What Is The Council On Foreign Relations? What does the CFR Do For The United States? Who Funds Them?

Updated on February 18, 2013

The Council on Foreign Relations

Similar to its counterpart the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations is composed of Wall Street Types, International Bankers, Executives of Powerful Foundations, Members of various Think-Tanks and other Tax exempt Foundations.

There are Ambassadors, past and present Presidents of the United States, and Secretaries of State. Other members include Lobbyists, Media Conglomerate Owners as well as University Presidents and Professors. Even Federal and Supreme Court Judges and members of the Military from both NATO and the Pentagon.

The Identity of the Establishment is vague, it can be defined by Secret Governments such as the Council on Foreign Relations.

Founding of the Council of Foreign Relations!

The Council of Foreign Relations was founded in New York on July 29,1921. It was based on a similar British Council which called itself The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA). Both of these organizations was meant to work as affiliates, instead they became separate and independent of each other, they do however maintain a casual acquaintance.

The meetings of the Council of Foreign Relations are held in secret outside the scrutiny of the public. The only way that a person can become a member is by invitation only. Similar to the Trilateral Commission the list of members is available to the public. The CFR publishes a periodical called "Foreign Affairs" which is perhaps the most influential publication to be printed. The Council of Foreign Relations are located at the Harold Pratt House, 58 East 68th Street in New York City, New York 10021.

Members of the Council of Foreign Relations!

The Council of Foreign Relations was almost entirely composed of people from J.P. Morgan interests. In 1927 the Council gained impetus with funding coming from both the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations. John W. Davis was the founding president of the CFR, not only was he a millionaire but he was also the personal attorney for J.P. Morgan. other members of the CFR included names like Henry Davison, Thomas Thacher, Harold Swift, W. Averill Harriman, John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, Thomas Lamont, and Paul Cravath. Paul Warburg the creator of the Federal Reserve as well as Mortimer Schiff were also members as well as J.P. Morgans partner Russell Leffingwell, and various other partners of the Morgan Dynasty.

Although mostly secretive it is believed that funding for the CFR came from large banking interests and financial interests like Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Bernard Baruch, Jacob Schiff, Otto Kahn, and Paul Warburg. Today the funds to continue the Council of Foreign Relations is received by large Corporations like Xerox, General Motors, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Texaco.

There are also other entities that finance the the CFR as well several Trusts and Funds like the German Marshall Fund, McKnight Foundation, Dillion Fund, Ford Foundation, Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Starr Foundation, and the Pew Charitable Trusts. The CFR has created smaller junior chapters which are called Committees on Foreign Relations. The Junior Chapters meet occasionally at dinner meetings.

Does the Council of Foreign Relations engage in humanitarian efforts?

There are many people who have researched the Council on Foreign Relations, many of them agree that the CFR consists of an inner core and an outer core to the CFR and its various "think tanks". The members who exist on the outer core are simply there to distract the people from the motivations of the inner core. At the inner core is the steering and advisory committees that pursue the actual agenda of the CFR.

Just like the Trilateral Commission the CFR tries to appear to be a humanitarian committee to the public. The Annual Reports issued by the CFR actually just consists of a smoke and mirror public image. In 1993-1994 the CFR Annual Report stated that

"The Council on Foreign Relations is a non-profit, and non-partisan membership organization dedicated to improving the understanding of U.S. foreign policy, and international affairs through the exchange of ideas."

The fact is that what they are doing is illegal, immoral, unethical, unpopular, and/or unconstitutional, they will do anything possible to keep their actual actions a secret.

Is the Council of Foreign Relations a secret government?

The CFR has been described as an innocent forum for academics, businessmen, and politicians, in reality within its covering exists a power center that is the focal point for decisions made on U.S. Foreign Policy. This power may be unknown to members of the outer ring as they are just a facade to be seen by the public.

The true objective of the Council Of Foreign Relations is to acquire markets and consolidate economic power for a small number of humongous multinationals that are controlled by a very small number of Banking and Investment Firms controlled by Global Banking Families.

There is an invisible government operating in the United States, The leadership of this secret government consists of a very few sinister human beings. Although most of the members of the Council of Foreign Relations are simply seekers of fame, the ultimate goal of the CFR itself is to create a "one world socialist system.

To the public the well known and powerful members of the Council have good intentions, Whenever you see the word Socialism you know that this stands for a tyrannical dictatorship, to be governed by large corporate conglomerates and international bankers.

The Council on Foreign Relations operates like a shadow government!

Who is invited to join the Council of Foreign Relations?

There are some members of the CFR who are invited into the Council simply because they have a well known name or other beneficial qualities. Some of these members join the Council unaware of the actual purpose of the Council. The majority of members however do hold pro-socialist and global government opinions without having actual knowledge of the nefarious agenda of the CFR. The members of the inner core however is not only aware of the agenda, they encourage it.

The first fifty years that the Council of Foreign Relations existed, it was never mentioned by any of the magnates of the mass media. This can be understood knowing that the CFR counts executives from the New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Knight Newspaper chain, NBC, CBS, Time, Life, Fortune, Business Week, US News and World Report, as well as many other media organizations. It is not just a coincidence that the CFR hasremained anonymous to the general public.

The Council of Foreign Relations takeover of the American State Department!

The Reece Committee investigations tried to scrutinize theTax-exempt Foundations that were part of the CFR. It seems that the Council of Foreign Relations retains so much power that not even a Congressional Committee has the power to infiltrate the foundations which provides support to the CFR. It was in 1939 that the Council of Foreign Relations started the gradual takeover of the American State Department.

Admiral Chester Ward, who was once the Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy, was a member of the CFR for twenty years. He stated that once the rulers of the CFR made a policy decision they felt the U.S. government should implement, the full power of the CFR was put to task to create arguments both intellectual and emotional to support the policy. They also used their power to discredit any political or intellectual opposition.

The Council on Foreign Relations is just a think-tank?

Admiral Chester Ward claimed that the ultimate goal of the CFR was the:

"submergence of US sovereignty and national independence into an all-powerful one-world government."

During August 1978 a former CFR president Winston Lord claimed that it was not the Trilateral Commission that secretly ran the world. It is the Council of Foreign Relations that are the actual secret government.

Rene Wormser, was part of the Reece Commission who attempted to conduct an investigation into the multi billion dollar Foundations that were intertwined in the CFR. He claimed that the Council of Foreign Relations is a virtual agency of the government. He also claimed that the CFR was financed by both Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations, both of which perpetrates the idea of a Global Government. The Council on Foreign Relations and these major foundations were associated with other so called think tanks.

What is a think-tank?

These so called "Think Tanks", are all tax-exempt organizations calling themselve educational' groups. They receive their funding from other tax-exempt foundations, the main donors are the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations. These "Think Tanks" work very closely with agencies of the United States Government. Senator Goldwater once wrote that the CFR had infiltrated themselves into the White House. Even to the point that almost all key positions in every administration since the Roosevelt administration has been staffed by the CFR.

The Senate became quite concerned with this White House infiltration by the CFR. A Congressional Record quote from December 15, 1987, vol. 133 stated that Senator Jesse Helms, noted the CFR's position within the Establishment. He felt that the Establishment of the day was actually Globalism. He felt that the Globalists' opinion was that the idea of Nation States and National Boundaries were irrelevant. He felt that politicol philosophy and principles had become relative. Even the constitution had become nothing but a useless document no longer holding any actual power.

The Illuminati and the Council on Foreign Relations

What is the CFR's purpose?

In July 1958, Harper's Magazine published an article entitled School for Statesmen. The columnist and CFR member Joseph Kraft claimed that the CFR was the seat for some basic government decisions. He also claimed the CFR was a recruiting tool for high ranking officials. There was also the claim that policies dictated by the C.F.R. in the defense and foreign relation fields with regularity became the policy of the United States Government.

The CFR is still actively promoting the agenda of a one world government in which the insiders and their allies would retain control. The ultimate goal of the Council of Foreign Relations is the eradication of the United States and its Constitutional guarantees of freedom and liberty. This is no secret agenda, the CFR published Study #7 on November 25, 1959, this study supported building an International Order which would aspire to creating world peace as well as social and economic restructuring. This Global Order would consist of States that define themselves as Socialist/Communist.

Is the Council on Foreign Relations an invisible government?

The Council on Foreign Relations is often referred to as an "invisible government" and is considered the most powerful organization of its kind. Many people are persuaded into believing that the CFR along with other tax-exempt organizations, actually are a Secret Government that sets most of the major policies of the Federal Government.

It is also believed that the CFR controls or influences many of our Government Officials whose job it is to form Government Policies. They use propaganda campaigns to convince the public to influence members of Congress to support CFR created policy. The ultimate goal of this Invisible Government is to transform the United States into a Socialist State and then to merge the Nation into a One World Government Socialist System.

Did you cast your vote for any of the members of the Council on Foreign Relations?

The Council on Foreign Relations and a one world government!

In 1968 President Johnson consulted with his advisors concerning the Vietnam War. All of the advisors were members of the Council Of Foreign Relations. Some of these advisors were: Andrew Goodpaster, Averell Harriman, Cyrus Vance, Maxwell Taylor, Walt Rostow, Richard Helms, William Bundy, Nicholas Katzenbach, Dean Rusk, Jesse Helms was not a CFR member at this time but became a member later.

Testifying before a Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950, James Warburg CFR member stated;

"We shall have world government whether or not you like it--by conquest or consent."

If someone were to look into back issues of Foreign Affairs (a CFR Publication) it will be plain to see that the CFR published articles about a world government many times. It is easy to see that the Council of Foreign Relations supports the construction of a Global Government.

The Council on Foreign Relations, does it answer to "the people"?

The CFR has pushed the idea of a World Government for decades. An article printed in Foreign Affairs in 1974 stated " We shall have world government whether or not you like it--by conquest or consent.". Some other articles published in Foreign Affairs had titles such as Toward European Integration, Beginnings in Agriculture, Toward Unity in Africa, Toward a Caribbean Federation.

There are not many people who are conscious of the actual purpose of the CFR. This same truth holds for the other intertwined "Think Tanks" like the Bilderbergers and the Trilateral Commission. There is probably not one person in a thousand who would be able to identify the CFR, even though it is probably the most powerful political entity in the country. It is doubtful that many Americans have even heard of the Council of Foreign Relations never mind knowing its intents and purpose.

The Council of Foreign Relations is a mega powerful organization that even overshadows Congress. Its financing comes from Tax-Exempt Foundations and it tries to convince the public that it acts for humanitarian needs. The actual agenda of the CFR is to negate National Sovereignty and to incorporate the United States into a Global Government with its members holding control, which also include the extremely wealthy.

The purpose and goal of the CFR is to create a Global Fascist State. The Council on Foreign Relations sets Major Policy decisions without knowledge or scrutiny by the public. It seems as though the CFR operates above and outside the systems set in place by the Original Constitution, requiring elected representatives that are responsible to answer to the people.

Interesting read. These people that are chosen all stick together as well. The only date, marry and party within the group. Really hard NOT to see it when you think about it.
