If You Wanted America To Fail...

Updated on April 26, 2012

What Are You Witnessing?

Who Would Want "Failure" As The Option?

There are those who "want to take the United States down a notch" such as George Soros. I've been doing a lot of reading lately about Soros and his apparent ties to Obama. I'm not sure why anyone would want my country to fail other than to have total control of the country and its resources, which we do have in abundance. But the people of this nation own all of this, not some powerful federal government, though they like to think they do.

Energy prices and agendas have been a hot button with me, especially of late. We've had a lot of "boogeymen" created to point a finger at but they never do much for me because there are deeper, underlying causes to the problem. Then I ran across this video about "If I Wanted America To Fail..."

The failure of any nation, including our own, usually isn't brought about by the people purposefully unless you call falling asleep at the wheel purposeful. It isn't done by chance but by design. You have to really hate something with a passion to even think about how to destroy this country. You won't come right out and say it, you will just do it if you are in the right position to do so. Watch this video and listen and compare what we are presently seeing in our nation. It has been going on for a while and has been disguised as something else. Where you begin is to attack the heart of our nation.

I Had To Listen Several Times To Absorb What Was Said

Oil makes the world go around and is the primary source of our transportation needs. This nation is vast and goes from sea to shining sea. The logical point of attack if you wanted this nation to fail is attack that which we rely on a day-to-day basis and make it as expensive as I could make it to move around, heat and light your home and waste billions upon billions pushing an agenda that technology isn't capable of supporting and watch as that money disappears and double down on the hypocrisy of going there full force.

Look closely at all the recent attacks upon the industry as a whole. The entire energy industry, not just the oil sector. It's under constant assault. Remember what Obama openly stated that inder his policies electricity prices would sky rocket. Are you ready for that on top of the $8-9 a gallon objective stated by the present Energy Secretary? Are you really ready for that to happen to you, no matter who you are?

This will be one of more less wordy articles because I want people, as many as possible, to actually hear the words on the video and actually absorb them. What he states here is exactly what we are seeing, have seen and continue to see without some very serious "changes" occurring in our nation. I'm not talking about fundamental change. What I speak of requires common sense and not fiery rhetoric by a man who stated that he wants to fundamentally change our way of life.

For those who know me, I am for less government interference in our lives and the market place. Lets try going back to the basics. We've been there before and it worked quite well. This nation is all about freedom, not the gradual chipping away of your inalienable rights until the federal government controls your every move and provides for your every want.

The nation was founded on the principle of a limited federal govenment and I'm not quite sure anyone would want to become a "sheeple" rather than a functioning, contributing part of "We, the People..."

Please watch the video as many times as it takes for all of it to sink in. Then share it or maybe share this with those you know.

Four more years? Think about it then tell us your thoughts.

As Always,

The Frog Prince

Fred - What better way than to get them trained to become part of the entitlement crowd. Obama has another winning socialist brain storm there.

And (echoing Sarah Palin, but I'd also thought of this independently), if I wanted America to fail, I'd outlaw farm & ranch kids doing chores in the outdoors....

Insect Artist - Frankly I don't give a rat's behind at how "The Citizens Of The World" see me or do not see me. I am a citizen of this nation and when I see things that are wrong then I speak my mind.

Now you can either read it or not. Comment or not. But let me make a suggestion since I have one rule concerning blogging - Stay On Topic. I am not the topic here. Understand?

Whimsy Britches - Yes we get it. Everyone doesn't get it but you. Have a nice day!

TFTP - How about working for a change? Maybe be exceptional at what you do. Then you can maybe really enjoy the fruits of your labor rather than worry about where your next handout is coming from.

@Whimsey - "Words just words" as your idol would say.

It's not that we don't want to share anything on this planet, we already do, i.e. the capitalism that you hate so much we share with the world, and the world is a better place because of it. Go tell the thousands of our servicemen buried in Normandy, France, Germany, Italy, or other places around the globe that America does not share. It's just that we get tired of sharing what we have worked for all our lives with folks who don't appreciate it and think they are entitled to live off other's hard work instead of earning it for themselves. We are conditioned to think that everyone should pull their own weigh, except for the ones who cannot help themselves; so take the conditioning argument and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

And how about if we stop all of the financial aid and support we send to other countries to make their lives better. We have only been conditioned for one thing my friend, the love of our country and the freedom and liberties we enjoy each day, and we will fight to the last breath to defend them. Go find that in one of your "foreigner" countries and move there.

I dare to say none of us on this website has a problem comprehending or appreciating the things we love best ... FREEDOM. What we do not appreciate or comprehend is that folks like you think folks like us are going to keep "sharing" so you can keep taking with no return benefit and spew your venom while we "share" with you.

I think we comprehend fairly well, particularly when faced with the circumstances of paying 50% of the income taxes in this country so the other 50% can make babies, live off welfare and generally puck off (as in a hockey game)!

I see you as someone who really needs to "get a life" because I'm tired of providing it for you.

Great video, but sadly too many are too apathetic to care, or worse, don't even agree with it. We are sadly living in a time when too many people think products and services just grow on trees, and any that have even the slightest downsides can be replaced by safe alternatives (that are only affordable to the consumer if the taxpayer subsidizes them). We really need to grow up, but we won't before it's too late.

@TheFewTheProud AMEN to your comment!! "Citizens of the world" ? I'm an American and the last thing I would want to be labeled as is a citizen of the world - the rest of the world is mostly run by dictators with no respect for human rights or European socialist Governments that have ruined their countries.- yeah who wants to be a "citizen of the world"? I believe in American exceptionalism and without the United States the rest of the world would be living in the dark ages - half of it does even today!

If it happens in my lifetime, and I really hope it does, I will be very publicly vocal about the demise of the likes of George Soros.

I once heard a pastor say that a certain person was really "hard to pray for". George is one of those people.

All of the empirical proof is here. Some of these folks just can't comprehend (let alone appreciate) your point because of their either/or, with-us-or-against-us conditioning. They don't want to share anything on this planet—especially with Liberals, the poor or foreigners!

@InsectArtist - I have a pretty good idea how TFP comes across to Americans; very patriotic, someone who cares about this country and what is happening to it.

Who gives a rats arze about the "citizens of the World"? That would be Obama's mantra.

How is the UK working for you?

I was thinking, if you were in a high position, to who would you owe allegiance? Those who supported you in the elections, those who back your ideals, those who have paid for your platform. Then, see who is getting profits? Hmmmmm?!

Well Jim, this is the second time I've seen this video. Each time that I do, I wonder just how long people will wait before they become outraged and take action. Or if they will stand by and watch as out nation fails. My deepest fear is that it is already to late. Thanks for the article my friend, keep up the good work.

George Soros' name comes up on subjects such as the financial failure of Greece, Yugoslovia, and the financial mess in Great Britian. Soros has visions of being a "controller" of the world. In that sense, he is as sick as Hitler and his ilk. He wants to see the democratic republic of America fail so that it will quickly embrace socialism as its safety net which will make it much easier to plug it into the global community making financial manipulation and resource control around the globe far more easy. Obama is simply his puppet who carries all the traits of a man willing to do anything which benefits him and his beliefs (which are not much different if any than Soros). The irony is that too many of the American people are far too apathetic to notice and far too intrigued with the idea of a government that continuously hands out blocks of government cheese. If you called it a "conspiracy", most of them would not believe it. But, that is the great thing about a conspiracy...most folks do not believe it can happen...the Kennedy Assassination attests to that fact. Good write, Frogman! WB

The bottom line is....It is up to us!

WE, people who love this country are the one's who are going to have to FIGHT, CUSS, SPIT and even BLEED if that is what it takes.

There are many, many good folks right here on these very hubpages, who "get it"!

Sitting back and ignoring the problem will not fix it...we have got to become involved in this next election.

Apathy has been a very dangerous state of mind for way too many Americans...

The guy in this video is spot on! We are acting as if we WANT America to fail...

      I know I don't!

I will bring up conversations to those folks I know who are just sitting back and going along for the ride, and challange them to open their eyes...and to get out and vote.

Thanks for sharing this hub and video Frog...these are the hubs that keep me fired up!

Wow, that is some video. It makes you wonder how long this plan has been to make America fail has been in progress? Perhaps Obama's real job is to drive the final nail in Americas coffin.

"hope and change" without any definitionv is right! And now they are running the campaign on "fairness" ???? like everyone has a different definition of fairness - I hope we (Obama's opposition) are the one to define that term by demonstrating the unfairness of every one of Obama's policies (and even his thoughts)

There's no doubt this Regime's policies are driven by an ideology that hates America. The hardest pill to swallow is that the apathetic Public swallowed their agenda hook line and sinker even though he explained it up front; i.e "my policies will make it too expensive to build coal fired energy plants;" or "I'm not opposed to $4 per gallon gasoline I just wish it (the price of gasoline) hadn't risen that quickly" and finally to old Joe the Plummer; "I think we're all better off when we spread the wealth around."

Who the hell did they think they were voting for?????

So glad you saw and included that video! Exactly why Rush in Obama's first year said "I hope HE fails!"
