George W. Bush's Passionate Kisses from King Abdullah

Updated on September 19, 2015

Passionate Kisses!

No tongue in cheek? Really?
No tongue in cheek? Really? | Source

"George W. Bush" Apologized or Bowed to another country.

I keep hearing some republicans referring to "Obama's apology tour." And I read a statement "Bush 'NEVER' apologized or bowed to another country."

What apology tour?

Every time this LIE is told, the truth needs to be told. That is my reason for this hub.

Who told the "LIE" Apology Tour?

“It goes back to 2009, when Obama spoke in Cairo, calling for “a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world.”

Karl Rove responded in a Wall Street Journal op-ed entitled “The President’s Apology Tour.” Almost instantly, the right-wing blogosphere began savaging the president’s attempt at diplomacy, taking up Rove’s “apology tour” moniker. Characteristically implying that the U.S. president should demand that the world prostate itself in his presence, Charles Krauthammer wrote that Obama had circled the globe with a “basket of mea culpa.”

_____Source: The Daily Beast and World News

I read where someone said 'Bush never went on an apologetic rant or bowed down to foreign countries.'

Not casting aspersions

GWB would have his henchmen make up lies about our President, saying Obama was apologizing to other countries, as a smoke screen in case someone would cast aspersions on him for the fact that GWB himself would rather hold hands, bow and kiss passionately.

No tongue cheek, maybe just tongue in mouth.

Bush never went on an apologetic rant or bowed down to foreign countries

Telling a lie long enough will NOT make it true

If the person who told the lie that President Obama went on an 'apology tour' and the people believing the lie, keep propogating that lie, that will make more people believe it, but it will never make it the truth!

It is my hope that more people Fact Check the lie.

It makes me sick to my stomach to hear this lie and know that so many people believe it!

When Romney attacked Obama for an apology tour that never happened during one of the presidential debates, I thought how easy it was to make this 'wannabe president' believe this lie, or did he believe it because he wanted to believe it or did he know it was a lie all along.

At one of the presidential debates Romney said: "Reason I called it an apology tour is because you went to Middle East and you flew to Egypt and to Saudi Arabia and to Turkey and Iraq. And, by the way, you skipped Israel, our closest friend in the region. But you went to the other nations. And, by the way: They noticed that you skipped Israel. And then in those nations, and on Arabic TV, you said that America had been "dismissive and derisive." You said that "on occasion America had dictated to other nations." Mr. President, America has not dictated to other nations. We have freed other nations from dictators."

I hope that every time you hear an untruth you will rebuke it.

Quote from John Adams

“A constitution of government, once changed from freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever” ~ John Adams

Au fait, thank you for the comment as always. It seems that everyone want's to stay in trump's (t in trump purposely in lower case) good graces, and the allow him and his son-in-law and daughter to commit treason every day.

The fact that trump gave permission to the Keystone XL pipeline to cross lands that do not belong to him, and will cause devastation wherever it is laid does not concern him or any of his cabal.

      Blessings dear friend.

Before his time is up you'll probably be able to write a similar article with a similar picture of Trump and Puttie. I know they're pretending to have a snit right now in an effort to throw people off regarding their treasonous illicit relationship, but it isn't a real snit. Just for looks.

Too bad the media isn't putting some time on all the edicts Trump is signing because many of them are extremely harmful to everyone. He's been signing on average 3-4 daily.

Hope all is well there and that you enjoy the weather Sat., Sun., & Mon., cuz they're the last cool days we're likely to have for a long time. Blessings dear friend. Take care . . .

No I did not see G.W.B. at the Dallas Memorial, but to see him anywhere is to see him acting inappropriately he did that in the White House, many times and we only saw a little bit, like when he looked behind the drapes for WMDs.

I had a migraine today and slept most of the day. Hope all is well with you. Blessings and hugs dear friend.

Did you see G.W. dancing and behaving a little inappropriately at the Dallas Memorial for the 5 cops that were killed? There's a video of it on YouTube. Some people say it's because he's one of the elite that is going to take over and impose Marshall Law and I guess either kill most of us, imprison many of us and turn people into slaves or something. I'm still not totally clear on what they say is happening. Oh, yes, and we're to have a race war. I've never understood people who seem to long for these terrible things to happen.

Hope all is well with you and that you are in a cool place. Take care dear friend, and God bless . . .

I felt the same way about the bow by Obama. But the passionate kisses shared by George W's long time pal was way over the top.

A picture is worth a thousand words! And they complained about Obama making a little bow! Well, I didn't like the bow either, but thankfully he stopped there and none of this stuff in the photo with Bush was recorded for all time.

Sent you an email earlier. Be sure to check your mail. Hope all is well with you and John. I am just wondering if it will ever cool off. This heat really kicks my pettutie. Talk soon.

Jaye, thank you for you comments, which I love.

Years ago, I use to listen to a talk radio station and the host told about George W. Bush scamming Salem benLaden out of a fortune the Salem had invested in Abusto Oil an oil company founded by George W. who sold the company for millions and left his investors high and dry. Ironically Salem benLaden was killed in a plane crach. That was in the 1980s. The day after I heard that story, the host was replaced, and I could not find out what happened to him.

I am not surprised by the coverup in the 9/11 investigation. Did you get a chance to see "Fahrenheit 9/11" documentary film from director Michael Moore? It is a no-holds-barred attack on the Bush

administration’s handling of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the War on Terror. The film was applauded by many on the left as a passionate critique of a dishonest, incompetent, and dangerous administration. Many on the right claim that Moore distorts facts, manipulates tragedy and spreads lies. But here is a quote from Senator Bryon Dorgon stating “we had some airplanes authorized at the highest levels of our government to pick up Osama Bin Laden’s family members and

transport them out of this country.”

Then there is the Bush book (The Unauthorized Biography of George H. W. Bush,) by Webster Tarpley and Anton Chitkin in the chapter called the Hitler project tell all about Prescott Bush. I have this one on DVD.

I have the book by Paul Begala (It's Still the Economy, Stupid) this one tells about his good old boys club, the ones he took with him to the White House.

Then the Kitty Kelley book. The day "The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty" was to be released, I went to the book store and they said that the books every one was bought before they were even sent. I did manage to get exerpts from this book.

9/11 I have not been able to find out anything, I will keep my eyes open for any information on the investigation.

Thank you Jaye, you don't know how much I appreciate you.

Very good and interesting hub, you know politicians I noticed would do just about anything to mislead the public and look good in everyone else eyes, it's very sad that the truth has to be told by us the citizen and we can't rely on our government whom we appoint in office, it's like one face they show us, and then behind doors totally different. Thanks so much for sharing this great information on here. It's time for us to be real as citizen and know the truth even if we have to be the ones that dig it out and present it to one another. Great job. Pictures tell a great deal don't they. Voted up Awesome, Beautiful + 75214751p

Since the traditional greeting of two adult Arab men is to kiss each others' cheeks, first one, then the other (and this is only done to other men, not women), the lip-to-lip smooch King Abdullah gave W. seems a bit over the top or 'passionate', as you said. I guess this is because the Saudi royal family and the Bush family are so-oooo close and have been, personally and financially, for 30 years. Both families have profited greatly from their association. Since bin Laden was also a member of the Saudi royal family, it certainly gives one pause to think about the Bush connection, doesn't it?

In fact, a news story by the New York Post in December of last year reported that then-President George W. Bush censored 28 pages (about 7,200 words) of Congress' 9/11 investigative report--a section dealing specifically with sources of foreign support for the hijackers, many of whom were Saudis, NOT Iraqis. Mmmmm...now that really makes you wonder, doesn't it? It almost seems as though the war W started in Iraq could have been meant to take the U.S., indeed, the world's attention off Saudi Arabia.

The Post article stated that leaked information from the classified 28 pages of the report provide evidence that the hijackers had both financial and logistical help from the Washington D.C. Saudi embassy and the Saudi consulate in L.A. Now, why would Bush Jr. want to suppress this information? (If you read a book about the Bush family history, you'll learn that W's grandpa, Prescott, provided credit to Hitler during WWII, a fact that both Bush presidents kept hidden, but which perhaps should be part of the discussion if Jeb Bush dips his toes in the presidential campaign waters. The Bush 'dynasty' members have a penchant for being friendly with dangerous internationals in power.)

By the way, months ago some senators (both parties) wanted to pass a bill instructing President Obama to release the entire 9/11 report--including the 28 pages censored by W. Bush--to the American public. I don't know what became of that bill or where the declassification of the 9/11 report stands a day after Independence Day, 2014. Do you, Shyron? You're very good at research, so if you find out about this, please let me know. In fact, let us all know!

Ms. Cochran, you need to watch the videos. The issue here is not really whether or not our former president was on the downlow or a closet gay, but whether or not he BOWED to leaders of other countries. He bowed to the Prince of Saudi Arabia, so what's all the noise about Obama's "apology tour???"

Excellent hub Shyron. If a person wasn't actually there, how can they know whether it was a kiss on the cheek or the lips, or both? Have to say, I scrutinized that photo pretty good and I'd bet money they were lockin' lips. I don't like to lose money (a part of being a former Republican I can't seem to shed), so I wouldn't bet if I wasn't pretty darn certain they were lip to lip.

      Up and awesome!

Can't say I don't agree with the gist of this hub, but that photo is misleading. In Saudi men greet each other with a kiss on each cheek - not a kiss on the mouth. The shot is as much a misrepresentation as anything else out there. Hate to see your hub diminished by its use.

Unfortunately the internet makes it all too easy for things to spread and people believe what they want to, often not checking the facts. Many lives have been destroyed (sometimes to the point of suicide) via 'rumors' and 'shame' tactics ... it is unfortunate and the down side of media freedom. However, hopefully your article will shed a little truth and open some eyes to the other side of the argument.

Not sure why it is inappropriate, but it is your article and your rules.

Frankly the censorship or distortion of information as discussed in the article above has become all too common in our mass media system. That common that critical analysis and open discussion of major issues is rarely given any worthy attention. I don't see that changing any time soon. What I do see changing is where people source their information. If people cannot get a balanced understanding of major issues from mass media, then they will simply go elsewhere to seek information. People will turn to the internet and places like YouTube and HubPages.

The Republican spin machine against President Obama does not distinguish between truth and lies. This is of no importance to them. Attacking the president and his administration to eventually gain power is all important. They failed last November but they cannot just break the habit. Thank you, Shyron, for writing this illuminating Hub and exposing them for what they are. That is opportunistic liars.
