Romney wanted Obama out of the Out-House! A slip of the tongue, or Romney thinking out loud?

Updated on October 9, 2016
Outhouse display at the Montana Republican Convention.
Outhouse display at the Montana Republican Convention.

Is this what Mr. Romney thinks of the White House?

Could this be one of the reasons that Mr. Romney Lost the 2012 election?

Is this what Romney thinks of the White House? Does he think the White House and the American people are so far beneath him that, he equates the White House to an outhouse and he wants to get in so he can crap all over the poor and middle class people?

The rest of the GOP is already doing that!

Oh yes! That includes you Republicans, who are not filthy rich.

'Obama's Presidential Library' an out-house riddled with Painted on bullet holes!

The main feature at Montana's State GOP convention.

This was the main feature at Montana's State GOP convention, an outhouse with a sign on the side saying 'Obama Presidential Library" and outhouse riddled with painted on bullet holes, on the outside and, inside a fake birth certificate for 'OUR' President (The elected President of all the American people, not just the rich ones,) for those who CHOOSE to believe he was not born in the United States of America.

If this is not childish enough, also in graffiti it said: For a Good Time call 800-Michelle (crossed out), then Hillary (crossed out) and Pelosi (circled in red.)

This is so offensive, to me the only institution the person/persons who did this or approve this, belong in is a mental one, not a presidential one.

Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney told the audience that he wants Obama out of the Out-House!

"We're going to get him out of the outh— out of the White House."

Romney almost said it again.

Flanked on the right (his left) by the biggest Mitt Romney fan in the U.S., the candidate spouts typical lines at his rally deriding Obama's policies and then declares, "This president has run out of ideas, he's run out of excuses, and in 2012 we're going to get him out of the outh— out of the White House." That's the problem with using the word "out" with the rule of three. Yet another Romney gaffe but the real star of Mitt's address is a Massachusetts-based Romney super fan.

The State GOP Chairman, dismiss this as a sideshow?

It seems that Mitt Romney is condoning this childish behavior by not repudiating it.

Instead he allowed Will Deschamps, The State GOP Chairman, dismiss this as a sideshow, and Will said, he does not know who did it?

The keynote speaker, Newt Gingrich, also did not renounce despicable behavior. In fact I can almost hear Newt chuckle!

Are Republicans just 'Mean Spirited?' or is it that their lust for Power is overruling their compassion for people who have less/nothing?

Is this the mentality of the man/boy who wants to be the leader of the Greatest Country on earth? Are republicans just mean spirited or, is it that their lust for power, is overruling their compassion for people who have less/nothing?

Why are conservatives so mean?

I just read the explination to this question, why are conservatives so mean?

Government's natural relationship to power is much the same as a man's natural relationship to sex; it wants as much as possible from as many people as it can get to give it up. In a civilized society, it tries to have its way through charm and persuasion; among savages, it takes what it wants by force always and everywhere, there is on unfailingly certain method of scoring the booty: BUY IT.

Why are conservatives so mean? Or are they just Greedy?

Au fait, thank you for the comments as always they are appreciated. Carrie Fisher, you know she was a writer and a really good one, her best was "Postcards from the Edge" and "Delusions of Grandma" and several others, Carrie was also the daughter of Eddie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds who passed away today.

Donald trump! He is a rude and crude disgrace, but I guess people will get what they have sown, unfortunately the majority of the people who did not sow the votes to elect the tweetster will have to reap what we have not sown.

I hope all is well with you.

      Blessings my dear friend.

Seems like Trump is treating (or is it tweeting?) the White House like an outhouse. I understand Carrie Fisher who died recently said Trump has given women a good reason to look forward to getting old and unattractive -- he only grabs and gropes the young and beautiful 10s. So even getting over the hill is a blessing these days.

Have you ever seen such a childish 70-year-old who can't keep his hands off the tweeter? I guess the blessing there is that when he's tweeting he's not muff-grabbing. One only needs to put things in perspective and they no longer seem so bad.

Hope all is well there . . .

Stella, I felt sick when I watched the Republican convention, esp. Chris Christie, he was blaming Hillary for every disaster, he even blamed her for the terrorist that kidnapped the young women, and the people were yelling jail her. I could not believe that anyone could be that naïve, that they could think that much less say it, and Benghazi, when it was the Republican Congress that denied funding for more security.

Don't people keep up with what is going on?

Sorry I am up on my soap box again.

      Blessings my friend....

Stella, thank you for your comment and you are right, we never hear about the issues and the problems that we are facing. I did read a really good interview of both Clinton and Trump, the question they were asked was: What will you do to make Social Security financially sound for the future generations? Here are excerpts of their answers:

Hillary, "Fight any attempts to gamble seniors' retirement security on the stock market through privatization." "Oppose reducing annual cost-of-living adjustments." "Oppose Republican's efforts to raise the retirement age."

Mr. Trump, "First, I will work with Congress to pass and implement a comprehensive tax-reform plan." "I will work with Congress to ensure we have a pro-growth agenda in place."

It looks like we are in for a scary election.

      Blessings to you Stella.

Regarding the videos: Why is the conservative mentality so sophomoric? Why does Andrew Clayton think liberty means the ability and right to be racist and sexist and to force suffering onto others because of one's own failings?

Romney is proof that money can't buy everything. He has no class. With a little effort he could get it for free -- well, most people could.

Sharing this as I think it's still relevant in the way that Republicans think, and Romney is putting himself out there again.

Susie, thank you for the comment and the tweet. I am glad you found my article interesting. I pay attention to politics, because like David Podvin wrote, "We are looking forward to further erosion of our civil liberties, endless war, and depression,

unless the Republicans are soundly defeated. They can only be soundly defeated if we have election reform (among other things). We can only have reform if we fully understand and acknowledge what happened in the last election. When the man who was elected president is not the man in the White House, something is seriously wrong. This is as true today as the day David said this 8/10/2003.

I am glad you found it interesting. Politics are interesting. Funny the things that men will say to become the ruler of others.

      Blessings and Hugs dear friend.

Au fait, thank you for the comments and sharing this. Aw yes, Ted Cruz, the power drunk. Drunk on his own presumed power. I think it is time to put him in detox. I think the company that owns the Keystone Pipeline will claim Ted Cruz, at least until they get control of our land to run the toxic pipeline across our country to ship the tar-sand oil to other countries, and anyone who thinks this would bring jobs to America is having a PIPE dream, (no pun intended). that is UNTIL the pipe burst, then they will allow Americans to do the clean-up, just like BP did in Louisiana. And there are still problems there.

I hope you have a blessed day.

Ted Cruz to the rescue! He announced his candidacy for the president of the U.S. today. Sewage will pump from his mouth by its own will. Saturday Night Live will now have some new material to sink their teeth into. The man was born in Canada and even they won't claim him. Since when does he qualify as a presidential candidate?

Can you imagine the fit Republicans would have had if Democrats had labeled an outhouse with bullet holes as the Bush Presidential Library? They've mostly destroyed the middle class so it's just the poor folks who get crapped on now. Yes, they're crapping on Jesus' favorite people, the poor people, while they wave their placards proclaiming themselves to be Christians.

I've never heard of a presidential contender wheeling an outhouse around at parades with their opponents names on them like this one. Obama's Presidential Library? Was that an indication that Romney expected Obama to win? Why else would Obama have a presidential library at some future point?

Losers don't usually have presidential libraries. For one thing, they've never been president, so why would they have a presidential library? Maybe that was the reason Romney was making no sense -- he already felt like a loser.

We're not alone, Shyron, but it sometimes feels that way when surrounded by Republicans, doesn't it? Haha. I lived in the Dallas area for nearly nine years and often felt like a political minority there, too. But it seems even worse since I returned to Mississippi. I live here to be near family now that I'm retired, but disagree with nearly everything the state's governor and senators do.

      Keep the faith!

Jaye, I really appreciate your visit, comments, amd votes up.

Yes, I have heard about your states McDonnell and his high handed tactics. I should say underhanded tactics. That is what my state (Texas) is noted for. Tom DeLay with his gerrymanderingTom DeLay with his gerrymandering drew us (progressive Democrats) out of the equation. After his conviction his gerrymandering was not undone.

This state is just like yours with the Tea Party's stranglehold here. Women here have less rights than men, and poor people have less rights than anyone.

Your comments all are spot on. I heard Chris Brat (replacement for Eric Cantor) say that 'HE WILL' work to change Medicare, he personally. I guess he never heard the old saying "If it works don't fix it". But I am guessing it just does not work if his dictatorial Party is not in command.

Liberal Socialists, is something I don't think the Tea Party wants to understand the meaning of. If only the average voters could see through the wool that is pulled over their and see what these people are doing to their own country and ours.

Thank you dear friend, it is so refreshing to find out that I am not alone.

Speaking of midterms.... You've probably read about the shenanigans of Tea Party senatorial candidate Cris McDonnell in my state (Mississippi), with nasty mud-slinging at the incumbent Thad Cochran and misbehavior by McDonnell's campaign thugs that is reminiscent of Watergate.

Votes for Cochran and McDonnell were so close in the primary that they will both be in the run-off, but there isn't much hope that will help the top Democratic candidate. I (as a progressive Democrat) am far out-numbered by Republicans in this reddest of red states (also the poorest, least educated, unhealthiest and every other 'bad' label produced by surveys, including 'most unhappy residents'), where the poor continually shoot themselves in the foot economically by electing Republicans for governor and Congress.

The Tea Party has a stronghold here and, sorry to say, but it's true, racism is still alive and well in this state. The GOP pushes all the 'hot button' topics that garner votes from poor uninformed whites: race, religion (or the use of it as a smokescreen), gender issues, women's rights, healthcare (determined to overturn it), immigration, and (erroneously) referring to all Democrats as 'liberal Socialists' (though they don't understand the real meaning of Socialism). Yes...ignorance is rife in Mississippi, and it shows up at every election.

      Voted Up++

      @Mr. Leretseh,

My friend Clyde is correct, HTML are not allowed by HP. But I did not delete you post just yet, I want to give people a chance to go to the HTML and read for themselves.

First HTML about a Conservative activist on June 10, 1012 who got a punch in the face and blames President Obama!

A tea partier named Nathan Tabor, who was filming a protest against Rep. Mel Watt's office in Greensboro, North Carolina, this week was punched in the face by a man who disagreed with the protest. This afternoon, during an appearance on Fox News' Your World with Neil Cavuto, Tabor blamed President Obama for the punch he received:

The Conversation between Neil Cavuto and Mr. Tabor

TABOR: You know, Neil, here's the interesting thing. I think he took -- you know, Barack Obama, President Barack Obama said a few weeks ago you know, "go to your neighbors and get in their face." Well, you know, that is a very -- you know, if they're going to have to use violence to step on the constitution -- everybody be aware.

CAVUTO: Well to be fair, I don't think the president was recommending violence but it did -- this is weird. But we're going to watch this very closely. Thank you and be well.

Cavuto, to his credit, did offer at least some pushback on this ridiculous notion. However, Cavuto did not point out that the quote in question from Obama did not happen "a few weeks ago," but instead came nearly two years ago, while he was still a candidate for the presidency.

CBS News reported in September 2008 that Obama advised his supporters on how to tell people the truth about his stance on the 2nd Amendment:

Mr. Leretseh, I am sure you feel safe with you head stuck up there, but you need to pull it out and take a deep breath of fresh air!

2nd HTML – Both parties have AHs – But if you count them, the number of Republicans AHs outnumber Democratic AHs by about 10 to 1.

I know that Allan Brauer was forced by the Democrats to resign, and that is as it should be.

However, Republicans don't just say things like that, they are actually trying to KILL children, by taking away 'Food Stamps' so they will starve to death. Think about that if you can still breath after you pull your head out, and if you can't, don't blame it on a democrat.

Thank you Author for reading and commenting on my hub. I am so afraid, you know the old saying "Money talks". and " if you repeat a lie enough it will become the truth."

And I am sure that you know that Wisconsin was bought, and if enough people sell their vote/soul, we are doomed.

This is a disgrace and people want Romney why? He couldnt win before for his antics now this is just the sink hole opening to swallow him in. I am a die hard democrat but this is just ridiculous for any human being especially when they are running for president to condone this behavior and chime in with the ones doing it. Mitt Romney didnt win the last time he ran and neither will he this time because the people already made it clear the last time he was unwanted. What makes him any better this time. Let him win and we all will be sitting in the out house. For him to call the white house (the same place he wants to be employed) is a disgrace and I for one think that he should be kick out of the nomination and someone else put back in. What a piece of crap and whom ever would vote for such an ingrate needs to be banned from the United States of America

Thanks Angel, For reading and commenting on my hub/article. I have known how the Republicans are for sometime, and today I re-read about the outhouse and was more angry than the first time I read it or heard about it.

Everyone needs to research politics. If you don't turn onto politics, politics will turn on you!

      Thanks again for your comment.

This hub is shocking. I am a Republican and I never thought Republicans would really behave this way. I've heard some people say they do, but I didn't believe it. I watched all of the videos and they were just disgusting. There are no words. These people can't really be Republicans can they? Romney was right in with them!
