Obama's Birth Certificate and the U.S. Supreme court are they both related to fraudulent government

Updated on August 31, 2011

con or just contraversy?

Is obama a natural born American citizen? Or are we all living under the constitution of delusion?

There is some contraversy about weather we are even living under the constitution our founding fathers instituted in 1776.The question surounds what happened after the civil war between the states.Abraham Lincoln delared marshall law during that war or police action as he called it at the time. And the question is after he was assassinated did we ever legally go back to being a constitutional government,or were we allowed to believe that was the case for political reasons.

If we aren't living under the original constitution then would all the laws passed since then be constitutionaly binding or are we living under another version of the constitutional law,one where the president no longer is required to be born in the unitedstates or one of it's former territoriesĀ  such as hawaii as some claim Obama is doing?

Supreme court decision

Should there have been a case brought up in the supreme court to have Obama's Place of birth verified before he was allowed to run for president?

Actually, that isn't true (about changing the Constitution). The only way to legally change the constitution is by constitutional amendment and, legally, any proposed amendment must, in addition to being approved by a 2/3 majority of both the federal house and senate, must be ratified by 3/4 of the states in order to become part of the Constitution

It's obvious the whole Hawaii birth certificate is a lie. If not, why wouldn't our illustrious president just stand up, face the critics and tell his story? I'm sure it would get generous ratings as a tv special and add to his approval rating as well.

if,the people really want to change the constitution ,they can by 75 percent vote of congress. Not simply by voting for someone who is not  qualified constitutionaly ,unless as some people say we are no longer living under constitutional law.

In which case the supreme court, would no longer be a constitutional court.

Obama may or may not be a naturl born citizen.  He is like a bastard child.  A man and a women have a child.  The man raises the child as his own then one day the mother tells the father that the child is not his. The father now cannot make him a bastard. Obama was raised an american we cannot make him a bastard.

The supreme court of the us has never ruled on cases such as yours that I know of .But they have made the statement that the people decided that he was. However the constitution cannot be over ruled so easily. It has to be formally changed through a legal process.Beside the fact that if he wasn't a natural born citizen legally no matter what the people wanted ,especially if they were misled can change the truth.Politics makes strange bedfellows

I understand that an official from Kenya claims he was born there .Even his grandmother says that.

Actually, the first video is untrue. I was born in Australia and only my father was American, however I have a certificate that says right on it "Whereas (this child) has been born to at least one citizen of the United States of America, (this child) is hereby declared to be a Natural Born Citizen of the United States." However because of my mother and the place of my birth, I am ALSO a Natural Born Australian Citizen. Out of curiosity I checked multiple sources and found that if I was 34 years old, I could still run for president if I wanted to. Barack Obama was born on US soil (Hawaii) as well as having at least one parent who was a US citizen at the time, therefore he can be president if he so wishes.
