HAARP, What You Need To Know!

Updated on May 20, 2014

HAARP Electromagnetic Beam

What They Claim

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program is claimed to be an ionospheric research program funded by Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska. The program was designed in 1990 and created in 1993 by BAE Advanced Technologies with the purpose of analyzing the ionosphere and investigating the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for communications and surveillance. The program operates out of a sub-arctic facility on a site near Gakona, Alaska owned by the U.S. Air Force, referred to as HAARP Research Station. The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) is a high-power radio frequency transmitter operating in the high frequency (HF) band used to 'excite' an area of the Ionosphere. Several other instruments are used to study these areas of the ionosphere such as a VHF and UHF radar, flux gate magnetometer, a digisonde (an ionospheric sounding device), and an induction magnetometer. According to HAARP management, it is claimed that they "strive for openness, and all activities are logged and publicly available". However, the government ordered this website to be taken down in July of 2013 when they claimed the program simply didn't have enough funding to operate. Another perfectly convenient reason for last year's 'government shutdown'. Wikipedia is now claiming that the Air Force has announced the program will officially be shutdown later this year. If anything, the program is simply changing names.

Looking Beneath the Surface

As far as the record goes, HAARP shut down in July of last year; this is merely a play on words. The Gakona, Alaska location appears to have been abandoned and shut down, like the government claimed. The problem with this is that many people take the surface words and run with it. Several sources claim to have identified many new HAARP location sites across the globe and what they tend to have in common is being set on the richest mineral belts. Locations on this list include but are definitely not limited to Chile, Cyprus, Dashanbe Tajikstan (gold belt), Russia, India, and most importantly Antarctica. Subsurface mineral exploration has been carried out by HAARP using satellites and radio-tomography. One of the big problems with HAARP is that, even if it was created with good intentions, it has quite a long list of 'unintentional' side effects that are extremely dangerous to our existence. On the other hand, evidence seems to point to purposeful weather manipulation by HAARP to help push government agenda and cause chaos. You see, these electromagnetic beams can be focused on one specific area where pulses are then measured from the device. Since these pulses can be detected, with the right equipment, HAARP activity can be monitored by outside parties.

Possible HAARP Locations

Busted! Lining Up the Evidence

Doing a quick internet search on HAARP will show you the mass number of scientists, politicians, professors, and civilians from all over who are concerned about HAARP's activities and some who have very efficient equipment to follow these activities. It's hard to separate fact from speculation, especially since the government doesn't allow public access to the project's activity log anymore, but the one steadfast fact here is that weather modification is real and it has been around for a long time. Nikola Tesla applied for a patent on March 31, 1964 for his infamous 'Death Ray', which is now the weapon HAARP uses to heat the ionosphere. This is the main basis for concluding that HAARP has officially been weaponized. Lets discuss a few examples:

1. Hurricane Katrina

According to HAARP's magnetometer chart for the week of August 21-28 of 2005, there was an extremely large spike occurring between August 24th and 25th, just before the hurricane hit Florida. There have only been 3 hurricanes on record in our history that have produced a lot of lightening; they are Rita, Emily, and Katrina. NASA caught onto this and produced a report. This report claimed that it is a 'new phenomena' because they couldn't oust their friends at HAARP. Hurricanes are not supposed to create electrical fields while over water because the conditions they produce simply don't provide the right elements for it to occur. If it were to hit a mountain, on the other hand, the vertical winds would set the right conditions to produce lightening.

2. Haiti Quake

HAARP can create quakes anywhere there is trapped moisture or water. Haiti is a low-tech, unguarded country, A perfect target for a group experimenting with these types of technology. There is a HAARP instillation located on nearby Puerto Rico. After the fact, the news floated around a myth that this occurred on a fault line, which it is nowhere near. There was a large number of 5.0 aftershocks that were recorded, which could indicate that the super-heated ground wasn't able to cool down quickly.

3. Japan Tsunami

Taking another look at the induction magnetometer, there was a long steady consistent reading of 2.5 Hz right before the tsunami. Oddly enough, at 1:00 hours UTC on January 11, the signal stopped abruptly only to pick right back up at the same reading (2.5 Hz) at 3:30 hours UTC on January 11, as if a switch had been turned off and back on. For this to occur naturally would have to be a freak accident. There is also quite a bit of evidence that shows the U.S. Military placed a nuke on the Chikyu Maru to ensure the height of the Tsunami wave.

4. Operation American Spring

This is a less disastrous example, but it its crucial to include this to make readers aware of the different types of manipulation involved. Operation American Spring just occurred on May 16 of this year led by retired U.S. Army Colonel Harry Riley. This was a well-planned, massive patriotic event that claimed it would bring between 10 million and 30 million participants to non-violently rally and demand impeachment of several administration members at Capitol Hill and a couple other of other locations. The event didn't even come close to bringing in the amount of people expected. But it soon came to light that thousands of campers in the area were trapped at their sites because of flooding. In addition, thousands of other citizens claimed they were unable to reach the area because roads were flooded. There were even tornado warnings issued in the area on that same day, only for that area of course. A HAARP radar pulse was recorded being sent out from Dover Air Force base to the area just a few days before hand. What a great way to help avoid the overthrow of our corrupt government!
