For Whom the Bell Tolls!

Updated on November 9, 2009

Following months of lobbying, speeches and meetings, 36 so called Blue Dog Democrats caved in to pressure from the Obama Oligarchy and voted yes to the Government Takeover of 20% of this nation’s economy. Nancy Pelosi and her Igor, Stooge Steny Hoya strong armed House Democrats in order to accumulate the 220 votes needed to ram through this controversial so called health care reform bill over the objections of the majority of Americans. So just who are these modern day Judases who caved in and sold their collective souls for their individual 30 pieces of silver?

Well, I will tell you exactly who they are so those of you that live in their particular states can express your appreciation in 2010. So without further ado below is the list of these traitors:

Marion Berry (AR)
Leonard Boswell (IA)
Dennis Cardoza (CA)
Chris Carney (PA)
Gerry Connolly (VA)
Jim Cooper (TN)
Jim Costa (CA)
Jerry Costello (IL)
Henry Cuellar (TX)
Kathy Dahlkemper (PA
Artur Davis (AL)
Lincoln Davis (TN)
Brad Ellsworth (IN)
Baron Hill (IN)
Jim Himes (D-CT)
Paul Kanjorski (PA)
Marcy Kaptur (OH)
Dan Lipinski (IL)
Betsy Markey (CO)
Alan Mollohan (WV)
Dennis Moore (KS)
John Murtha (PA)
Jim Oberstar (WI)
Bill Owens (NY)
Tom Perriello (VA)
Gary Peters (MI)
Earl Pomeroy (ND)
Nick Rahall (WV)
Ciro Rodriguez (TX)
Mark Schauer (D-MI)
Adam Schiff (CA)
Kurt Schrader (OR)
Adam Smith (WA)
Zack Space (OH)
Bart Stupak (MI)
Charlie Wilson (OH)

There’s a line in the old Gordon Lightfoot song the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald that goes: The church bell chimed, 'til it rang 29 times
For each man on the Edmund Fitzgerald. I propose in 2010 we re-write that line to say The Church Bell did Chime, it rang 36 times

For the Lap Dogs that voted with Pelosi!

I didn’t check closely enough to see how many of the 36 were named Chad but I’m for hanging all of them; not just the Chad’s!

I noticed Florida was not on the list. No hanging chads in 2010, that's for sure.
