July 3, 2010:  2 hours ago, Paris admits talking to the police about smoking marijuana – but she insists: ‘Everything is completely fine.’  Celebrity socialite, Paris Hilton took to Twitter in order to deny that she was arrested for smoking weed during a World Cup soccer game in South Africa, calling it ‘crazy rumors’.  Paris stressed the fact that ‘I was not charged or arrested because I didn’t do anything wrong: I was helping the police with their investigation, and I answered all of their questions.  ‘Everyone was very nice and friendly, I love South Africa!  It is such an amazing place.  Especially during the World Cup!’  She stated ‘I hope that clears everything up.  Love you guys, thanks for your concern, Xoxo.’

A friend in Paris’ entourage is understood to be the guilty one – she confessed to the police.  ‘The incident was a complete misunderstanding, and it was actually another person in my group who did it.’  A spokesperson for Paris said.

      Hi Angel,

In a way, I'm glad she didn't get charged because:

      1) I reckon someone snitched on her. (reported behind her back)

      2) I can't believe that she would be the only one in S/A at that point who had it on her.

Controversial comments I know, but as Ivana Trump would say: "It is Vat it is". :)
