SUICIDE IS NO SOLUTION TEENS!

ABSTRACT

Mostly, teens choose to commit suicide to run away from a problem for which they see no other way to escape. They think that dying is the only way to escape a problem where they can’t do anything. Sometimes, even if they see another way and they are reluctant to use that way, they choose to commit suicide. Recently, there have been cases where the students or teen have been scolded at school or by their parents for their own faults and in results to that, teens commit suicide. Teens consider those words as a matter of ego. They are very easily flatter by sweet words and very easily broken by harsh words. If teenagers learn to use their minds wisely and then take decisions. They can not only make their future better but also live their lives to the fullest and the most important point…..they’ll be able to ‘LIVE’.

Why do teens commit suicide

Mostly, teens choose to commit suicide to run away from a problem for which they see no other way to escape. They think that dying is the only way to escape a problem where they can’t do anything. Sometimes, even if they see another way and they are reluctant to use that way, they choose to commit suicide. They commit suicide when they have some kind of pressure on their mind or when their parents are not supporting to do something they want to do ….. Well, mostly that thing is not quite right for them to do. As for an example, let’s take the topic of smoking. Recently children under the age of 18 and even under the age of 15 want to smoke because they think its “cool”. I don’t understand what’s the big hurry of being cool. And if they want to become cool so badly, they should choose some other way like having more knowledge than the others of their age, having a good language or being a good speaker. If suicide would’ve been the only way to solve problems then all the adults of this world would’ve been committing suicide to run away from the problems they have. They don’t understand they value of their life. The life they throw away as trash is something somebody cherishes. ‘Kids’…… they live in fantasies and so they see the reality the same way. They don’t understand that their life is no film that they have to end. They commit suicide over such trivial matters. They are afraid everything, even their own parents. They aren’t supposed to be afraid their parents they shall consider them as friends and share everything, even something they are scared to tell them. Yes, they should respect them but should not ever be afraid them. What is fear? When a person experiences fear, certain areas of brain like the amygdale and the hypothalamus are activated and appear to control the first physical response to fear. Well, that how it is in biochemical way, but, in emotional way….it depends on how you see it. How most people say it is:

Fear: Forget Everything And Run.

And how they should see it:

Fear: Face Everything And Rise

When a person is not scared of anything and does the right thing, he becomes cool automatically. When someone does the wrong thing, that person is never considered as cool but only bad. Everyone sees what they appear to be, but only few experience their true self. Recently, there have been cases where the students or teen have been scolded at school or by their parents for their own faults and in results to that, teens commit suicide. Teens consider those words as a matter of ego. They just don’t get it that everything in this world isn’t as pretty as they want. They are very easily flatter by sweet words and very easily broken by harsh words. They don’t understand that ‘pretty words aren’t always true and true words aren’t always pretty.’ They even tend to take their own life for something as trivial as that. They get all worked up over nothing and don’t even think of their parents. In my opinion, neither suicide nor murder is any solution to any problem; these are just some non-sensible methods human mind came up with. Teens think that suicide ends the pain; but no, suicide doesn’t end pain, it just passes it on to someone else! Yeah, they are humans, so they’ll definitely make mistakes…both fatal and trivial. So they don’t need to be afraid of anything. What they need is ‘to be truthful to their parents’ and tell them everything…..there’s nothing in this world that parents can’t solve. Someone who tells everything to his/her parents and doesn’t conceal anything from them is the strongest…WHY? Because they don’t have the fear of any kind like: ‘what if somebody finds out?’ or ‘what if this or what if that?’ Their parents are always there to save them from any kind of problem. They don’t care about the parents who care the most about them. Committing suicide is stupidity! There’s something more stupid than that….do you know what that is? The fact that teens think that ‘SUICIDE’ is the only answer. Few days ago I was just using internet and I just happened to notice a quote where it was written “give up and committed suicide” and it was posted by a 14 years old child and I was like ‘Wooooooooow! Wonderful ……….This was the only thing left for me to read by a teen.’ I mean…. Do teens only have brain for decoration or something? I’m totally- totally against this ‘Suicide’ trend! Some of them just commit suicide because it seems ‘cool’ to them. Hey, what’s so cool about suicide? I find this whole suicide thing degrading and disgusting! What is wrong with teens? How do they see the world? What’s with this thinking? What’s with this no pain theory? I don’t understand any of it! Come on! Teens have time to think about their faults and improve when they’re alive but once they’re dead…they don’t have time for even regretting. Life is not a game that they could end anytime they want. So what if they’re scolded? So what if they’re scared? There’s always one right way to solve a problem, they just have to seek for the right one. And sometimes it depends on the parents too. Like when they are extra strict and have a habit of yelling at them, it’s natural that the children would be afraid of them and wouldn’t even dare to tell them there problems. The generation has changed, it’s not like 90s that when the child came home crying and complain about something, the parents punish and yell at the child instead of reacting to the complain and giving some solution. The children of this generation want freedom…..well, I said freedom, what I should have said is ‘extra freedom’. They want to experience everything before time, be it smoking or love affairs or earning money (mostly shortcuts) and if not supported, they commit suicide. Children don’t have to rush things, they should live there life step by step. I mean, do the right thing at the right time. They think, these things add more fun to their life but no, the truth is that it only lessens the fun of the life. Something they can’t do in front of everyone and have to hide it, how on earth could something like that possibly be fun, they always have to be afraid like: ‘what if somebody finds out?’ Childhood is meant to play, study, sleep and repeat. Yeah, that’s how easy it is for them. Teenage is meant for learning as much as they can like learning languages, arts like martial arts or something and perusing a good career and after that what’s left is to stand on their own power. They are offered by a chance as thin as the spider’s thread to make their future, yes they have another option to ignore it and destroy their life but who wants that? No one, I guess. And yeah, I was just about to forget this point. Some teens are also the victim of ‘SELF-HATERED’……well, these cases are pretty rare so barely anyone knows or pays attention to this but yeah, some teens hate themselves. There most common line is ‘why am I like this or I hate myself’, this is because of the lack of will power and confidence which is really bad and when they hate themselves without any valid reason and state a common statement that is ‘ I can change’ . Saying ‘I can change’ without any valid reason is just admitting defeat in order to adapt to this cruel world, so that you can become their slave. It’s no better than deceiving yourself and decorating it with pretty words. Teens don’t have anything these days….no confidence, no will power, no aim, no brain. This is really shocking. They say, ‘I wanna live my life to the fullest’ and then they splendidly destroy the life with their own hands. They act without thinking, they think it’s noble. There’s nothing noble about it, they don’t have to ACT so valiant. Well, teenage is a time where a person thinks that everything in their life stays as it is and will never change but they shall always remember that time never stops and keeps changing, from bad to good and from good to bad as well. If something bad happened, they shall always remember that everything in life takes its time to change, after all, it’s not a video game in which you can change the settings and voila, everything is as you want. Life is not a wish granting factory for humans. If teenagers learn to use their minds wisely and then take decisions. They can not only make their future better but also live their lives to the fullest and the most important point…..they’ll be able to ‘LIVE’. In this whole wide world, there are many ways to get rid of our problem other than suicide obviously. When I think about those children who committed suicide I really really feel sad. Well, this maybe a really usual line for the readers to read but honestly speaking, this is really a sad matter to consider and if I speak bluntly…the only possible thing for this that I could say is that ‘the teenagers have gone insane!!’ What’s up with them? I just can’t see any valid reason for this! People take their lives for granted and don’t understand that life is short and is worth living to the fullest, it’s definitely not at all for wasting for some matters as trivial as these. Yeah, ‘trivial’ is the correct word because what teenagers think as a problem is nothing but just a training for the future. When they get frightened by just the trailer, what can we expect them to do in the life afterwards? Well, I said afterward but its only possible when the ‘AFTERWARDS’ is left, I just used the wrong language but what I mean to say is we can only think of the future when the future is left. Before we reach that point, if people will die from committing suicide, what’s left in this world? We TALK about the bright future but do we even leave any future? This has to be stopped no matter what!

CONCLUSION

There’s no problem in this world without a solution. Problems are just like the trailer of a movie. If you get scared just by watching the trailer and never dare to watch the movie, you’ll never know what good is about to happen and regret it afterwards. Suicide is no solution for any problem, no matter how big that problem may seem, you shall never choose the option of suicide. Even if you’re in a great debt, even if you’ve don’t something that you’re thoroughly ashamed of, no matter what you shall never commit suicide. Actually, suicide is never an option….it’s just something weak people came up with.

All those teenagers who are reading this article right now, please…please never commit suicide, no matter the circumstances. You didn’t give this life to yourself; you were given this life by God for achieving something in life. The life which you are not capable to attain by yourself, you are not at any position to take it by yourself. You shall consult your parents no matter how strict they are, no matter how strict parents may be, but they will never let anything bother us to the extent to which we can’t handle it. Parents may be strict, scary for you but they are always willing to help their children in each and every problem. Even if they are facing hardships in their own lives, they help their children overcome their problems by any means necessary.
