Climate Change and how it is affecting the world

Updated on December 01, 2012

Climate Change is killing our world

We all know climate change is happening. What is not certain, is if the current trend will continue without major changes to our environment.

The problem is that small changes in the rising temperature of the South Pacific Ocean, could effect the Gulf Stream that manages the climate of Europe. Small changes can have a major effect. I have tried to set out my views below. If you do not agree that global warming is happening, then maybe this page will help you change your mind.

Local solutions are the way forward

Copenhagen really failed the global population. Politicians say, I'll do it if you will, and in the end, nobody does it. So now maybe it is time for people to make chances locally.

Our local village has installed a wood chip heating system that feeds every house in the village centre. The wood comes all the local forests around the area. This helps the forest to stay healthy and provides for employment. Until the new system, oil was the main heating method.

A idea that might save the world. Pass it on.
