Involvement of Politicians

Today in the high-tech world, the white collar crimes are creating a major trouble for the society as well as for the government. The politicians and government officials involved in such crimes are mainly in the higher ranks and they are well aware with the fact that the crimes they do are not considered too detrimental. They know that it is easy to cheat people and commit crimes without their knowledge. But, the effects of such frauds and crimes leaves a significant impact on the nation and society and the cost of life is remains petite. Virtually, it has been observed that no effort has been made by the law enforcement to prevent such crimes in Indian politics. So, it is the time to do something and come forth with innovative ideas to prevent white collar crimes in politics.

Complete Protection of Investigating Individual

The most effective and result oriented technique to prevent such white collar crimes in politics is by giving the whistle-blowers easy access the agencies that can investigate and conduct background checks of the suspected politician. But, the whistle-blowers should get maximum protection from law enforcement and let them lead a safe life ahead even after the case is filed.

Proper Background Checking By Transparency Agency

Need to approach the transparency agency of the state that is responsible to empower employees, and disseminate information about the suspected individual, expose their frauds and crimes and take steps against the crimes committed by them. Improving the internal security system is also quite essential today to prevent white collar crimes in politics. This includes, background checks of the politicians on all levels, political motivation so that they don’t have the option to commit a crime, lifestyle checks of politicians on an annual basis, especially for those politicians who have access to government funds. Remember, a rock hard accounting background and inspection is obligatory today in Indian politics so as to detect and prevent white collar crime. Swindlers are quite clever and can easily manipulate the situation. So, an effective law should be passed to prevent them from committing such crimes.
