Mitt Romney Is A Political Prostitute! He Will Say And Do And Believe Whatever His 'Johns' Pay Him For!

Updated on September 23, 2012

Think He's Faking It?

The Prostitute That Would Be President

Willard Mitt Romney is nothing more than a high-priced political prostitute. If you have the money and power to propel him towards his ambition to become President, he will go anywhere and say anything to service you. Grover Norquist? Karl Rove? David and Charles Koch? Donald Trump? Sheldon Adelson? They are his best clients! If you have the financial wherewithal to pay, Romney will oblige you by signing pledges, supporting your causes, and denigrating your perceived enemies. His own beliefs are kept hidden; if he has any. He adopts beliefs based on what the highest bidders tell him to believe and that is why his opinions seem to change daily.

Everyone keeps asking, "What is Romney, at his core?" Let's face it: Willard has no core. Willard only believes what is politically expedient and financially lucrative at the time. He believes what he is paid to believe. Romney's statements over the years, change as frequently as the tides. The difference between Romney and the tides is that the tides are controlled by the moon, whereas Romney is controlled by the money. Some have called him an opportunist. Yes, he is that, but he is, at his core, nothing more than a prostitute. He gives his donors exactly what they want. If you pay him enough, he will support you and your causes. If you don't have any money, he will write you off.

Paid For Performance? No, He Is Being Paid For Promises!

What do Mitt's donors want from him?

  • Grover Norquist, the tax pledge guru, wants a President who doesn't think. "We don't need a fearless leader...We don't need someone to think it up, we just need someone to sign this stuff (the Ryan budget)...pick a Republican with enough working digits to handle a pen..."

Romney has said that he will sign the Ryan budget. Romney has also agreed to take, if elected, classes from Grover Norquist, prior to being sworn in. The classes will teach Romney how to cut the taxes on the wealthy, among other things.

  • Charles and David Koch? What are their hundreds of millions buying? The Koch brothers want to abolish Social Security, the Federal Reserve Board, welfare, the minimum wage and corporate taxes. The brothers would like to end government support for the SEC, the EPA, the FTC, OSHA, the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Education and the Department of Energy.

If they are prepared to spend a half billion dollars electing Romney and other Republicans to office, they must be pretty confident that they are going to get something in return. They have the money to spare. During the Obama administration, the Koch brothers, according to Chris Hayes, have seen their personal wealth increase from 30 BILLION dollars to over 60 BILLION dollars. They have obviously been financially devastated because of Obama...

  • Donald Trump? What can you say about Donald Trump other than he is the King of the Birthers, the new Know-Nothings. Now I know that Hawaii is a foreign country...

Trump wants the notoriety and the cameras and all of the attention. Sure, he hates Obama, but more than that, he wants the attention.

  • Karl Rove, the architect--Bush's brain--the man of Valerie Plame fame has many goals. Rove's vision, for many years now, has been to privatize Social Security. Couple that with his desire to remove regulations that control the financial industry, Rove wants Social Security to become Russian roulette. His goals include getting rid of the EPA and at the same time, giving oil companies free rein over our waters and land for oil exploration. BP, Exxon and other energy conglomerates should be able to act unhampered by what Rove calls "job-killing" regulations. Rove advocates ridding this country of unions and worker protections. Corporations should be protected, not workers.

In addition to the standard right wing belief that taxes on the wealthy should be reduced, or maybe even eliminated, Rove has been known over the years as a dirty player, especially when it comes to blocking the vote and rigging elections. His career started with efforts to not just block voting of those who disagreed with the political beliefs of those he supported, but went further to make sure those votes were not counted.

PBS's Frontline, in their chronology of Rove's career, recounts the dirty tricks he used to disparage a fellow Republican, Senator John McCain, during the primaries of 2000: With Rove as the 'architect' of George W. Bush's Presidential campaign, Rove was responsible for the campaign to question McCain's mental health, politicize Mrs. McCain's past dependency on prescription drugs and even started rumors that McCain had fathered a black child out of wedlock. Rove's efforts paid off. McCain was forced out of the primaries. Karl Rove handed you George W. Bush...

  • Sheldon Adelson, the billionaire casino magnate, is prepared to give Mitt Romney 100 MILLION dollars because he believes that Obama is a socialist. During this supposed socialist's time as President, Forbes has estimated that Adelson's personal wealth has increased more than any other American. One can see why Adelson hates Obama...

And They Say Evangelical Christians Are Not Named "John"

Romney has learned that in order to win the Republican base, you cannot ignore evangelical Christians, so Romney is intent on giving them "the girlfriend experience". What are the issues most important to evangelical Christians? Traditional family values and freedom. This group of voters wants nothing more than a government run by God, with freedom guaranteed to only those who believe. Mitt promises them that. The words "In God We Trust" will remain on money, only if Romney is elected President. What? You didn't know that there was a coordinated liberal effort to remove those words from our currency?

Romney promises to deliver the country to God, right after he hands it to the corporations.

Giving The Johns What They Want

  • A country where gays are not tolerated because somehow, they threaten heterosexual marriages.
  • A country where women's rights are stripped, because in God's plan, women should have babies, not jobs.
  • A country that is of God, by God, and for God, but only the Christian God. No other gods need apply...
  • A country that tolerates, even supports the idea that everyone who opposes their ideas should be barred from voting, especially ethnic minorities.
  • A country that has no respect for the working poor and doesn't lend a hand to them, even denying the poorest of the poor food to eat.
  • A country that caters to the rich and allows the corporations to run the country.
  • A country that thinks Medicare and Social Security is too expensive, but the Department of Defense needs trillions more.
  • A country that professes to believe we are all created equal, but actually believes that some are created more equal.
  • A country that abuses its own land and water for the good of corporations.
  • A country where profit, not people, comes first.

The SYSTEM is at it's end ... and the changes JFK had in mind of making, Obama, or any other White House occupant, will never even think of for fear of being anther applied, practical problem resolution of this kind in the US ...

thanks for the heads up on the economy. based on your video and another i've seen recently, i'm changing my investment strategy. the video, however, doesn't say that the global econmic system will end, just that it needs a large correction. when the correction occurs, i'd rather have a president that's out for the best for everyone (obama) than one who's in it for himself. think FDR verses hoover.

No matter how much of a loser this guy really is - Mitt Romney or Barack Obama - the elections are just a side show, like the war on terrorism!

To understand the real problem and why the end of the current global economic system gets closer by the day, please watch this interview with David Stockman here ...

1 apparently attractive but having in reality no value or integrity : meretricious souvenirs for the tourist trade.

2 archaic of, relating to, or characteristic of a prostitute.

    meretriciously adverb

Your comments were uncalled for. You do not have to agree with Jillian's position, but you do not have to attack her. Go read some of her hubs, like this one, she does write well.

Incivility is why Congress cannot get anything done and it has trickled down to the people. Despite what Congress may think, it is not OK for us to act that way to each other.

Okay, Jillian, that was certainly some interesting reading. But let's see if you can break this down for me, bit by bit---

In your paragraph, "Giving the Johns what they want"---

    1. Could you please tell me specifically when and where Mitt Romney announced that he was going to institute a policy that gays were not going to be tolerated because they threaten heterosexual marriages? I'd like to read the transcript from that speech.

    2. Could you please tell me specifically when and where Mitt Romney announced a policy that women's rights were to be stripped because they should have babies not jobs? I'd like to read that transcript.

    3. Can you please tell me when and where Mitt Romney specifically announced a policy that he would only recognize the religious freedom of Christians?

    4. Can you please tell me when and where Mitt Romney announced a policy that he would not allow ethnic minorities to vote? Again, I'd love to see the transcript from that speech.

    5. Please tell me specifically when and where Mitt Romney announced a policy that the poorest of Americans would no longer receive any food assistance? (And please don't come at me with that 47 percent jazz, Romney never said anything about the total elimination of food assistance programs)

    6. Please tell me specifically when and where Mitt Romney announced a policy that the United States would be a country that only caters to the rich and that he was going to let the corporations run the country. I'd like that transcript.

Okay, Jillian...Do you see where I'm going with this? If you think Mitt Romney is wrong for America, then vote for Barack Obama, that is your right as an American to vote for whoever you want. But when y0u make your case about why you think Mitt Romney is wrong for America, may I suggest that you try using some actual facts, instead of making up a bunch of imaginary garbage that you and I both know that Mitt Romney never said, never even implied and would never try in a million years. Let's have a mature discussion here. Let's not take the last train to Looneyville, okay?

Jillian ... very nice list of who is paying for what!

If the intellectual proletariat in that country thinks Romney will serve the average Joe and the people as a whole, better than Obama, the US will only be on the way down and out that much faster, economically and in all other respects globally!

The Core? Obama is the biggest whore of all time, everything he tells is a lie. Starting with the fake chacracters from his book, to the fake woman who goes through life website they had and took down in two weeks when they took heat for it being made up. Lies about how informed he is and we find out he blows off half of his intelligence meetings, reports with false numbers. The latest one filed by Obama he had a year to do, turned it in one week late, the Joint Chiefs went nuts claiming it was the most incomplete and unprofessional docuemt they ever seen. Administration response, Oh it was preliminary. I could go on but this answer would be 40 times longer than your hub.

I know no matter what I say or statistic I show you, you will vote for Obama and if that is how you feel in your heart, that is what you should do. I have no choice but to vote for Romney. He is not who I would like to see there but he is better that Obama in my opinion.

I am looking for a leader, a decision maker. We can debate the failures of Obama's decisions, but it is his non-decisions that bother me most. Based on his 60 minute interview last weekend, the same will continue. We cannot afford that to continue.

I am so glad that you had the courage to write this. Last time I wrote anything political, it was stressful replying back to those who have their eyes and ears closed to what is going on.

Romney plays in the pockets of those with deep pockets. He believes in tax breaks for the wealth and add the burden on to the middle class. If Romney takes office it will be the end of medicare and social security as know it. He will weaken the middle class with the trickle down that republicans are so well known for.

Very amusing and very accurate, Jillian. I have been beating the same drum online for a long time. Romney is an empty suit who is now bought and paid for by the wealthy in Corporate America. He has no spine so he will be doing their bidding. I have not yet made the prostitute analogy but I must admit that it fits.

Your writing style is a disgraceful, and pathetic.

It should go to the Enquirer instead of HP.

It ruins any writing integrity that HP might think they provide.

Uh, yeah, all candidates for American Presidents ( at least in the last 20+ years) are ACTORS, they, um follow scripts ya see... It's a shame we see an actor and think they are the writers.... a shame indeed.

Sorry, Frog, but you are mistaken.

You really believe that Romney has a core? Even Republicans are running from him. He is incompetent when running his campaign (said by Republicans this last week). Imagine how incompetent he will be running this country-

Case in point: Romney bashes China, but has millions invested in a Chinese oil company. Romney plays only to the money---no core----

Come on. Lets be intellectually honest. Do you think Obama doesn't do and say anything he has to in order to get his way? His health care performance is a prime example. Would you like me to post you some videos where that is exactly what he does? Obama has prostituted himself his entire life so lets not have the pot's keeper calling the kettle black. Good grief.
