Helping Poor People To Be Even Poorer.
I'm pretty sure you have ever given money to a little boy or an elder woman who shows her most practiced face to make you feel pity for her, but have you ever wondered if you are doing something good after all?
Giving money to someone who asks for it sounds like you're doing the right thing, but there are some well known characters in history who have spoken about it telling millions of people that it might not be the way we think it is.
Friedrich Nietzsche has been one of the most controversial philosophers around the world because of how he criticized the "good side" of society, he said that there was nothing worse in this world than compassion, but why?
Basically because when you give money you are encouraging them to keep living that way, and those people might never get out from there because they don't feel like they need to, you are paying them to live their life without having a job or giving something in exchange, so they don't have to make an effort everyday and it's a cycle which cannot be broken.
Maybe you are not going to change the way you think, but imagine how would the world look like if we make those people in need to start working to earn what they want or need? Definitely that would make a great impact on the world, just think deeper and you might find a solution to this problem, which is bigger than what we thought.
