This was hilarious! Proof that while apparently there is a dire shortage of rich people in this country, idiotic Republican politicians are in no short supply! ;-)

      (I only got 3/6 right...)

      Ralph,

Poor me, I got 33%. But that goes both ways. President Obama thinks we have 57 states. Don't even touch Joe Biden. All politicians say foolish things at one time or another; you know that . But all their foolish get aired.

If I had run there would be no foolish comments, only stupid ones.

      I semi-failed but I was 100% entertained. Delightful quiz. :)

      Nice try, Harvey.

A slip of the tongue is not the same as an idiotic conviction. Have either of these congresspeople retracted any of these statements?

LOL Harvey. You are right, stupidity can certainly cross party lines. But I agree with LL- Bachmann is out and out loony, while Obama just flubs every once in a while.

Good hub Ralph! I didn't know who Virginia Foxx is but I'm not surprised that 1. she's from the South (1 state to the east, don't call me a hateful yankee) and 2. a Republican.

      LL,

You are joking, even the link to Obama saying we have 57 states was said to be correct. It was stated that he was tired and had been traveling. Great excuse! I saw him say this on TV and I do not lie! You want to play with the truth; go find a sandbox.

      William,

Obama "misspeaks" often enough, and double talks frequently. How many times have you heard him say; "this meeting will be on C-SPAN and will be bi-partisen.

Its Michael Steele not Mathew. IF the dems like to do polls at least get the names right! Kind of funny otherwise.

I make it a point NOT to listen to most Republicans, but the few times I have had to listen to something Michelle Bachman said I wondered if I actually knew anyone dumber. I haven't had the pleasure of hearing ANYTHING Virginia Foxx has had to say, which I suppose is a good thing, but perhaps she takes the cake.
