The SUN temple of ORISSA - Only One in INDIA.

Orissa with 30 Districts MAP with Each Dist.

Orissa & Karnataka.

Ganesh Pooja, Krishna Janmastami,Saraswathi,Shiva Ratri,Karthik and Lakshmi Pooja's are all major festivals celebrated in both the States of Orissa & Karnataka.

Orissa celebrates Durga Pooja and Karnataka celebrates Sri Chamundeswari Pooja on the same day in the same month.I am in Karnataka and see no information on any tourist attractions that the state has in any print or TV media on how a tourist should go around the 30 districts of the state. We have many places in India and Orissa doesn't ring any bells to me.Tourists have no time to go looking at various state websites for any interesting places in INDIA.Tourists tour by getting information on places of interest by their friends.I know that Orissa is the only state in India that has a temple dedicated to SUN.However a temple is not a attraction to all Indians.Social acceptance is a major factor in any place. Can I go to Orissa and take up a job.Is it possible for a young man from south India to marry a girl in Orissa.South Indians can go to any place and settle down but we do not know the people of Orissa.I see lot of people from Assam here. One Famous Battery manufacturer employs over 300 workers only from Assam. There are at every Apartment Buildings as Security personal.I have not met any one from Orissa.I don't know if they can speak Hindi. What do the minister for tourism do.Don't they know that tourists bring money. The SUN temple itself is a major spot of highly important archeological attraction.Their Art is something much different than any state and its perhaps taken only by textile printers. They have many festivals like south India and their music or films don't find a place in South Indian City.To go by Road to Orissa is nit possible like in any foreign countries like EU or USA.We have National High Way but its impossible to imagine if its so in many places. We need to pay to travel in 9 places to go from my place to CHANNI.Its called as TOOL GATE where you spend considerable time to pass even after paying. If you have to drink a cup of tea its only found where you don't feel like drinking tea. Is this so in ORISSA also.We have a Super Express 6 Lane ay do not travel High Way but they say do not travel in this road after 9 pm.Is this so in Orissa.Going by train is more dangerous than by Air.How do I see Orissa.

The Govt of ORRISA is RULED by a Chief Minister his father was also a Chief Minister.what his father has done is to make his son a Chief Minister, the State remained as old as its temple. The Present Chief Minister is trying to change the face of ORISSA by bringing a giant corporate entity to START A STEEL MILL but politics has made foreign investors think and take a second look if they should come to INDIA.

Art,Flok Art,Beaches,Temples and Dances of Awesome Orissa.

Fol art of Orissa is copied and printed by textile printers in Block Printing,Roller Printing Machines,Screen Printing Machines and even Computer Printers.Even paper printing they copy this ancient art as the design is ready made and popular. They are very popular in lady's sarees.Printed Cloth is framed and used as wall hanging. There is no need to tell about temples of Orissa they are a class by themselves and its construction specifications needs a research by civil engineers and archeological students. The Dance Odissa only one among the ancient 8 dances is as difficult as Bharatanatya of south India. The Music is just on instrumental that perhaps a non orria language person will appreciate.
