Politicians

Updated on February 7, 2013

Politicians - My Performance

Politicians

Do not trust these corrupt politicians

Because they don't have any visions

And they always take the wrong decisions

Stop the politicians, stop the politicians!

We don't need these foolish politicians

Because we have our own visions

We are free to take our own decisions

Without politicians, without politicians!

Let's forget these stupid politicians

And let's go on our own future mission

Because we have great ambitions

F*** the politicians, f*** the politicians!

What shall we do with these useless politicians

Let's send them on a jupiter mission

But without a return permission

Good-bye politicians, good-bye politicians!

Do We Need Politicians?

"In the very end, civilizations perish because they listen to their politicians and not to their poets."
Jonas Mekas

Authority creates chaos, we need order without authority. Let me give you two examples:

1. In the Indian Ocean tsunami 2004 about 230.000 people died but aboriginal tribes living on small islands all survived. Why? These people listened to their poets, remembered the tales of their ancestors, and did not listen to politicians. So they knew that something was going to happen, and they were able to escape the danger. The other 230.000 people forgot the tales of their ancestors because they listened to their politicians. So they could not realize that something was going to happen, and they perished.

2. Climate change - the politicians tell us that we must reduce CO2- and other green house gas emissions, by 20% in 2020, by 50% in 2050, and so on... They make us believe that when we switch off green house gas emissions, everything will be fine, but that is not the truth because you cannot switch off climate change/global warming. Let's listen to the politicians, and we all will be dead! But there are other ways to protect us from possible final desasters. We must act now! Don't wait for the politicians to react! It might be too late!

Politicians never act because they try to hang on to power, because they depend on lobby groups and are corrupt, but we need action now! Do we really need politicians?

I understand your view and frankly with all that experience we know better than trusting with our interest people who have conflict of interest!!!

Now, as much as we can we need to be independent...

      Love and peace on all

We need to get the corporations out of politics. They buy the politicians, policies, and regulating agencies. The voice of the people has been lost among the piles of money. I think the solution is to only buy local and grow your own garden. Great Hub! Voted up!

We do not need more puppets on the strings of a few wealthy people... we need more people with depth and character. In my hub Middle Class to Zero I said "Build a new man from the inside out. No longer running from who we are inside."

I agree with what you said - "In the very end, civilizations perish because they listen to their politicians and not to their poets."

A good example of a politician we don't need to listen to is Rep. Joe Walsh, R-Illinois a Tea Party activist. He likes to make speeches about how we can't leave this national debt to our children and grandchildren. He is over $115,000 behind in his child support. We deserve much better than this.

I hate to say it, but I feel as if the government is out of control. I do not feel that most politicians care about the needs, cares or wants of the American people as a whole. I feel we need major reform in how we run the systems. The problem I see is that it's beginning to seem that we are not running the system...the politicians are.

So, do we need more owners, or do we have enough?

We need a government, government workers are politicans.

But we do need a new and different breed, motivated by the people rather than greed.

We need a world-wide revolution ... I began having some very dark thoughts after I wrote the word revolution. My immediate thought was to say "a bloody revolution where we impale all the crooked politicians and leave them in public places for evreyone to see them rot". Then, I thought that would group me up with Maximilien Robespierre ... I am not sure what the solution is but one thing is for sure: multi-national corporations need to be gagged, we need to impale at least one politician so the rest know we are serious and we need to make sure all the children on this planet have a home, food and education!!

Political parties that take control of our living. Labour, Conservative, Democrats and republicans in the USA answer to a controlling force above their heads.

I am referring to the main parties that always take control and not the parties that truly represent the people. These parties that represent the people only show up for example, they get to observe and not participate.

Yep, I believe this is so.

I believe there are two parties that are pushed out to throw people. Bit like black and white. In England we have Labour and Conservative who are the only real contenders that represent the establishment of the elite. The elite, the bankers, the royals, the filthy stinking rich, are the real puppet controllers. Both parties share the same tasks no matter who is in parliament. They both send our troops to wars which we shouldn't be fighting in which profits you know who? They both make us pay our high taxes in some shape or form, they both steer the people against each other by introducing competition and self interest, putting oneself above others and separating people's interests. Their tools are money, status, promotion and indifferent civil rights. They are lenient on street crime but tough on tax evasion. That sort of sells it to me.

      Politicians.

More interested in expense claims than the welfare of the public!!!

There you go, and we let these dogs rule our lives, we even pay them to...

How much longer do we have to continue living in this madness?

I agree SOME politicians are not to be trusted and just plain don't know how to lead, but we do need some politicians to lead we just have to know how to choose the good ones, and somehow its always the bad apples that make it!

If you also mean "American politicians", you're 100% correct! Most, if not all of them, need to be voted out of office as soon as possible. Great hub, by the way!
