Thug trump is ruining our legal system.

Updated on March 20, 2018

Thug trump is ruining our legal system.

trump’s bullying of the truth challenged, toady Attorney General Sessions--who lied to Congress repeatedly, resulted in Andrew McCabe’s firing. That was the act of a thug, which is what trump is! The absurdity of Sessions firing McCabe for allegedly not being truthful is astonishing, but typical for trump!

trump, and his lawyers are trying to quash, if not remove, Mueller--another act of a thug! With all of the propaganda that trump and his lawyers diGenova and Cohen will disseminate it will be hard for our legal system to operate efficiently.

trump’s legal shenanigans and physically threatening of Stormy Daniels, was the act of a thug!

trump’s love of Putin, who today trump congratulated for his election victory, is the ongoing submission of loyalty oaths of one thug—trump, to another thug--Putin! trump wanted the same type of loyalty pledge from Comey, so he is familiar with these matters. Does trump have to get on his knees and kiss Putin’s ring? What does Putin have on trump? Can’t trump realize the Russian election was a sham?

trump’s forcing his White Staff to sign NDAs, was the act of a thug!

Thug trump can’t fire his way out of the Mueller investigation!

The article “Newly fired Andrew McCabe reportedly kept personal memos regarding Trump interactions” states “Andrew McCabe, the onetime FBI deputy director long scorned by President Trump and just fired by the attorney general, kept personal memos regarding Trump that are similar to the notes compiled by dismissed FBI chief James Comey detailing interactions with him, the Associated Press has learned.

It was not immediately clear whether any of McCabe's memos have been turned over to special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, whose criminal investigation is examining Trump campaign ties to Russia and possible obstruction of justice, or have been requested by Mueller.

McCabe's memos include details of interactions with the president, among other topics, according to a person with direct knowledge of the situation who wasn't authorized to discuss the memos publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.”

Of course, don the con lied about the memos as the article “Trump rails against Mueller investigation, dismisses McCabe’s notes as ‘Fake Memos’” states “President Trump fired a barrage of angry statements Sunday railing against the Justice Department special counsel’s Russia investigation and attacking the integrity of former FBI director James B. Comey and his former deputy Andrew McCabe, charging that their notes from conversations with him are “Fake Memos.”…

After Trump’s personal attorney, John Dowd, called Saturday for an end to the Mueller inquiry, both Republican and Democratic lawmakers on Sunday urged the president and his legal team to cooperate fully with the investigation and warned of serious ramifications if they did not.

In one of his tweets, Trump protested, “Why does the Mueller team have 13 hardened Democrats, some big Crooked Hillary supporters, and Zero Republicans? Another Dem recently added . . . does anyone think this is fair? And yet, there is NO COLLUSION!”

The tweet overstates the partisan makeup of the special counsel’s team and falsely asserts that no Republicans are on it.”

The article “Blumenthal: McCabe firing is 'added evidence of obstruction of justice'” has this quote from Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) ““Firing McCabe - a possible witness to obstruction - exemplifies Pres. Trump’s total contempt for the rule of law,” Blumenthal said. “He will stop at nothing to undermine the Mueller investigation.””

trump’s lawyers are getting pressed by the thug-in-chief to prevaricate, but Mueller’s truth will prevail!

We noted earlier what Dowd said about Mueller. trump is getting a FOX News celebrity to attack the legal system of the U.S. The article “Trump to hire lawyer who pushed theory DOJ framed Trump” states “President Donald Trump will hire an attorney to join his personal legal team who has alleged the President is being framed by a group of FBI and Justice Department officials, two sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

The longtime Washington attorney, Joseph diGenova, is expected to join the President's legal team at a time when Trump is taking a more aggressive approach to publicly dealing with special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, lobbing a series of attacks against Mueller on Twitter over the weekend.”…

The President's plans to hire diGenova come two months after diGenova appeared on Fox News to allege that FBI and Justice Department officials carried out "a brazen plot to illegally exonerate Hillary Clinton and, if she didn't win the election, to then frame Donald Trump with a falsely created crime."”

Since the 1980s we have been talking about the “dumbing down of America”. We have a reality TV star masquerading as the leader of the free world. It can’t be dumber than this. His red state low-information followers will lap up these trump/ diGenova lies simply because it appeals to their base instincts. In the last few days of an election the GOP always resorts to hate filled attack ad lies about their opponents because they know hatred wins votes. Imagine the propaganda we will be exposed to as trump defends himself against Mueller’s truth. It will be a shameful time.

The article “Mueller Subpoenas Trump Organization, Demanding Documents About Russia” states “The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has subpoenaed the Trump Organization in recent weeks to turn over documents, including some related to Russia, according to two people briefed on the matter. The order is the first known instance of the special counsel demanding records directly related to President Trump’s businesses, bringing the investigation closer to the president.

The breadth of the subpoena was not clear, nor was it clear why Mr. Mueller issued it instead of simply asking for the documents from the company, an umbrella organization that encompasses Mr. Trump’s business ventures. Mr. Mueller ordered the Trump Organization to hand over records related to Russia and other topics he is investigating, the people said.

The subpoena is the latest indication that the investigation, which Mr. Trump’s lawyers once regularly assured him would be completed by now, will continue for at least several more months. Word of the subpoena came as Mr. Mueller appears to be broadening his inquiry to examine the role foreign money may have played in funding Mr. Trump’s political activities. In recent weeks, Mr. Mueller’s investigators have questioned witnesses, including an adviser to the United Arab Emirates, about the flow of Emirati money into the United States.”

There is evidence that trump is deeply into Putin’s pockets as the article states “The Trump Organization is not publicly held, making it difficult to determine where it receives its money and invests it. The company has said that it never had real estate holdings in Russia, but witnesses recently interviewed by Mr. Mueller have been asked about a possible real estate deal in Moscow.

In 2015, a longtime business associate of Mr. Trump’s, Felix Sater, emailed Mr. Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, at his Trump Organization account claiming he had ties to President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia and that building a Trump Tower in Moscow would help Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign. Mr. Trump signed a nonbinding letter of intent for the project in 2015 and discussed it at least three times with Mr. Cohen.

A revealing comment about Russia by Eric Trump, the president’s middle son, also drew scrutiny when it emerged last year. James Dodson, a longtime golf writer from North Carolina, said offhand in a radio interview that Eric Trump, who oversees the golf courses for the Trump Organization, told him in 2013 that the Trumps relied on Russian investors to back their golf clubs. Eric Trump has denied those remarks.”

The article “Mueller gathers evidence that 2017 Seychelles meeting was effort to establish back channel to Kremlin” states “Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III has gathered evidence that a secret meeting in Seychelles just before the inauguration of Donald Trump was an effort to establish a back channel between the incoming administration and the Kremlin — apparently contradicting statements made to lawmakers by one of its participants, according to people familiar with the matter.

In January 2017, Erik Prince, the founder of the private security company Blackwater, met with a Russian official close to Russian President Vladimir Putin and later described the meeting to congressional investigators as a chance encounter that was not a planned discussion of U.S.-Russia relations.

A witness cooperating with Mueller has told investigators the meeting was set up in advance so that a representative of the Trump transition could meet with an emissary from Moscow to discuss future relations between the countries, according to the people familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive matters.”….

George Nader, a Lebanese American businessman who helped organize and attended the Seychelles meeting, has testified on the matter before a grand jury gathering evidence about discussions between the Trump transition team and emissaries of the Kremlin, as part of Mueller’s investigation into Russian efforts to interfere with the 2016 election.

Nader began cooperating with Mueller after he arrived at Dulles International Airport in mid-January and was stopped, served with a subpoena and questioned by the FBI, these people said. He has met numerous times with investigators.”

The article “Adam Schiff: There is 'ample evidence' of collusion between Trump campaign, Russians” states “There is "ample evidence" that the Trump campaign colluded with Russians, but only special counsel Robert Mueller can decide if it's enough to prove a crime beyond a reasonable doubt, the senior Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee said Wednesday.

"There is already, in my view, ample evidence in the public domain on the issue of collusion if you're willing to see it," Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif, told reporters at a newsmaker breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. "If you want to blind yourself, then you can look the other way."”

Every dirty trick available trump used as illustrated in the article “Trump-tied data firm bragged about its bag of dirty tricks” states “Cambridge Analytica, co-founded and largely funded by Long Island billionaire Robert Mercer, took a victory lap after Donald Trump’s victory for its role mining social media data to find and energize his voters in crucial swing states…

What’s it got to do with Trump? If nothing else, it depicts dealings with a company whose ethos, according to former executive Christopher Wylie, is “rules don’t matter for them.”

Special counsel Robert Mueller is examining the company’s work for Trump, according to The Wall Street Journal. Cambridge Analytica’s CEO Alexander Nix has acknowledged reaching out to WikiLeaks for hacked Hillary Clinton-related emails that hadn’t yet been published….

Cambridge Analytica is already under scrutiny over revelations that its data-mining operation allegedly violated Facebook’s policy on information collected from its users”.

trump has acted like a thug regarding Stormy Daniels!

The article “Stormy Daniels physically threatened, her lawyer says” states “Stormy Daniels' lawyer claims she was physically threatened by someone. The adult film actress' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Friday that someone physically threatened his client — but he declined to reveal who allegedly threatened her.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is suing Mr. Trump and Mr. Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen in an attempt to dissolve their non-disclosure agreement. Clifford claims the pact is invalid because Mr. Trump didn't provide his signature in a 2016 hush agreement. Avenatti, in a separate interview Friday with CNN's Jake Tapper, acknowledged that at least one of his client's accusations involves alleged behavior since Mr. Trump took office.”

The article “Trump lawyer files to move Stormy Daniels lawsuit to federal court” states “President Donald Trump's personal lawyer is seeking to move a lawsuit filed by adult film star Stormy Daniels against the president to federal court.

The filing also asserts that Cohen or "Defendant Trump" have the right to seek more than $20 million from Daniels for violating a non-disclosure agreement…

Federal courts tend to more strictly enforce arbitration agreements, which could lead to Daniels being forced into a closed-door legal forum where an arbitrator has already issued an injunction against her. California courts tend to be less friendly to arbitration.”

Through frequent experience trump’s lawyers know every trick to get the crook-in-chief out of trouble, or at least reduce the impact of being found guilty.

Does minion thug trump have to get on his knees and kiss boss thug Putin’s ring?

The article “Trump calls Putin to congratulate him on re-election” states “U.S. President Donald Trump called Russian President Vladimir Putin to congratulate him on his re-election Tuesday and the leaders discussed arranging a possible bilateral meeting, the Kremlin and Trump said. “

Doesn’t trump know it was a sham election? Someone should show trump pictures of ballot box stuffing. Few people don’t ignore trump’s phone calls. Maybe trump was surprised when Putin answered.

trump’s forcing his White Staff to sign NDAs, was the act of a thug!

Anyone who signed on with trump would do anything for power, even signing on with the devil.

The article “Trump had senior staff sign nondisclosure agreements. They’re supposed to last beyond his presidency.” states “Unlike employees of private enterprises such as the Trump Organization or Trump campaign, White House aides have First Amendment rights when it comes to their employer, the federal government. If you have a leaker on your staff, the cure is firing, not suing.

“This is crazy,” said attorney Debra Katz, who has represented numerous government whistleblowers and negotiated nondisclosure agreements. “The idea of having some kind of economic penalty is an outrageous effort to limit and chill speech. Once again, this president believes employees owe him a personal duty of loyalty, when their duty of loyalty is to the institution.””

Con-man trump—-thug-in-chief

How would you describe the con-man trump who is masquerading as the leader of the free world? He is a vicious, lying bully who would do anything for his own gain—in a word he is a thug.
