If you can’t do the time do the crime in Florida

Updated on July 6, 2011

How in the world did it happen you ask? This young woman lied for 31 straight days as to the whereabouts of her child, invented fictitious people, invented fictitious jobs, drove a car around with the stench of death in the trunk and got a tattoo during the period while her child was missing translating into a Beautiful Life, competed in “hot body contest” during that same period of time and finally buried her child wrapped in a plastic bag and bound with duct tape in a wooded area less than a half-mile from the house she and Caylee lived with her parents.

Surly if there could not be a consensus of 12 logical thinking adults as to the degree of guilt this so called mother should be subjected to then there would have to be at least one logical thinking adult that would not capitulate to the liberal based arguments of Jose Bias and Hang the Jury! My lord how much proof did they need? No there was no definitive DNA or an admission of quilt by Casey Anthony but there have been other circumstantial cases before where the perpetrator did not just walk free; remember Scott Peterson?

The only insight we have thus far is from a taped conversation from one of the 4 alternates who stated the prosecution didn’t answer the question how did Calee die nor did they produce a motive and as a side note we wondered what was George hiding? I can’t believe the illogic of that statement yet then again it goes to explain society in general these days. I will attempt to draw a parallel between the lack of logic exercised in the jury deliberation to the lack of logic exercised in the electorate in general these days.

First I am a creature firmly entrenched in deductive reasoning; a deductive argument is valid if the conclusion does follow necessarily from the premises, i.e., if the conclusion must be true provided that the premises are true. A deductive argument is sound if it is valid and its premises are true. Deductive arguments are valid or invalid, sound or unsound, but are never false nor true. Deductive reasoning is a method of gaining knowledge. An example of a deductive argument: (A) all men are mortal and (B) Socrates is a man then (C) therefore Socrates is Mortal!

So now let’s examine the juror’s premise using deductive reasoning; remember he said the prosecution failed to show how Calie died. Remember the deteriorated skull of little Calee was found with deteriorated duck tape over the mouth and nose; that’s (A). It was proven that Casey Anthony researched Chloroform on the home computer despite the attempts of her mother Cindy to take the rap for her; that’s (B). Casey had a new boyfriend who didn’t want children in his life; that (C). Casey got a new tattoo translating into a beautiful life during the time little Caylee was dead wrapped in a plastic bag with duck tape over her mouth and nose; that’s (D). Casey was out partying like a free person without the responsibility of a child during the time little Caylee was dead wrapped in a plastic bag with duck tape over her mouth and nose; that’s (E). How much more deductive reasoning do you need; little Caylee was obviously killed by someone and the logical one was Casey Anthony!

Stupid statement number 2 from the juror; the prosecution failed to produce a motive. What trail was this dope watching; failed to produce a motive; their entire case was riddled with motive. The same deductive reasoning points enumerated above are applicable in the explanation of motive and add these additional points. Casey Anthony was the only one with a motive; that’s (F). Casey’s lies were numerous and insurmountable people with nothing to hide don’t make up lies, they only make up lies in order to hide the truth; that’s (G). Finally what mother on the face of this earth would wait 31 days to report her child missing unless she had the motive to try and invent a story to cover up her guilt and/or allow more time for the body of evidence to decompose; that’s (H). I don’t know what more motive you need!

Finally what the hell did this liberal dope mean by “we wondered what was George hiding”? Sure it appears old George may have had an affair but there was absolutely no proof what so ever he was guilty of abusing Casey; just the accusation of the lying littler slut’s Sleaze Bag Attorney which only came up as a Plan B to further confuse this already confused jury.

So now you are asking how you draw the parallel between this jury and the current American public. Well this jury obviously was devoid of any common sense. When old Jose asked them to consider Casey’s Fantasy Friends as an explanation for her behavior, any logical conservative thinking person would have debunked that for the pile of BS it was. Casey’s imaginary friends were nothing more than a cute way of attempting to explain away Casey’s lies which have been enumerated above. This verdict parallels this society’s refusal to hold individuals responsible for their behavior. First and foremost look for a way to exonerate inexcusable behavior and in this case they chose to or were led to hide the inexcusable behavior behind that pie in the sky phrase reasonable doubt!

No this same society that excused Bill Clinton’s inexcusable behavior because the private proclivities of politicians are none of our business; this same society allowed O. J. Simpson to walk free after brutally murdering two people; this same society allowed Barrack Hussein Obama to waltz into the White House without asking one single probing question as to who exactly is he.

Now this same society has hidden behind Reasonable Doubt and allowed this murderer to walk free after chloroforming her two year old child; duck taping her mouth; throwing her away like trash in a swamp in hopes the evidence would decompose; partying for 31 days while little Caylee lay dead; get a tattoo expressing her relief at finally being free of all responsibility and this jury of 12 dopes couldn’t connect the dots. Hell Pee Wee Herman could have connected these dots!

Sorry but I deleted it after sending it around; I even checked my trash bin but it was too long ago that I deleted it. Sounds like summer school is a picnic for you and instead of ants you get "bucks"; quite an improvement! Have a great summer.

I hope to be back hubbing full force after golf season!

Patriot - I am sorry that I missed the video. If you could send it again, I would be most appreciative. I will take some time and enjoy the summer. Teaching summer school is not at all like teaching during the school year. I only have eight students and teach for less than two hours. They are really a cute little group. Also, it is for middle school, the building is air conditioned, and I live less than two minutes from the school. NO complaints here.

      Thanks trimar

I went to your hub profile and clicked on send trimar an e-mail; I attached the video to it and sent it; it responded as if the video had been sent with a short message that I hoped you and your dad enjoyed it.

On another note I am enjoying the summer immensely golfing 2 days per week.

Don't work too hard; summers are for some enjoyment. Take some time to have fun with that lucky man you're with!

Partisan - no I did not get the video. Where did you send it? I was wondering the same thing about you. I thought you were out golfing. I have been busy though finishing up the school year. We do not finish until the 24th of June here. Then my daughter graduated and we were planning for her grad party. Also, I am teaching summer school this year. I hope my original thought is correct and you are out having the time of your life golfing and having fun. That's what retirment is all about.

Where have you been; did you get the video I sent you via e-mail of the old New York Central RR; I thought your dad would get a kick out of it? Anyway hope all is well with you. I couldn’t agree with you more; Casey Anthony will ultimately pay for this if not in this life certainly in the next.

I feel your pain Patriot. I have gained some comfort in knowing that she may have escaped the law but she can never escape the mirror. That little girl's face will forever haunt her. If she is numb to any of that then she is the type who will repeat some offense and will find herself back in jail as did OJ. I think the world was shocked at the verdict for sure. Too bad you weren't on the jury Partiot. I am reminded of a Biblical quote "vengence is mine sayeth the Lord." She may think she is free, but she is very much deceived. May that precious little baby girl be resting in the Lord's arms.

I'm 100% in your camp mslizzee; I also would advocate boycotting any sponsors of T.V. shows on which this woman make any money.

Maybe the baby's father will show himself and sue her for wrongful death.

We should all be prepared to boycott any movies, books, stupid insane TV movies about his woman. May she lead a life of guilt, remorse, and worse.

      Thanks for stopping in Pop

I suggest this jury get together with the O.J. Jury and have a high old time; yeah baby we stuck it to the man!

It is hard for me to even comment about this miscarriage of justice. I wonder how these people are going to sleep at night knowing that they let a murderer walk free. Up and awesome.

      SHEILA B

I try not to think about the poor little gire's last hours while this Monster-Mother was out partying and screwing around and now this pool of 12 Jr. Perry Masons claim the Prosecution just didn't convince them beyond a reasonable doubt; I just hope more leaks out how the other 11 Sheeple were no doubt led by the Karl Marx wanna be as he or she argued against the mean oppressive state not proving their case!

I agree completly but in this case I believe the circumstantial evidence was overwhelming and at the very least I personally could not5 have voted to exhonerate her; I would have been the obstanant one and HUNG THE JURY!

AND she left her parents house for the last time with Caylee on the afternoon of the 16th. She spent that night and the whole next day in her boyfriends bed. Caylee was never seen again. I imagine the poor little girl was lying in her mother's car trunk with duct tape insuring she'd die.

PP - Even worse, this lying little bitch will now get book and movie offers worth millions of dollars. I would much rather see 10 guilty people walk free than one innocent person spend the rest of their life in prison, or be executed. That being said, I would certainly have found her guilty based on all the testimony that was given. She either did murder this child, or took part in the murder, and at the very least knows who committed the act. Every second word out of her mouth is a lie, and this seemed to save her butt in this case. The sad part is we will most likely never know for sure who killed this little child.
