Gutless Wonders

Antoinette is in the Kitchen

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Antoinette is in the kitchen preparing Blueberry French Toast for our enjoyment. I am beside her preparing French Lattes to add to the fun. Antoinette has voiced her disgust with those in this country who wear their hatred of President Trump and our nation on their sleeves. I feel the same way. In fact, I am suggesting, along with Antoinette, that they seek a happier place for themselves elsewhere. Surely, they can find a more ideal place to live. The rest of us who are proud Americans will stay right where we are enjoying our freedom and always working to keep America great. Antoinette and I are asking for the pleasure of your company this morning. For those of you out there who hate this country, but wish to attend breakfast, consider this meal your good-bye celebration. We hope to see everyone soon.

Inexplicable Hatred

Thanks so much for coming to the breakfast table this morning. For those of you who don't know me, I am Antoine's sister. We came to America a long time ago in a suitcase carried by our French grandmother who was a human. We have lived in America ever since, and although we can't partake in your voting process, we are keenly interested in your nation. To put it quite simply, we love it here, and are shocked by Americans who haven't a kind word to say about President Trump or this country. Those who feel this way have created a culture of hatred. In order to defend their position, they distort the truth and keep themselves uninformed and angry. The "haters" fall into a several categories. It might be useful to take a close look at them. Recognizing these malcontents becomes important to the well-being of the nation and its citizens who feel blessed to be living in the greatest nation in the world.

Save the Children

The first group of Americans that worries me are the children. They are growing up in a great country, but will they still feel that way by the time they graduate high school or college? If the left wing has it's way, these kids will be told that America's past is something to be buried. Statues will keep coming down. murals will disappear and history books will tell a very skewed story about life here in America. This generation will never be able to learn from the mistakes of the past. This generation are most likely to repeat those same mistakes going forward. If left in the hands of angry liberal teachers, they will learn to have disdain for the accomplished. They will grow up believing that wealth is to be taken away from those who have it and given to others who just don't care to try. They will grow up feeling a sense of entitlement more extreme than any other generation before them, and because of that they will fail.

Media Meddling

The media is waging a war against America. They have focused their energy and their lies on President Trump. Their psychotic hatred pushes them to create fake news ahead of the real news. They tell Americans willing to listen that we are failing under President Trump. They aid and abet those in politics who seek to remove him from office. They aid and abet dirty politicians who will stoop to the lowest levels to take power away from the president, relying on the efforts of those too ignorant and too angry to recognize how far we have come under President Trump's leadership. The media exists to brainwash, not to inform. The media seeks to destroy reputations and keep an ignorant following ignorant. Despite all their efforts, life is better for so many Americans. Networks like CNN and MSNBC are treating the American people look fools, and the public is catching on in a big way. The networks who work overtime to trample on this president and the country are losing viewership and because of that their revenue is down. The news business is starting to falter. Layoffs in the thousands are occurring. The job market in the United States is booming, but the news sector is limping along. To lean left is to fail, and that is the best news ever when it comes to journalism. Americans want to see a return to real news. Journalism is gasping its last breath, but it can be revived. Let's hope that it happens soon.

Snipping Away at the Truth

The race for 2020 is heating up. The Democrats are proving once again that they are adept at lying. The Democrats are proving once again that they can snip away at our nation, our accomplishments, our past and our future and still believe they have a chance of winning back the White House. They have moved the Democratic Party so far to the left that it should be re-named the Socialist Party. This is not an overstatement. Those seeking the presidency believe that capitalism is unfair. They believe in a future for illegals over one for law abiding citizens. They refuse to solve the border crisis and the crisis looming in the streets of some very liberal cities. They bemoan the fate of those living in detention centers, but step over the bodies of those living in tents on the streets of Sam Francisco and L.A. They are out of touch with the truth. They are incapable of learning from the past. They are failed Americans and they are failing the nation. The good news is that if they continue spitting on our nation, the electorate will shut them down. You can take that to the bank!

Antoinette's Song

Let's go children of America

Be proud to be an American

Salute the flag, sing our anthem

And be grateful for the life

We lead in a free nation under God.
