The Austrian painter and illustrator, Gustav Klimt, is thought of as the preeminent exponent of Art Nouveau. He founded the painting school Vienna Sezession. Gustav Klimt was an Austrian Symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Secession movement.
