change and Focus More on Pollution
There is still debate between many political groups on climate change. Despite what scientists say about climate change there will always be a certain group of people who will not believe it. This is why we need to make a major change to the debate of climate change itself. How do we do that? Simple. Stop talking about climate change.
Now this may sound a bit odd, but bear with me here. There is a lot of debate between whether climate change is real or not, but there is something that most people can agree on. Pollution is a problem. We need to start referring to climate change as pollution in general. More people will be on board to fix it without the whole unnecessary debate about the existence of it.
While trying to combat the problems of pollution we will be combating climate change along the way. If it turns out humans are not contributing to the phenomenon known as climate change at least we now have cleaner air which will result in fewer deaths due to pollution and breathing problems. Once we change the subject from climate change to pollution we may be able to accomplish more without the constant arguments between political groups.
We may have been able to completely avoid such a large debate if we had not referred to our pollution problem as "global warming" or "climate change". Of course the vast majority of scientists believe humans are contributing to global warming and it is very important that we fix it, but we can solve the problem much easier when we start focusing more on the pollution aspect of it rather than the Earth heating up.
