Obama Healthcare System is Un-Constitutional.

Updated on January 10, 2016

The authors life involved ministry and living southwest and interior Alaska. Writing allowed spiritual, poetic and political expression:

Dear Government Official;

RE: Government healthcare system

Dear Senator;

First: Nobama Care. Sloganize this please!!!! It's something we do not need!!!

Second: To name a health care system after an individual, especially a president is wrong and un-constitutional! We are a free country and we are the people, not an individual. We are NOT a dictator, or monarchist country! ON PRINCIPLE, WE ARE NOT INCLINED TO ACCEPT A HEALTHCARE BASED ON AN EGOTISTICAL PRESIDENTIAL MADE-OVER CLINTON CARE HEALTH PROGRAM, IN WHICH THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL INVENTOR DOES NOT EVEN PROPOSE TO COME UNDER THE AUSPICES OF IT FOR HIS OWN FAMILY: WITH HIS NAME ATTACHED, IT BECOMES AN EGOTISTICAL god child of INVENTION.

Third, if we MUST have this program, immediately take his name off of it entirely. Let it become a UNITED STATES HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, FOR ALL PEOPLE, including Government officials. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE HIS (OBAMA's) name off of this healthcare, you stand in danger of making him a PARIAH of ill-gained repute and AMERICA IS NOT BASED ON THIS!

Please pass this message to those who need to consider this message. WE ARE NOT CUBA. We are NOT a country of individual fame and glory!

AS IT STANDS, it throws ill conceived thoughts of personal gain, glory and status, and may effect the supposed founder as pretending to be a self made gladiator or RULER of America, albeit healthcare founder, which our founding fathers DARE NOT impose themselves, NARY A ONE AS THE HERO OF THIS NATION, by and large of themselves! This was rejected when the Clintons proposed it first and has not former Pres. Clinton not already stood on public television and taunted the entire congress that this a "done deal"; his own brainchild, reborn in the Obama's and indeed not even truly Obama's brainchild, but PLEASE, PLEASE it is NOBAMA CARE NOW!!! If it is NOT the United States Healthcare system and indeed we accept it as the OBAMA CARE; then WE ARE NO LONGER THE UNITED STATES, neither by virtue, by intent, nor by truth! (exclamation x 10)

I will spend my night sending this message to all who will hear! By inspiration of my Christian faith and belief, being born and retired now in the beautiful STATE OF ALABAMA: So help me GOD!

      yeah mine is a retirement based plan and I se they have "farmed" it out to actually 2 different corporations.. one to manage the health part and one to manage the dental.. what gets me is though its OUR money, their corporate reps and VPs get big big bucks.. - and THATS where the money goes. POP goes the weasel!

      I buy/pay for my own insurance and was notified that my plan will be cancelled thanks to the AHCA's new regulations. I thought this was supposed to help people who do not have healthcare, not change or cause the cancellation of plans of those who do have it. Like many others, I am not a happy camper!

      and I was admittedly, rambling!.. thanks for all contributions. I think WE could devise a plan that would preserve the old school rights and benefits as were promised, and subsidize separately an Immigrant emergency subsidy program, independent of the lifelong, established residents of this the (deserving) UNITED States of AMERICA!

      Jimmy Kimmel man on the street interviews in a deeply blue city in a deeply blue state. No surprises in the outcome of that scientific and meaningful endeavor. It is "Obamacare" as much as George W. Bush was "selected not elected." Odds are good that the very findings by the majority in the Obamacare Supreme Court Decision will be used to over turn this massive, illegal power grab and toss the whole thing back to a Congress that will have larger conservative representation after 2014.

      "Reality is conservative," one need only study real Economics, Ecology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc... to comprehend this very basic idea. Obamacare is failing now, it will continue to fail and if left in place will crash MEDICAL care in the US.

      Lefties love conflating MEDICAL care and health insurance, the two are barely related. If we really want a revolution in MEDICAL care and costs in this country it is time to RIP all aspects of government from the delivery of this economic service.

      That is all government, state, local and federal. It is high time to make MEDICAL care the same as buying tires, a car or a hamburger. Those complex things are delivered everyday efficiently and, relatively, inexpensively.

      yes, yes, yes.. lets get this rolling,.. for one, because half of the USA's SS savings was vested in the creation of this.. yes, I understand about your husband.. great guy though, I'm sure! .. and in ways, great work, Obama.. but point is, you said it. Lets feed and cloth the immigrants sans illegal, and lets not consider that we contributed to SS, and that its there for when we need it.. Government meddling has already spent it, regardless of it being ours. Maybe though.. we will get a tiny trickle of it if we cooperate. maybe THATS what rankles.. they/we, have made it into other than what it was intended. We have broken the cookie jar and have to scrap it. better for everyone, or is it? That's what's wrong with letting your neighbors plan your life after you become disabled, or elderly. they will give you only exactly what they think you need.

      But Billie, that's just me talking and you DO make a lot of sense in your thoughts. I sure don't want it called "oscarlites" healthcare, or do I? Maybe mine would be mine though.. I paid in for over 20 years. that's not as much as Obama paid, or is it? Do we know? -see.. that's what you're saying, who cares if he has paid or not.. He isn't even a part of it.. but he can spend it, (for us?) I do know the illegal aliens like whatever he's doing for them.. Are we truly making the cookie jar bigger while we add to those reaching their hand in it? Or trying to squeeze it out enough for all and hope. hope, hope? perhaps if we as a country accept the man from Galillee.. he made the five loaves and three fishes feed five thousand.. I'm open to that! multiply it. thanks.. and I include myself with you in the area of ignorance.. I am only expressing what I see and feel and some of what I know.. I want to be a part.. thank you again..

      I like your logical, thought-out response, Oscarlites. The struggle I think we're all having is with right-brain and left-brain thinking and each of our ways of approaching a task. I learned this from my detail-oriented husband when working on our business. He's a software engineer, very linear in thinking, wants the details written down, planned out. However, he focuses so long on the details and implementing what is written down, that so much time passes that new information demands new changes. We are stuck with software that is locked in to a parameter that doesn't work because we didn't just go ahead, try, and then adjust the kinks. That's where I'm coming from. I understand that much more is at stake, but I'm all - "look, we've spent a gazillion hours on this. There's good parts, bad parts, let's stop resisting, give it a go and then tweak it." This will be a Beta test. Surely we're not so inflexible to not do tweaks. My wonderful husband can't really cooperate, he just needs to be helped to stop coding at one point and implement or we'd never get our product to market to even see if it works. You simply can't fix every possible contingency in software until it's out there. Microsoft is a great example. There are just too many variables. I think it's time to give this bill the old Beta test.

      BTW I didn't exactly mean Kimmel's comedy, but the answers of the people on the street in that video. It's actually a very telling view of all of us, our ignorance about the real issues and our erroneous views of things depending on a name - myself included.

      Your comments are welcome, however, I remain unimpressed by almost any media pro support of this program. I wouldn't place too much of my trust in a comedians view of politics. yes for a laugh maybe, but too much is at stake. We are allowing ourselves to be duped, yes, I agree with that. but at what cost a revolution? IF truly this was a fair and just healthcare system, then we ALL could get behind it, and in my mind the first steps are to be honest and cooperative. Honesty is not present at this time. Don't you see all the inconsistencies and cover ups and delays by this Whitehouse administration? it DOES NOT matter if it is 70 percent law already. Sounds like many are sold out on the idea, not the reality. But the cost of this program promises to be unbearable by the residents and Citizens of America. One thing I agree with, if you are saying this even, that Obamacare being passed HAS shaken the very roots of the medical society, and has everyone scuttling about to remain in the provider business. Perhaps come hell or high water, we will work it out, but as a democracy, as a elected and free society rather than as a pre-socialist party, with a ruling class making our decisions for us, planning our national religion next? or? - whether it be Koch, AMA, Egotistical officials, or whomever! ( nothing ill towards Jimmy Kimmel, but I don't think he has the answers either, no matter how he lines up his ducks.). btw.. there is a complacent middle class of football crazed American democrats that DO want the government to plan out their next few years, without having to leave the entertainment realm of fantasy, and yes this segment of America IS pro-liberal, neo-government control, as long as their lifestyle is not threatened. America has largely lost its individuality, self created energy and also creativity itself. (if you are talking about pacifying the middle class so the (elites/wealthy) can go ahead and control us and our country!

      Thank you, thank you, thank you. The Bill is called "The Affordable Health Care Act". The term, most likely was brilliantly conceived at the Cato Institute which was founded by one of the wealthy Republican Koch brothers. They knew EXACTLY who to dupe the masses into resisting a bill which was meant to help exactly the people who were being duped by them. And it worked. (Video below) Instead of calling the perpetrators of that term out, the President unwisely thought if he copied the pundits in using that vernacular for the bill he supported, they would be more likely to open their minds. He misjudged the Republican party and the tea party segment of it.

      Senator Sesssions, would certainly NOT want to eliminate the term Obamacare since his party purposefully embraced it and is riding it for all it's worth.

      Jimmy Kimmel dramatically proved this point on his "man on the street" interviews. He opened the segment by saying, “Interestingly, the polls show that most Americans say they don’t like Obamacare but they love what’s in it when it all gets broken down,” “It’s like the opposite of a (McDonalds chicken) McNugget.”

      The video is extremely telling, and I think you might change your article after watching it.

      As a long, long time Democrat, I thank you. If Senator Sessions and the rest of the party embrace your idea, we will finally get the public to analyze objectively The Affordable Health Care Act and accept the law that HAS ALREADY BEEN PASSED! Nothing would please President Obama and the Democratic Party more than for people to start calling the bill by its proper name.

      Here's the very enlightening video. Sometimes it takes comedians to show us what's really going on.

      This is NOT the END of it. President Obama has socialist/communist inculcations. His agenda is to undermine America and its free enterprise system. He intends to institutionalize and socialize medicine, bankrupt the econmy, and raise debt with the end of having a socialist, big government state. Smart people like you know this; sadly, many Americans are embracing this fiasco called Obama"care", thinking that this so-called health"care" is the best ever. Your hub should be read by all! America is slowly being less democratized.
