To Vote Or Not To Vote

Updated on July 2, 2009

You Chose

The election is over and Obama won the thang (thing) and now he is setting about to undo some contraversial things that Bush put into play: ban on partial birth abortion, stem cell research. Pushing forth the homosexual agenda on marital rights. Some say as christians we should not have supported him. My grandfather use to say "you have to vote for the lesser of the two evils" Then there are those like me who vote to keep the other guy out, not that I agree with Obama's views. I voted for Bush back then because he said he was a christian and if the ban on partial birth abortion bill comes across his desk he would sign it. I said :Hoorahh" we are going to save some lives. But low and behold he sends our young troops to a war that was not necessary to lose their lives. Sombody lost their son, sombody lost their dady and sombody lost their husband, Gulp!!

But do we really put people in office; What saith the scriptures?
"For promotion cometh neither from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he puteth down one, and setteth up  another. (Psa. 75:6-7) Let every soul be subject unto the powers (human government). For there is no power but of God: the power that be are ordained of God. (Rom. 13:1) So is Obanma ordained of God or not. You decide.
