Guilty as Charged: Sandusky and Penn State
Yeah I know. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But, ask any attorney with the impossible job of defending this scumbag, Sandusky, whether verbally or by actions, has hung himself-a big thank you to him! Oh, let's not forget about Grand Jury report and indictment. Before, this pervert, shunned the press, now, armed with an ambulance chasing attorney, Amendola, both are coming out swinging in a battle for Sandusky's life. Across the board, this case repulses anyone who has read anything about it-from potential jurors to the Judge, who is only human also.
What Sandusky did and Penn State did is simply dead wrong in most eyes. Penn State hid him and allowed him to continue to sexually abuse kids and cultivating them so his penis could penetrate for satisfaction. That visual image alone is enough to anger and make people furious, let alone, how he looks. He is charged with 50 counts of sexual abuse over 10 years. They waived the preliminary hearing to avoid the gross graphic accounts that would make most simply puke. It was saving face in a mounting avalanche that will hit a crescendo at trial.
Sandusky looks guilty. His answers to previous interviews simply ensure his guilt and end result. He thought it would help him, while it will to prosecute him. Why did Penn State allow it to go on, so he could continue coaching? Sandusky created the At-risk home for his personal grooming of boys so he could f--- them.
The defense will no doubt try to accuse the witnesses for coming out for money and fame to discredit them. Yet, when these, now men, take the stand and get emotional, Sandusky will be squirming, avoiding eye contact. Whatever the defense attempts, it will fail. There is no defense against a Grand Jury report and 10 accusers who were his victims. There are simply too many.
Why waste money on a trial and going through the hoops of the trial, making everyone having to be reminded what Sandusky is and what he did. Just issue a death penalty: either an actual one or letting him rot in jail with no parole. He can just sit there masturbating.
