The CIA, FBI, DHS, and DEA are all unconstitutional

Constitutional Amendments 9, 10, and 11

We'll get back to that. But first, those three Constitutional Amendments:

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

James Madison, to make certain that the Bill of Rights does not grant citizens solely the rights addressed, assured that all other rights are retained by the citizens and not the government.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

With relation to Federal and state governments, Amendment X further defines federalism. In other words, any powers not specifically granted to the Federal government are retained to the states, if not the individual citizens. Hamilton has been accused of being redundant with this amendment.

Amendment XI

The judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted by one of the United States by citizens of another state, or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state.

This confirms that the states are equal counterparts with the Federal Government.

NGA

NGA, or the National Geospatial-intelligence Agency, formerly NIMA, and NGA Director Robert Cardillo:

NGA is headquartered in Springfield, Virginia, and has two bases, one in St. Louis and the other in Arnold, Missouri. These $1.8 BILLION bases were completed two months ago, in March 2016. The frightening part is that the NGA is a government program that blatantly spies on citizens. Hmmm......

Edward Snowden startled U.S. Citizens with news of planned governmental spy agencies, yet even that did not raise enough public and nationwide-awareness. What a kick in the face to Snowden!

Getting back to that Tolstoy quote...

We are living in a frightening time. The U.S. Government has been unlawfully going against it's own constitutional sovereignty, and the masses are tuned out completely. Due to this blatant ignorance, more than anything else, all U.S. Citizens remain slaves to our government. It's disturbing to see where this all will lead.
