The Right to Bear Arms! Right to Life and Representative Taxation. Not now!
That is our rock face.
Many do not hold gun ownership in high esteem.
Mostly we do not hold automatic fire bullet hoses in high esteem. And we should rally against that propriety, until we should not.
It is strange but we have no choice in this matter. Our constitution is under attack, plain and simple.
Point blank it is a policy issue that weedles away at our constitution. Now those of us with a bendt toward modeling the constitution of the United States of America have no danged choice. We have to get together and stop it at every turn.
Somebody said "a pen and a phone" and from what I am seeing no one is retracting that statement. Well holy crap! That is that. I do not care if it is guns or sex or rock and roll, somebody of position just declared a war on my constitution.
Just a small shelf of reference works
A declared truth and truce.
The father walks into the back yard and the young son is fast at some work and a light rain is beginning to fall. The boy has some rope, a stool and some stuff he is tying together for "God knows what" the father steps forward to help. Stop that tape! The father backsteps and shuts his mouth and removes his presents so the boy can explore and try and fail or succeed.
That is America. Daddy thank you very much but please shut up and leave me alone to try and fail or succeed on my own. That is America.
That is our right and that is the constitution of an American.
The boy we speak of is born to an American who sought refuge here to escape communism. He is Amerasian by blood but full born American by heart soul and intuition.
We do not want to back all radical causes that are pro constitution and it is hard to play the hands off role. But we must. At this time in history there is nothing more important than our constitution. That single document that millions of soldiers have died for in our favor.
There is no sunset on this issue.
Let me be very careful as this is written.
We do not want flag words setting off an investigation. And we do not want NSA to be hovering. A certain Taxation Recognition Expert just informed me that my son may not be allowed to play in my office while I declare my office as a sort of place of work.
I hammer on keys or write things down about 70 hours a week. Some call that a brutal living and I just call it the way it is. But for about half of that I use my son as a muse and distraction from what is often painfully isolate work.
The taxation group finds that suspect and will not allow such shenanigans.
Perhaps it is a good thing as my office stays clean of clutter. And perhaps it is a good thing to put things with proper boundaries. But my office which is a room with a desk with two computers and printing device that is my office and that is where I work. Many folks are happy that I run such a simple rig/operation because it cuts down on costs that I do not need to pass along.
Just try to make that with simpatico our notions of raising children. Well it sucks. So we deal with that intrusion that is absolutely irresponsible socially and move along.
We are the best of the worst! That is just OK by me!
Let that flag ever wave above my and mine!
So a position held 8 months ago must be changed.
When one is operating under the proposition that the government is being honest to a reasonable degree and reasonable to an honest degree one can lean toward that government have more responsibility. If that condition changes drastically then one must change that position.
We have a strange situation here. The president of the United States of America is telling us that he will bypass our congress. And that sounds like a reasonable thing until you really look at it. NO! it is not suppose to be done that way.
Good, bad or indifferent the act called Obamacare was signed into law using constitutional means and has even been tested at our Supreme Court. The president just decided he would not make certain parts of that law law. That is not correct and is not part of our constitution. It is very clear and we do not always like the outcome but our congress makes the laws and our president does not have a right to unmake them.
Now perhaps we should not care about health care insurance coverage so much. But we must worry when this type of conduct is established and goes against one of our tried and true provisions guaranteed under our constitution.
So those of us who argued for reasonable new action regarding fully automatic assault type rifles have to shut up and move to the back of the class.
We simply cannot trust this executive branch to maintain perspective here and not act with a pen and a phone to change laws outside of constitutional authority.
Do you feel safe with this president changing laws all by himself?
Do you care about this issue?
Right to Life
Right to Life versus Abortion and family planning matters. It is not the time to argue these matters and put them on the table. These matters and notions must be handled and priorities established under the administration of a level and clean hand and not one with proven lack of regard for our constitution.
This administration might just get mad and use the phone and the pen to tell every doctor that if he wants money from Obamacare he must start performing abortions on 3rd trimester healthy babies. It is time to just take the debate off the table.
That does not mean for either side to shut up and shut down what it means is that "better the devil you know than some new fiat".
We must kind of suggest that those in DC just do nothing for a while please.
Taxation without Representation
The Obamacare mandate is very much a taxation issue. And one deemed appropriate by our congress and by the United States Supreme Court. The administration has already changed enforcement's of part of it and waived datelines on other parts.
That my friends is the epitome of taxation without representation. Look it is all good for this writer. His pen and phone on Obamacare works alright for my home. But that is not a deal an American gets to make. We just do not get to say "hey that is unconstitutional but it is good for me so leave it alone".
No that is not how this country works and it will never work that way.
We elected people and sent them to make law!
It would appear we did a bad job in certain respects. But we are now seeing that it is not our congress that is usurping our constitution. We could even say they are doing what we asked them to do. Not a danged thing. For many we said get the government off our backs and for others we said help me out here.
But we do not know one other person that agrees that we elected these folks to violate our constitution. If you did -- you really should not have read this article.
