Natural Flying Saucers that Fly by Natural Magnetic Fields
Natural flying saucers are the more common of the kinds of naturally formed aerial bubbles collectively called Bubble Hotstuff Unoccupied Flying Object, or BHUFO (conjectured in "Exploding Planet Earth Periodically", of reference# wc1 at the end under 'Web references').
A scientists' study and report on UFOs ("The Edge of Reality" in reference# p1 at the end under 'Printed references') has additional info applicable for the hypothesis with systematic presentation of manifestations data.
(The Center For UFO Studies, created by a number of prominent scientists, was much referred in the report and should have other additional or updated information for researchers.)
To limit this hypothesis, only unoccupied UFOs in the report that might be natural and explainable through familiar scientific principles were considered here. (The report included investigations on "close encounter"s, where witnesses reported occupants on up to 32% of the cases. "Close encounter" here refers to objects on the ground or else hovering, with or without occupants.)
Some of the characteristics or observations noted in the report about UFO phenomena are in the list below:
1. Duration of manifestations are generally brief and typically 5 to 20 minutes in length. Reports of 1 hour to 1 day are relatively fewer in terms of percentage of cases. ***(@ch.1)
2.UFO sighting fluctuations month by month in 1954 corresponds to the fluctuations in number of magnetic declinations in Earth's magnetic field (correlated with French monitoring network
3. UFO sighting fluctuations peak twice on analysis of hour by hour manifestations, one in early morning and one in the evening (3:00AM and 10:00PM). ***(@ch.1)
4. Interference effects (frequent but not always) on electrical systems with a UFO nearby. ***(@ch.1)
5. UFOs that change shape. ***(@intro)
6. UFOs that disappear. ***(@intro)
7. Metallic looking UFO body at close encounter. ***(@Appendix A)
8. The conclusion on a photograph of a UFO at close encounter on February 26, 1967 near Fargo, North Dakota as analyzed by the Air Force was possible plasma ball. ***(@ch.4 end)
9. Generally vertical flight and rarely horizontal covering several states (of the U.S.A.). ***(@ch.1)
10. Close encounters usually manifest in isolated places not frequented by humans, away from centers of habitation or residences. ***(@ch.1)
Magnetosphere general form
Fluctuating magnetic fields that induce electric charge movement
The fluctuating UFO sightings noted above (monthly in #2 and hourly in #3) may be similar to the effects of an electrical principle called "electromagnetic induction" operating in electrical devices like transformers, voltage regulators, etc.
In tne principle, increasing or decreasing strength in magnetic fields induce current or the flow of electric charges (by convention positively charged) in the wirings of those electrical devices (the wirings are wound perpendicular to the expected magnetic lines of force). Charges will not flow if the magnetic field strength remain continously steady.
In the case of transformers, a fluctuating magnetic field is set up through a set of wirings called primary coil inputted with power from an alternating current source. This fluctuating magnetic field in turn induces an alternating current output at a second set of wirings called secondary coil.
The peaks in the hourly fluctuation of UFO sightings (10:00PM and 3:00AM) may be an effect of the magnetosphere's structure at Earth's night side sometime after sunset and before sunrise that forms a belt with more magnetic lines of force than at other times of the day. The magnetic field strength on that ring area of Earth fluctuates most as Earth rotates.
Aside from magnetic fields that actually fluctuate, fluctuations may be experienced by objects (UFOs or BHUFOs) when the relative distance from a magnetic field line of force vary because of Earth's rotation.
BHUFOs with electric charge may move when subjected to the fluctuating strength of a magnetic field. Free to move in any direction, it would move perpendicular to the lines of force as field strength varies. The object may also glow from the induced movements of nebulous internal stuff (plasma and/or gas), as well as from the vibrations/movements of electrons and particles within constituent substances.
BHUFOs may acquire positive electric charge during formation (details in "Natural Flying Saucers at Preexploding Planet Earth", reference# wa1).
Besides formation processes, electrically charged surroundings could also impart its charge to BHUFOs, in the air as well as those on the ground.
Electrical charges may also be ejected from certain grounds in the form of positive ions (in "Dowsing for Water, Preexploding Planet Earth and Exploding Galaxies", reference# wa2), which could also ionize the surrounding air and/or BHUFOs (ions are particles of substances that are positively or negatively charged from lack or excess of electrons in their molecules).
Magnetism of electrically charged moving things
Magnetic fields will be generated by electrically charged things (including electric current) that move for any reason. The lines of force circle the moving charge on a plane that is normal (perpendicular) to the line of motion, in a direction that depend on the kind of charge (wether positive or negative).
For positive charges the direction may be indicated the electrical rule called "right-hand-grip rule" (reference# wa2). A "left-hand-grip rule" may be used for negative charges.
In the "right-hand-grip rule", the right hand's thumb points towards the direction positive charges move, with curved fingers perpendicular to the thumb to indicate the direction of of magnetic field lines of force around the moving charge. For negative charges, the left hand is similarly used to indicate directions.
(With electric current, negative electrons as well as positively charged particles may flow in opposite directions, and by convention the "right-hand-grip rule" is used.)
A moving natural flying saucer that is electrically charged generates a surrounding magnetic field. With a spin, constituents also generate magnetic fields all around a circular form which could be of considerable intensity for fast spinning natural flying saucers.
For nearby electrical systems, abnormal magnetic field fluctuation influences may be felt, and the resulting magnetic induction on the system may cause interferences on normal operations and malfunctions.
Induction/movement of positive charges
The movements of a natural flying saucer may result from electrical induction produced by Earth's rotation that conduct the BHUFO (presumably eletrically charged) west to east, and magnetic field lines that were encountered during conduction.
Electric generators work on similar induction principles to output moving electrical charges or electricity (positively charged by convention).
An electrical pointer called "right-hand rule" may indicate the unknown direction positive charges move if the direction of two other factors are known: magnetic field direction and motion of conducting medium (reference# wa2; a"light-hand rule" may be used for charges that are negative).
In the rules, the thumb, index finger and middle finger are used perpendicular to each other (with the middle finger perpendicular to the palm) to point in three dimensional directions. The thumb is for conducting medium motion, the index finger for magnetic field direction, and the middle finger for the induced movement of electrical charges.
As Earth rotates a BHUFO on the ground or in the air may meet with a magnetic field line of force that is positioned either horizontally between the two geomagnetic poles of the planet, or else vertically between the ground and the magnetosphere.
If electrically charged, the BHUFO would be induced to move vertically upon meeting horizontal field lines, while an induction with horizontal movement happens at vertical field line meetings. The vertical instead of the horizontal may often be the movement of BHUFOs, as meeting horizontal lines could be more likely than meeting vertical lines.
Assuming positively charged BHUFO, the "right-hand rule" may be used with palm up for the thumb to point east and the index finger to point north. The middle finger that points up indicates upward movement of the BHUFO.
The movement may not only be limited to within Earth's atmosphere, as UFOs had been observed by astronauts in outer space (reference# p3, chapter 2).
Lift of Wing in Flight
Relatively high internal heat could cause or may a big factor in a BHUFO's rise or aerial capabiities.
It may result to two conditions enhancing flight: internally the nebulous stuff expands the BHUFO to light atmospheric buoyancy, and on the outside heated air provide more boost by updraft and underlying hot air support.
Natural flying saucers with bulging upper surfaces and relatively flatter bottoms get considerable enhancement to aerial capability from the flow of updraft air. Differences in air speeds at surfaces above and below give extra lift as happen in airfoil shapes like airplane wings.
BHUFOs can survive rough weather conditions because of their lightness in the air, yielding to wind forces.
At ground level, BHUFOs and human society normally favor different environments, and BHUFO manifestations on that level may be a relatively rare event for social humans.
BHUFOs may generally start existence on drier parts of the Earth away from the sea, while human centers of habitation in general congregate in the vicinity of sea or river.
Their lifetimes however may be dictated by size and available internal heat, ending in collapse with enough heat lost. Radioactive materials if carried might have some energizing effect, though not likely to offset by much the heat loss rate.
Apparently many natural flying saucers, normally unseen, manifest or become visible at predictable and quite short cycles mainly through influence of the magnetosphere.
Possibly over sufficient interval, such cyclical manifestations may have discernable trends applicable for assessing globally conditions inside or outside Earth that may produce BHUFOs.
Cyclical manifestations of the common natural flying saucer could be useful, as one possibility, for historical assessment of Earth's internal heat conditions, a sort of sensor or thermometer in a planetary system for monitoring heat build up at Earth's interior.
This type of thermometer may be more available and monitored by more entities than the various instruments used by most scientists or specialists for Earth's interior.
Artificial crafts for terrestrial or extraterrestrial use may also utilize the mainly electromagnetic principles involved in natural flying saucer flight. Such a craft could eventually enhance survival chances in planetary disasters for the human specie. More on those types of crafts are considered in "Travel a la Natural UFO" and "Moon trip through magnetic space balloons" (respectively, reference #s wa3, wa4).
