Why Was Trayvon Martin Shot And Killed By George Zimmerman?
He was just making a run to the store to get some refreshments for himself and his brother in his father's fiancee's gated neighborhood. no crime in that. But, apparently self-appointed neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman thought otherwise.
He had a very different view of the subject. Zimmerman saw the teen as " suspicious" but the only thing the teen was doing was walking back to his father's fiancee's house. The police dispatchers call log show that Zimmerman reported the teen as a "real suspicious looking guy" that "this guy looks like he's up to no good" and that "these a**holes always get away".
Melanie Eversley, in a USA TODAY article on 3.18.2012, wrote that Zimmerman would frequently warn residents to "be careful of young black males". That he "appeared to be fixated on young black males" So the question again is why was Trayvon Martin shot and killed by George Zimmerman?
Neighbors Call The Police
Residents called the police department saying that they heard someone screaming for help before hearing a gunshot and the screaming stop. Trayvon's girlfriend was talking with Trayvon on her cellphone right before he was killed. Trayvon was wondering why this guy was following him. Trayvon's girlfriend told him, to run, before she heard his headset drop and he made no further response.
Zimmerman, told the police, that it was he who was crying for, help on the tapes, not trayvon. What? Really? Zimmerman, is 28, weighs around 200 pound. Trayvon Martin was 17 and weighed around 140 pounds. Zimmerman had a 9 mil handgun, the teen had a bag of candy and some iced tea! But, Zimmerman, was afraid and was the, one crying out for help, before he shot and killed the teen? Really? Does anyone believe that?
Give me a break! If he was so easily made to feel, afraid, armed with a handgun, against a teen with a bag of candy and iced tea. Why did he, continue, to follow the teen, when the police dispatcher told him, "we don't need you to do that". He went looking for the teen. Those aren't the actions of, someone, whose afraid, but someone on the hunt! someone looking for trouble! looking for a confrontation!
According, to Chris Tutko, the director of the National Neighborhood Watch program. Zimmerman, was not part of a registered neighborhood watch program. ABC News reports that the neighborhood watch manual states: "It should be emphasized to members that they do not possess police powers. And they shall not carry weapons or pursue vehicles."
Lets look at the evidence.
Zimmerman "appeared to be fixated on young black males". He warned residents to watch-out for young black males. He saw Trayvon as "real suspicious looking". He "looks like he was up to no good". "He looked like" he was on drugs or something" that "these a**holes always get away." The dispatcher told Zimmerman "we don't need you to do that" when Zimmerman said he was pursuing the teen, but, Zimmerman ignored that and continued to pursue the teen anyway. Apparently, Zimmerman decided, that this young black a**hole wasn't going to get away! Trayvon, was guilty, just because was a young black male! He didn't have to do anything wrong! He was guilty by, association, for any wrongs committed by any young black males, real or imagined by Zimmerman.
Zimmerman Ignored The Dispatcher
Zimmerman ignored the dispatcher. He ignored the neighborhood watch manual. (if he ever read it.) He ignored common sense. He ignored everything, except his obsession, with making a young black a**hole, pay for crimes real or imagined in his mind. It looks like he took advantage of the ,opportunity, to carry out his obsession with young black males, by using the Florida self defense law, that states, if you feel threaten whether it's real or imagined, you can use deadly force against a real or imagined threat.
I think Zimmerman, pretended to feel threaten, so he could finally get one of these black a**holes "who usually get away"! That's why he's trying to make himself out to be the victim, incredulously, saying, it was he who was screaming for help on the calls, not Trayvon Martin. Is this guy unbelievable or what! So the question still screams for an answer.
Why Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman?
Was this a classic case of walking while black?
The, police, accepted Zimmerman's self-defense statement at face value, even though he ignored, the dispatcher telling him not to pursue the teen. They had the 911 calls showing that Zimmerman stalked the teen, confronted him then shot and killed him. They, allowed Trayvon's body, to lay in the morgue for days, without calling the last number on his cellphone, to make an effort to contact his relatives. The police department's, actions, were despicable at best, and seem to support Zimmerman's attitude toward young black males.

The Latest On The Case
OK the latest update in the case is that, Zimmerman, claims that Trayvon attacked him. Let's say he did. Zimmerman was told not to follow the teen.
He lied and said he wouldn't but followed the teen anyway. Neighborhood watch programs are not, designed, for its members to, stalk, or follow anyone or to confront anyone, and definitely not for its members to carry firearms.
According to the teen's friend, who was talking to him on the phone, during the incident,Trayvon was afraid and wondering this guy kept following him. When, Zimmerman, finally caught up with him and confronted him. Trayvon probably saw Zimmerman's gun, panicked and attacked him, thinking that he was going to be, shot, which ironically he was anyway.
Apparently, Zimmerman, didn't have on any clothing to identify him as a neighborhood watch person, and didn't verbally identify himself as, one, when he confronted Trayvon. Not to, mention, that he wasn't an official neighborhood watch person, but a self-appointed neighborhood watch person, who broke all the rules about, what a neighborhood watch person should and shouldn't do! So even if things did go down the way he described them, Zimmerman, stills needs to be, arrested, and brought to trial, for all the things he did, to provoke the incident. what do you think?
Didn't Believe Zimmerman Account Of The Shooting
3.28.12. The latest on the case: Chris Serino, the lead investigator the night of the shooting, didn't believe Zimmerman's account of the events and wanted him arrested for manslaughter but was overruled by the state attorney's office. Serino tried for 2 weeks to have Zimmerman arrested but couldn't. I think that's more evidence that something's fishy in this case and it ain't the fish!
3.29.12. Just released police video showing Zimmerman the night of the shooting, after he was detained by the police, doesn't show any bruises or blood on Zimmerman's face or shirt. A friend of Zimmerman said Zimmerman couldn't stop crying after the shooting. No evidence of that in the video either. Zimmerman isn't crying and doesn't look like he has been crying.
What do you think?
4.1.12. Two forensic voice experts working independently of one another conclude that the voice crying for help on the 911 tapes is not George Zimmerman's.
4.10.12. Looks like there will be no grand jury in the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman case.
4.11.12. Zimmerman has been arrested and charged with second degree murder. He will plead innocent of all charges.
So how do you think the trial will go? How will it play-out? Will Zimmerman be convicted or not?
Zimmerman will say that after following Trayvon (after being told not to follow him by police) he lost sight of him, was headed back toward his car, when Trayvon confronted him. They fought. He had to shoot Trayvon because he feared for his life. Trayvon's friend, who was talking to Trayvon by cellphone, said Zimmerman confronted Trayvon asking him "What are you doing around here?" So those accounts don't harmonized with each other. Which one do you believe? What do you believe really happened?
At the least, Zimmerman should be convicted of manslaughter, because he took all the actions that led to the deadly confrontation. Even the police say the incident could have been avoided if Zimmerman has stayed in his car and not pursued Martin as he was instructed not to do.
Zimmerman and his wife have been accused of lying to a judge about how much money they had, in order to get a reduced bail payment. Jail recorded phone calls support these accusations. Other phone calls released by the prosecutor show Zimmerman joking about wearing a hoodie as Trayvon Martin was wearing when he was shot and killed by Zimmerman.
His wife talks about how they can safely pick Zimmerman up from jail if he gets bail, “We could have two cars, we could have two rented cars,” . Zimmerman replied “It doesn’t matter if the car that picks him up from jail has tinted windows…Well, I have my hoodie.” Zimmerman said. He must have thought that was funny and laughed but his wife didn't.
A Judge says that Zimmerman and he wife were intending to leave the country with the $130,000 donated by his supporters, that he and his wife lied about having. Now Zimmerman's credibility is considered even more questionable.
Sean Hannity And God's Plan
Zimmerman did an interview with Sean Hannity and apologized to Trayvon Martin's parents for killing their son, but he said didn't regret anything he did that night and that it was God's plan! Martin's parents aren't buying his apology or accepting it.
During the course of the interview Sean Hannity wanted to know if Zimmerman regretted carrying a gun or getting out of his car to follow Martin when he was told not to, Zimmerman replied that he didn't. Saying, "I feel that it was all God's plan, and for me to second guess it or judge it," In other words the killing was ordained by God. (Can you believe this guy?)
Hannity asked Zimmerman if there was anything he might do differently, he replied, "No, sir." (Well there you go)
What Do You Think About Zimmerman Now?
Right after Zimmerman was acquitted of the killing of Trayvon Martin. His wife couldn't wait to leave and divorce him. His lawyers abandoned him and didn't want to be associated with him. He's had numerous run ins with law enforcement. And surprise, surprise, he's been quick to point his gun at his ex wife and his girlfriend. His ex-wife says Zimmerman thinks he's invincible because he beat the rap for killing Martin.
Now that Zimmerman has left a trail of repeated run in's with law enforcement, along with his questionable behavior, of being quick to pull his gun on his ex-wife and his girl friend. To those of you who believed Zimmerman's account of his killing of Martin, without question. Do you still believe he told the whole truth, without question? Or maybe he might have left a few things out?
Or do you think he's an example of a trustworthy, honest, upstanding citizen, whose testimony, you would have no qualms about trusting, whether, it was true or not?
