It's Time for the BBB Awards

Updated on March 27, 2014

The BBB Award

Source

Good Morning Breakfastpoppers. Today is Thursday, March 27, 2014. Our dear friend Buzzy, the Proverbial Fly on the Wall, is hosting another presentation of the coveted BBB Awards. Please join us this morning. We haven't invited a single "winner" to the theater, so you can rest easy and enjoy the company of good friends while sipping a fabulous Bloody Mary. Let's head for the show!

And So It Begins...

Welcome, dear friends. Let's begin the morning by presenting our first award to Dept. of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. When asked by the House Ways and Means committee chairman Rep. Dave Camp and subcommittee chairman Rep. Kevin Brady how many people have actually paid their premiums for Obamacare, Kathleen Sebilius said that the administration is not keeping track. Now, now, Ms. Sebilius, it isn't nice to lie to Congress. The committee obtained some compelling evidence that says that the administration knows exactly how many people have paid up. Perhaps this is a number you and your felllow Obamacare supporters would like to forget!

Moving right along, let's present Obama's senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett, with a BBB Award. Ms. Jarrett has also been caught in a lie. Ms. Jarrett appeared on the Los Angeles CBS affiliate and told everyone that Obamacare has not affected healthcare premiums. Yikes! Now that was a whopper. Could all those people who are living through sticker shock be confused or mistaken? Harry Reid thinks so, but I do not!

Are we having fun yet? I hope so, because things are going to get kicked up a notch. The third BBB Award of the morning has Sen. Harry Reid's name plastered all over it. It has been reported that old Harry's campaign money was used to purchase presents for his supporters. Actually, Harry gave his granddaughter about 16 thousand "smackaroos". She owns a jewelry business in Berkeley, Califiornia. Harry's granddaughter used the money, the campaign money, to purchase the gifts. Harry has generously decided to return the money to the campaign coffers. If he were anyone else, he would be going to jail!

This next award makes me laugh. Employees at South Puget Sound Community College invited 300 staffers to an event that was billed as a "happy hour" to build support and community " for people of color. The invitation made it extremely clear that white people were not invited! Ooh, that hurts, despite the obvious fact that I'm neither white or human. I guess the idea of promoting honest discussion among people of diverse backgrounds is to be discouraged. In any event, the Dean cancelled the event and apologized.

The next award is troubling on so many levels. A 9 year-old girl who attends the Caprock Academy, Colorado charter school in Grand Junction was banned from attending school because she shaved her head in support of a friend suffering from cancer. The school felt that her shaved head was a distraction to a learning environment. This brave young student should have been celebrated for her compassion. The fact that the school did not view things in quite this way speaks volumes about a school administration that can't think their way out of a paper bag! The school board voted to allow the courageous student to return to school. Do you really want school personnel capable of making such a hideous blunder teaching your kids. I would hope not.

We are going to close the show with this last award presented to some students who attend American University in Washington, D.C. who are majoring in political science. They were asked to name just one current senator. Most of the students were completely stumped. Welcome to the next generation of politicians and political pundits. They will fit right in judging by today's standards.

I hope you all enjoyed the show. Until we meet again....

Buzzy's Song

Fy me to the moon

And let me lie where I am free

Things are so ugly right now

We may all be up a tree!

Buzzy

      Good Morning teaches,

Yes, any other person would have gone to jail for Reid's blunder. So sorry for the child who suffered for supporting a great cause. Some teachers are not fit for the job!

      ood Morning Pino,

Actually, I think Harry is a lying crook as are the rest of them. They learned from the President that lying is okay. To people like Obama, Reid Sebelius, Pelosi and a million more, the end always justifies the means. See you at the Inn!

POP: Trust me, the WH knows the exact number of people who have paid for their insurance and who had coverage before. They must have threatened (the Chicago Way) the insurance companies to keep quiet.

Ms. Sebelius told the congressional committee that there would not be an extension to the March 31st deadline - she said that last week, and then the WH extends the deadline. (As if that will allow millions more the join up) Harry Reid just said that he never stated that people who were telling those stories about higher premiums were liars. Wake up, people of Nevada! Harry is senile and cannot do the job anymore. I'm off to the bar.....

      Good Morning FitnezzJim,

Only if you borrow the money from taxpayers without their knowledge and give it people who don't pay taxes and just take up space. Students and politicians are in that group and they are not alone! See you at the Inn!

If we borrow money to buy gifts for our political science friends attending a happy hour party, do we get a BBB too?

it's a toss up between who tells the biggest whoopers about Obamacare - Sebelius, Pelosi, Reid or Oblabber Mouth. You pick em. Sure they know who has paid, who was insured before and is now paying more, and Harry is no more than a senile blabbering partisan idiot at this point.

Now about Harry's criminal activity with his relative. He has said he's going to give it back. My question is , "To whom is the recipient?" Reid needs to now be prosecuted.

      I'm a person of color." I'm a Caucasian.

I'm holding off shaving my head but I hear ya bpop.

Senator? What's that? Political Science? These days a no brainer. You don't need one to graduate.

      Dear Will,

Yes, indeed, it is big business and big headlines and frankly, with Holden in place, all is right with the Sharptons of the world. See you at the Inn.

      Dear Tom,

For the last couple of days, I see Dems being arrested left and right for all sorts of hideous things. This is the new face of the Democratic Party and it is ugly. See you at the Inn.

"How strange it is that we have a black President and more accusations from blacks about racism . I guess people like Sharpton want to keep the fires of hatred and bigotry alive."

Racism is an industry for the likes of Sharpton and Jackson, and a political tool for the left, so it will be with us as long as it's still useful.

      Pop and Buzzy,

I just read about the little Colorado girl yesterday. I guess she learned that compassion and empathy aren't on the Colorado curriculum.

I think it's great to see so many Obama acolytes following in his lying foot steps, and special KUDOS to Dirty Harry.

People of color only? Isn't white a color?

Racism would be close to death if liberals would just stop giving it CPR.

buzzy.....The season is approaching when you will soon be slipping into American homes through doors and windows. This will afford you the opportunity to listen in on the private conversations of average American citizens. Please put a "bug" in their ears to wake them up to the fact that THE TRUE PURPOSE OF THE GOVERNMENT IS TO DO THE BIDDING OF THE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Thanks, buzzy. We're counting on you!......UP++++
