The Hit Squad

Harlotte Weaves Breakfast

Good Morning Breakfastpoppers.. Today is Sunday, July 21, 2019. Our creative friend, Spider Harlotte, is in the kitchen preparing Blueberry French Toast for our enjoyment. I'll add to the fun by mixing up a batch of Expresso Martinis. Harlotte has been weaving the story of the four new Congresswomen who are now referred to as The Squad. They came to Washington to change our way of life, and they aren't being shy or coy about their intentions. If American voters don't wake up, this motley crew could be just the beginning of a tidal wave of change. If they succeed and more people like them follow, we will either be living in a country like Venezuela or Iran.

Harlotte has asked for the pleasure of your company this morning. She needs to be in the presence of people she trusts and admires. Please come over as soon as you can. The door will be open awaiting your arrival.

Targeting America

Thanks so much for coming to the breakfast table this morning. If the Hit Squad were to take a stick and hit the piñata, the American way of life would fall out. Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts are the new dangerous kids on the block in Washington. The press has embraced their radical beliefs and have seen to it that all of America is constantly exposed to their anti-American statements and actions. I have to believe that most of America is appalled by these women, but they did get elected. The fact that they are now members of Congress is a cautionary tale for the future. Their goal is to increase their numbers. If that should happen we can kiss our country good-bye.

A Sad Ending

If these women get their way, we will have lost ours. Ilhan Omar is the first Somali-American member of Congress. Her actions tell us that she is more Somalian than American. She doesn't like it here. She doesn't like us. She represents the 5th Congressional District in Minnesota. She wants to abolish ICE, give Medicare to all, give free college tuition to everyone and raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour. She is anti-Israel, pro-palestinian and anti-Semitic. Opposition to her feelings about Israel excite her, according to her own words. She is a toxic force in Washington. Some people are calling for her impeachment. Her goal is to cripple our ally Israel financially by encouraging companies to stop doing business with them. She is loud, vicious and a threat to all of us. If other people like her are elected to Congress we will go further down a very slippery slope. Make no mistake about it, that is the goal of Muslims in Congress. They want to increase their numbers so that they can call the shots. Omar was asked to condemn Al-Quada during a press conference. That condemnation never happened. She delivered a speech last spring that described the horror of 9/11 as an event where "some people did something." She is no friend to her adopted country America. She poses a threat, a very serious threat. American voters must wake up and accept the truth. She and others like her are bad news for America. We don't need bad news.

Unabated Anger

Rashida Tlaib is another member of the Hit Squad. Her target is America. She doesn't like it here. She doesn't like us. In 2006 she wrote a column in the Nation of Islam's official newspaper. The organization is headed by noted anti--Semite Louis Farrakhan. In her column she criticized the American government's "security only" approach to immigration. She prefers an easier, laxer approach to immigration. Her association with Farrakhan is all we really need to know about her. She also supports the boycott of Israel. She attended a private dinner in January with pro-hezbollah activist Abbas Hamedeh. His stance on Israel is that it has no right to exist. Tlaib does not belong in Congress.

Targeting the White House

AOC, who is sometimes referred to as Alexandria Occasionally Coherent, is another member of the Hit Squad. The rabid bartender is short on history and facts and long on vitriol and distortion. She visited the border and saw things that only her eyes picked up. She vilified our border patrol and called for the disbandment of all efforts to keep our border safe. She is the youngest member ever to be elected to Congress. I am not sure if that refers to her mental or chronological age. She represents New York's 14th Congressional District. The only thing she's done for that district so far is drive away jobs. She is also a proponent of Medicare for all, the $15 minimum wage, and the elimination of cows. She doesn't belong in Congress. Hopefully, others with intelligence and a conscience will seek election and send her back to bartending.

My Way or the Highway

Ayanna Pressley is the first black congresswoman to represent Massachusetts. She is quite open about her father who was in jail for most of her childhood. She also talks about herself as being a rape survivor. Her terrible experiences, in her view, make her qualified to be in a position of power. She openly has stated that women of color should be compelled to think a certain way. Their color should dictate their positions on issues. She doesn't sound very well rounded to me. If she had more substance to her, I doubt she would have aligned herself with Omar, Tlaib and AOC. She has embarked on a slippery slope with these women. Let's make sure she and her friends don't take us along for the ride.

Harlotte's Song

Oh, what a tangled web we weave

When first we practice to deceive.
